Further, in the method, the automatically checked rules comprise general rules and complex rules; the general rule is configured through a system, and the complex rule is developed in a targeted mode through a customization mode.
Furthermore, the general rule configures a rule expression through a background, and the rule expression is interpreted and executed through a rule engine during automatic examination and verification is completed.
Further, the complex customized rule comprises a java technology implementation and a database storage process and function technology implementation.
Furthermore, the rule realized based on the java technology is used for carrying out operations such as related logic calculation, judgment and the like on data with less interaction with other business data but with logic complex rules;
furthermore, the rules realized based on the database storage process and the function technology are used for rules with more interaction with other business data, the associated data can be conveniently obtained from the database, and the interactive operation among servers when the data are obtained is reduced.
Furthermore, in the method, when the matched examination rule is executed, dynamic execution of the matched rule is realized through a java reflection mechanism, and automatic examination of the required line is completed.
Furthermore, when the expert reviews, the automatic expert extraction is carried out, and the method comprises the following steps:
t1, importing the review demand data into a demand line information buffer area, and performing professional grouping on demand plan lines according to material grouping configuration;
t2 calls technical specification verification synchronously when the requirement line is grouped professionally, and identifies the technical specification type used by the requirement line to a buffer area;
t3 analyzing the quantity of the review required lines of each professional expert according to the review history record, and storing the quantity in a buffer area;
t4 calculating the expert quantity needed by each professional according to the quantity of the expert experts available to review the requirement line and the grouping information of the requirement line;
and T5 extracting each professional expert according to the expert evaluation result, the expert evaluation frequency, the avoidance criterion and other factors.
T6 returns the first extraction result and informs the appraisal expert to confirm by the way of short message, mail, etc.;
t7 judges whether the expert can participate in the conference, performs replacement extraction on the experts which cannot participate in the conference, and confirms whether the expert can participate in the conference until the quantity required by the expert is met.
Furthermore, before the expert is extracted, the historical examination of the expert in advance can record and analyze the performance, and the method comprises the following steps:
through the face attendance equipment, after the attendance of an expert is finished, the attendance condition of the expert is recorded, and data storage is completed through a data interface as one of the preconditions of preferential extraction;
setting an evaluation system, giving a score by a group leader in each performance of professional level, working attitude and error condition aiming at expert performance, and automatically recording the score condition and storing the score condition into a database by a system after the score is finished;
setting an annual assessment function, maintaining different threshold score ratios of annual assessment of experts in the system, maintaining the annual comprehensive score intervals of experts in all levels, analyzing the experts in each season, giving annual assessment scores by the system after the annual assessment is completed in each season, and giving a grade-up and grade-down suggestion according to the score condition of each expert after the annual assessment is completed.
In a second aspect, an electronic device is disclosed that includes at least one processor and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method for automated review on a purchase score of the first aspect.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention automatically judges and extracts the quantity of the experts required by each professional group of the examination meeting, avoids the possibility of easily making mistakes by manually screening the experts, effectively reduces the workload of expert examination, and can also manually extract and replace according to different professional groups if meeting special conditions after the extraction is finished, thereby doubly ensuring the accuracy of the extracted experts.

The embodiment discloses the automatic review of the purchasing plan shown in fig. 1, wherein the required data to be checked is maintained in advance and the parameters of the checking rules are configured before the automatic review, the reviewing rules are divided into mandatory rules and non-mandatory rules, the mandatory rules are executed first when the automatic review is executed, and the non-mandatory rules are checked only after the mandatory rules are verified.
The mandatory examination rule is mainly a rule which needs to be met by some report requirements related to the material types in a demand line; non-mandatory rules are mainly rules that check specific requirement rows.
The examination rules can carry out different rule checks on different bidding batches, and the examination rules which are not matched with each other in batch types such as a single source, an agreement stock, a service batch and the like are different.
When the unified data verification is performed on the whole batch, the mandatory review rule is verified firstly, and after the verification is passed, other non-mandatory review rules such as data accuracy, data uniqueness and the like are verified respectively.
The main process is as follows:
1) checking the starting state of the examination rule, and adjusting the parameters of the check rule according to the actual condition;

The examination rules are realized by adopting different technical modes according to the characteristics of the rules, the general rules are carried out through system configuration, and the complex rules are purposefully developed through a customization mode:

The rules realized based on the java technology are suitable for rules which have less interaction with other service data but have complex logic, can fully exert the data processing capacity of java, and perform operations such as related logic calculation, judgment and the like on the data; the rules realized based on the database storage process and the function technology are suitable for rules with more interaction with other business data, the associated data can be conveniently obtained from the database, the interaction operation between servers during data acquisition can be effectively reduced, and the execution efficiency of the examination rules is improved.
When the matched examination rule is executed, the dynamic execution of the matched rule is realized through a java reflection mechanism, and the automatic examination of the required line is completed.
Example 3
The embodiment discloses the automatic extraction expert as shown in fig. 2, when the expert is automatically extracted, an expert database and expert professional information need to be maintained, and the expert have a 1-to-many relationship; the system can evaluate all experts in the expert database, and evaluation results such as attendance rate, late arrival rate, early retreat rate, average examination time, error submission number and the like are used as one of conditions for expert promotion and also used as extraction factors of the optimized experts.
The main process is as follows:
1) the evaluation demand data is imported into a demand line information buffer area which comprises the following steps: and (5) the information of the requirement line needing to be checked.
2) And performing professional grouping on the demand planning lines according to the material grouping configuration, wherein part of the materials need to be reviewed by experts of different specialties, and the demand planning lines and the specialties have the same one-to-many relationship.
3) And synchronously calling technical specification verification when the demand line is subjected to professional grouping, and identifying the technical specification type used by the demand line to the buffer area.
4) And analyzing the quantity of the evaluation required lines of each professional expert according to the evaluation historical record, and storing the quantity into a buffer area.

9) The expert confirms whether participation is possible.
10) And (4) carrying out replacement extraction on the experts which cannot participate in the conference, and confirming whether the experts can participate in the conference or not until the quantity required by the experts is met.

Before the system extracts, the historical examination of experts is recorded and analyzed in advance, and before the system preferably extracts:

3. in addition to the two types, the annual assessment function is added, the annual assessment of different threshold score proportions of experts is well maintained in the system, the comprehensive annual assessment intervals of the experts of all levels are maintained, the experts are analyzed in each quarter, the system finally gives annual assessment scores after the annual assessment is completed, and after the scores are completed, a grading recommendation is given according to the scoring condition of each expert.
