Currently, in the conventional scale index review, the project scale and the investment accounting table are manually reviewed, a corresponding index specified range in a national standard (book) is consulted according to the category and index name of each scale index in the project, and whether the scale indexes in the project scale and the investment accounting table are in accordance with each other is judged. The traditional auditing method depends on manual operation, and is high in cost, low in efficiency and speed and very wasteful of manpower and material resources in the face of a large number of indexes of projects in different fields.
Therefore, the application provides a project review method, a project review device, a computer device and a storage medium to solve the problems. Before discussing the review of the project provided by the present application in detail, the technical means involved in the present application will be explained.
The application provides a project review method, which can be used for rapidly extracting key information and analyzing the key information to obtain a result by identifying a text by using Natural Language Processing (NLP), greatly reducing the cost, laying a good foundation for subsequent work and reducing the time cost.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) is an important research direction in the fields of computer science and artificial intelligence, and it uses computer to process, understand and use human Language (such as chinese and english) to achieve effective communication between human and computer. Natural language processing is widely used in many directions including text analysis, information extraction, and the like.
The project review method can be applied to a server, and certainly can also be applied to a terminal device to realize intelligent review of the index parameters corresponding to the application scale of the project to be reviewed, wherein the terminal device can include a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV and a desktop computer. The servers may be, for example, individual servers or clusters of servers. However, for the sake of understanding, the following embodiments will be described in detail with respect to a project review method applied to a server.
Some embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a project review method according to an embodiment of the present application. The project review method can be applied to the server, achieves project review intellectualization, solves the problem of complexity of manual operation, reduces cost, improves accuracy and efficiency, and greatly improves user experience.
As shown in fig. 1, the project review method includes steps S101 to S105.
S101, acquiring index parameters corresponding to the project application scale of the project text to be reviewed, wherein the index parameters comprise scale types and scale indexes.
And acquiring index parameters of the project application scale of the project text to be evaluated and examined, which are provided by the user, wherein the index parameters comprise a scale category and a scale index. The project text to be reviewed includes an index parameter of the project application scale, that is, an index parameter text of the project application scale that the user wants to determine.
Specifically, the size categories include a first size category and a second size category, wherein the first size category includes the second size category, i.e., the first size category is a large category, and the second size category is a small category in the large category. The first scale category is used for determining a corresponding standard specification, and the second scale category is used for determining an index scale regulation table from the standard specification.
For example, if a user wants to apply for a library item at a school, the user may send a text of the item to be reviewed through the terminal device, where the size of the index parameter of the item application size of the text of the item is 6000 people at the study size, the area of the library to be applied is 10000 square meters, the size category is the first size category which is the university of cultural relics, and the second size category which is the library of the university of cultural relics.
For example, on an application program (APP), when a user opens the APP, the APP displays a project text interface to be reviewed, so that the user fills in an index parameter corresponding to the project application scale to be reviewed on the project text interface to be reviewed, obtains the index parameter filled in by the user on the project text interface to be reviewed, sends the index parameter to a server, and the server executes the project review method provided by the embodiment of the application according to the index parameter to perform project review, and sends feedback on whether the project to be reviewed meets the standard to the user, so that the user confirms.
In some embodiments, the voice of the user may also be obtained from the terminal device, for example, the terminal device is provided with a voice button to prompt the user to publish the project text to be reviewed by voice, and the project text to be reviewed by the user is obtained by recognizing the voice of the user.
In some embodiments, OCR technology may also be used to identify the project text to be reviewed provided by the user, and by performing a keyword query on the identified project text, the keyword is, for example, "application size", "size index", or the like, an index parameter of the project application size of the project text to be reviewed may be determined.
S102, determining a corresponding standard book and an index scale regulation table according to the scale category, and recognizing the index scale regulation table through an OCR technology to obtain table data.
Specifically, a corresponding standard specification book is determined according to the first scale category, a corresponding index scale regulation table is searched in the standard specification book according to the second scale category, and OCR technology recognition is performed on the index scale regulation table to obtain table data. Wherein the table data refers to index parameters in the index scale specification table.
For example, a standard specification book of the corresponding discourse university may be determined according to a first scale category, such as discourse university, and a target scale regulation table corresponding to a library may be determined according to a second scale category, such as library.
In some embodiments, in order to obtain a specific category corresponding to table data according to a table header, as shown in fig. 2, that is, determine whether the table data has the table header, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s1021, detecting whether the table data has a table header;
s1022, obtaining a first scale category and a second scale category corresponding to the scale index according to the table header;
and S1023, determining a first scale type and a second scale type corresponding to the scale index through a table header prediction tool.
Detecting whether a table header exists in the table data; if the table data has a table header, obtaining a first scale type and a second scale type corresponding to the scale index according to the table header; and if the table data does not have a table header, determining a first scale type and a second scale type corresponding to the scale index through a table header prediction tool.
Specifically, whether the index size specification table has a header table may be determined in a standard specification book by using an image recognition technique, for example, whether character information exists may be detected at a position of the header table of the table by using the image recognition technique, and the content of the character information may be extracted and subjected to a word segmentation process to obtain a first size category and a second size category corresponding to the size index.
Specifically, a table header is extracted from characters of a page where a table without the header is located by using a trained BiLstm-CRF entity extraction model, and a first scale category and a second scale category corresponding to a scale index are obtained.
Illustratively, characters of an index scale regulation table identified by a BiLstm-CRF analysis technology are used for generating a table header prediction result, and a first scale type and a second scale type corresponding to the scale index are obtained according to the table header prediction result.
Specifically, table context information is regulated through BilSTM learning index scale, but the context information has no influence, the scale category of the maximum probability value is predicted in each step, meanwhile, CRF can be used for making up for the defects of the traditional BilSTM, the maximum probability value of each step and the weight value of a keyword are combined for judgment, an optimal judgment path is learned, the scale category is determined, and the accuracy of project review is improved.
In some embodiments, OCR (optical character recognition) technology recognition may be performed on the standard specification book, and then the corresponding index scale specification table may be determined according to the scale type provided by the user.
In some embodiments, the index scale specification table in the standard specification book may be determined first, and then OCR recognition may be performed on the determined index scale specification table to obtain the table data. The index scale regulation table in the standard specification book is determined firstly, and the index scale regulation table in the standard specification book can be determined by using an image recognition technology. Therefore, the index scale regulation table can be identified in a targeted manner, so that the identification efficiency is improved, and the project review efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the standard book may be recognized by OCR (optical character recognition) techniques.
Illustratively, OpenCV is used for preprocessing an index scale specified form scanning page, that is, a form image is subjected to binarization processing and converted into a gray level image, and then the image is subjected to gaussian filtering processing, that is, each pixel in the image is scanned by using a template (or convolution and mask), and the weighted average gray level of the pixels in a neighborhood determined by the template is used for replacing the value of a central pixel point of the template; and then Canny edge detection is carried out, namely a Sobel core is used for filtering the smooth image in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction so as to obtain a first derivative in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, after the edge gradual change and the direction of each pixel are found, the image is comprehensively scanned so as to remove all unnecessary pixels which may not form the edge, and then the edge is screened according to a preset double threshold.
And then, detecting a straight line by using OpenCV-hough transformation, namely quantizing the pixel space of the marginalized picture, assigning an initial value to a two-dimensional matrix accumulator A (wherein the slope and the intercept are respectively p and q), and taking (x) from the specified area of f (x, y)i,yi) According to the equation q ═ p × xi+yiIn [ p (min), p (max)]Calculating possible p values to obtain possible q values in the middle pass; according to pThe sum q value is used for carrying out accumulation calculation on an accumulator; and calculating each point in the image to obtain p and q corresponding to the maximum value in the array A (p, q), namely the values of p and q in the equation y which is p × x + q, and obtaining all straight lines according to the equation y which is p × x + q.
All the intersections are obtained according to the two straight line intersection formula, the pictures are divided according to the intersection positions, the position information is stored, image OCR (optical character recognition) technology recognition is carried out on each divided picture to obtain corresponding characters, then the table is restored according to the stored divided image positions and the characters obtained through recognition, and the table data is obtained.
In some embodiments, in order to determine the continuity of the target size specification table, as shown in fig. 3, that is, whether the target size specification table is a page spread table, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s1024, detecting whether the index scale regulation table is a page-crossing table or not;
and S1025, if the index scale regulation table is detected to be a page crossing table, merging the index scale regulation table by using a page crossing merging tool.
In some embodiments, whether the target scale specification table is a spread table may be determined by detecting whether the target scale specification table has continuity after OCR technology recognition.
In some embodiments, whether the form is a spread form may also be specified by identifying a metric scale through image techniques prior to OCR techniques.
Detecting whether the index scale regulation form is a page spread form or not; and if the index scale specified table is detected to be a page crossing table, merging the index scale specified table by using a page crossing merging tool.
For example, if it is detected that the index size specification table is a page crossing table, merging the index size specification table by using a page crossing merging tool such as a pandas, where merging the page crossing table by using the pandas includes: tables with the same fields are combined end to end, transverse table splicing and combining and tables with different column fields are combined.
Illustratively, taking the example of merging the page-crossing tables by pandas, the merging of the page-crossing tables is realized by adding a level of key parameter to the place where the page-crossing tables meet to identify the data source.
Illustratively, if two tables are encountered whose column fields are originally different, but are to be merged, the invalid values in the two tables are represented by nan, and the merged table is implemented by using the ignore _ index parameter.
S103, carrying out clustering analysis on the table data to obtain scale category data.
And performing cluster analysis on the table data, searching the scale index of a second scale type corresponding to the first scale type, generating an analysis result, and re-integrating the index scale regulation table of the first scale type according to the analysis result to obtain scale type data for generating a calculation formula corresponding to the scale index, wherein the scale type data is the index scale regulation table generated after the scale types are rearranged after the cluster analysis.
Specifically, a text clustering tool is used for searching scale indexes of a second scale category corresponding to a first scale category in the table data to generate an analysis result, and the scale indexes of the first scale category are reintegrated according to the analysis result to obtain scale category data, wherein the text clustering tool comprises at least one of K-means clustering, mean shift clustering, density-based clustering and K-Medians clustering.
Taking the K-means algorithm as an example, the K-means algorithm is a very typical clustering algorithm based on distance, and the distance is used as an evaluation index of similarity, that is, the closer the distance between two scale indexes is, the greater the similarity is, and finally the scale index with the greater similarity is counted.
Illustratively, we first select some classes/groups and randomly initialize their respective center points, calculate the distance of each data point to the center point, which is the same length as each data point vector, and classify into which class the data point is closest to which center point.
Illustratively, the project declaration is in units of a university or a hospital, but the scale index tables of different subclasses of the same type of university or hospital, such as a school teaching building and a library, are independent, and all the scale indexes of the same type of school or hospital can be integrated through clustering analysis.
Illustratively, the scale category data can also be obtained by reintegrating a second scale category belonging to the category of the university of synthesis through a K-Means text clustering model, such as integrating the scale index of the library of the university of synthesis and the scale index of the teaching building of the university of synthesis in the category of the university of synthesis. Therefore, the index scale regulation tables can be classified, and the table data can be understood more clearly and intuitively, so that the identification efficiency is improved, and the project review efficiency is improved.
And S104, fitting and generating a calculation formula of the scale index according to the scale category data.
Specifically, a calculation formula corresponding to a scale index for determining a comparison result of the scale index and the scale index of the prescribed table may be generated by interpolation from the scale category data.
Illustratively, as shown in table 1, if the index size specification table is a comprehensive university library size index table:
number of people/person 300 500 800 1000
Scale/square meter 1500 3000 5000 20000
According to the formula of interpolation:
Figure BDA0002823840030000091
a calculation formula for generating the scale indicator may be fitted. Wherein y is the library area in the scale index, and x is the comprehensive university scale population in the scale index; according to the index scale specification table, 5 piecewise functions can be obtained:
when x is less than 300, i.e. the number of people at the scale of the general university is less than 300, y is 1500;
when x is 300-500, namely the number of people in the scale of the comprehensive university is 300-500, namely x1=300,x2=500,y1=1500,y23000, substituting to obtain the formula of y 7.5 x-750;
when x is 500-800, namely the number of the people in the scale of the comprehensive university is between 500-800, namely x1=500,x2=800,y1=3000,y25000, substituting to obtain the formula of y 6.67 x-333;
when x is 800-1=800,x2=1000,y1=5000,y220000, and the formula is obtained by substituting y 75 x-55000;
when x is more than 1000, i.e. the number of people at the scale of general university is more than 1000, y is 20000.
In some embodiments, a range of intervals for the university size population may be determined first, a corresponding piecewise function may be determined from the range of intervals, and a calculation formula may be generated. Therefore, the corresponding formula can be generated in a targeted manner, the time is saved, and the efficiency is improved.
And S105, determining whether the scale index corresponding to the project application scale of the project text to be reviewed meets the standard according to the calculation formula.
Substituting the scale index corresponding to the project application scale of the project text to be reviewed into the corresponding calculation formula to obtain a calculation result, wherein the calculation result is a standard index parameter of the project application scale to be reviewed, comparing the calculation result with the scale index, generating a comparison result, and determining whether the scale index meets the standard or not according to the comparison result.
Illustratively, when the school size of a certain university comprehensive project is 400 persons, the school size of the university comprehensive project is 400 persons, and the formula y is substituted into 7.5x-750 to obtain the value of y 2250, namely, when the area of the library to be built is 2250 square meters or less, the standard is met.
In some embodiments, a comparison result is obtained by comparing the calculation result with a scale index provided by a user, and a comparison feedback is generated and sent to the user.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, that is, determining whether the scale indicator meets the scale indicator of the specified table, specifically includes the following steps:
s1051, determining whether the scale index meets the scale index of the specified table;
s1052, generating comparison feedback according with the scale index;
and S1053, generating contrast feedback which does not accord with the scale index.
Determining whether the scale indicator meets the scale indicator of the prescribed table; if the scale index accords with the scale index of the specified table, generating comparison feedback according with the scale index, and sending the comparison feedback to a user; and if the scale index does not accord with the scale index of the specified table, generating comparison feedback which does not accord with the scale index, and sending the comparison feedback to the user.
In some embodiments, if a comparison feedback that does not meet the scale indicator is generated, the comparison feedback and the calculation result are sent to a user for the user to modify.
Illustratively, the index parameters corresponding to the project application scale for obtaining the project text to be reviewed provided by the user are as follows: the method comprises the steps of establishing a library with a standard size of 2700 square meters when the study scale of a certain comprehensive university project is 400 persons, obtaining the area of the library to be established when the study scale of the comprehensive university is 400 persons below 2250 square meters according to the formula, generating contrast feedback that the application area does not accord with the scale index, and sending the contrast feedback and the established area to a user.
