Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of knowledge engineering, and relates to a method for constructing and applying a knowledge system based on business. The invention organizes knowledge through tasks, and each task comprises knowledge points such as AOS thirteen elements and the like. The invention provides a business-based knowledge system construction and application method, which is developed by Java, uses an Oracle database, mainly comprises a knowledge management module and a task management module, associates knowledge with tasks and realizes construction and knowledge pushing of a knowledge system, wherein the knowledge pushing mode is accurate pushing according to knowledge associated with task model nodes.
All knowledge basic forms in the platform are shown in fig. 1 and comprise knowledge ontology, knowledge dimension relation and dimension attributes.
The business dimension is one of knowledge dimensions, and in the invention, the business dimension is used as a main line, and the association relationship is shown in fig. 2.
The task model nodes defined in the platform can be associated with various knowledge such as standard specifications, fault cases, technical files and the like. By selecting the task nodes, the decomposed tasks can acquire knowledge associated with the nodes.
As shown in fig. 3, during task execution, task-related knowledge is pushed according to task elements.
In the knowledge pushing page, the user is supported to add and quote new knowledge and delete the quoted knowledge of the current task besides checking the pushed knowledge, so that the platform can record the new knowledge used in the current task in the working process.
And the newly added knowledge of the user is only stored in the current task of the user, and when the task is approved, the newly added knowledge of the user is simultaneously effective and put in storage, and the associated knowledge of the task model is also updated. The method realizes the aggregation of knowledge and ensures the validity of the knowledge through task approval, as shown in figure 4.
When the working platform pushes knowledge, a user can conveniently input the knowledge and quote the knowledge while performing task design.
And the task decomposition is from instantiation of a task model, when the task is approved, newly added knowledge in the task process is completed, and the newly added knowledge is automatically regressed to the associated task model node to realize the aggregation of the knowledge. The next time the same task is performed, the aggregated knowledge is pushed to the designer again.
Therefore, the business-based architecture and application mainly comprises the following contents:
1) establishing an association relation based on the business aggregated knowledge content;
2) pushing and applying in the task execution process;
3) and by executing the task, the incidence relation between the knowledge and the service is continuously perfected.
The application provides a business-based knowledge system construction and application method, which comprises the steps of 1) seizing a business main line, closing a knowledge range and avoiding knowledge sand scattering; 2) the knowledge is accumulated while working, including the invisible knowledge, and no extra workload is added; 3) establishing association between knowledge and business, wherein work is the core value of the knowledge; 4) knowledge is associated with the business model, so that the intelligent pushing is conveniently and actively carried out well, and the requirements of work application are met.

s2, constructing a knowledge management module, wherein the knowledge management module comprises a plurality of types of knowledge and a plurality of knowledge bases, and each type of knowledge is stored in the corresponding knowledge base; each type of knowledge comprises a plurality of knowledge items;
s3, according to the task elements corresponding to each task model node, establishing the incidence relation between the knowledge items in the knowledge management module and the task model node, thereby determining the incidence relation between the knowledge items in the knowledge management module and the task model nodes.
2. The business-based knowledge architecture construction and application method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a certain task model node is executed, the knowledge management module pushes a plurality of knowledge items related to each task element in the task model node according to the incidence relation between the plurality of knowledge items and the plurality of task model nodes.
3. The business-based knowledge architecture construction and application method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a certain task model node is executed, the knowledge management module modifies the incidence relation between the knowledge items and the task model nodes according to the incidence relation between the knowledge items and the task model nodes and if the pushed knowledge items related to each task element in the task model node do not meet the actual requirement.
4. The business-based knowledge architecture construction and application method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a certain task model node is executed, if a plurality of knowledge items pushed by the knowledge management module cannot meet the actual requirement, the required knowledge items are acquired from the outside, and the virtual association relationship between the task model node and the required knowledge items is established.

The business-based knowledge system construction and application method of claim 4, wherein after the required externally obtained knowledge items pass the approval of the task, the required externally obtained knowledge items are automatically added to the corresponding knowledge base, and the association relationship between the task model node and the knowledge items is established.
