Claims (8)
1. The preparation method of the low-cost cold-resistant ratproof and ant-proof packaging box is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
A. repeatedly crushing the recovered refractory materials, and grading to obtain three types of recovered refractory materials with the particle size of less than 800 meshes, the particle size of between 300-800 meshes and the particle size of more than 300 meshes, wherein the recovered refractory materials with the particle size of more than 300 meshes are continuously crushed, and the other two types of recovered refractory materials with the particle sizes are reserved;
B. adding the recovered refractory material with the particle size of less than 800 meshes into water, performing high-speed dispersion, then adding gelatin, heating to obtain emulsion, dropwise adding 8-15% acetic acid solution to adjust the system to a certain pH value, coagulating the gelatin, keeping the temperature for 12-20min to obtain a gel substance, and pouring the gel substance into a glue pool;
C. soaking the single-layer corrugated paper in a glue pool for 8-15s, taking out the single-layer corrugated paper, drying the single-layer corrugated paper in a gradient drying mode, and curling the single-layer corrugated paper for later use;
D. weighing a mixed adhesive consisting of water-based acrylic resin, water-based epoxy modified acrylic resin and modified melamine formaldehyde resin, adding a recycled refractory material with the particle size of 300-800 meshes, uniformly stirring by using a high-speed stirrer, and adding a film-forming agent, a defoaming agent and a water-retaining agent to obtain a water-based coating;
E. c, coating the single-layer corrugated paper in the step C with a water-based paint, and then soaking the single-layer corrugated paper into the cold-resistant emulsion; after the single-layer corrugated paper is completely solidified into a film, putting the film-formed single-layer corrugated paper into a drying oven at the temperature of 80-120 ℃, and drying for 15-25 min; and (3) cooling the single-layer corrugated paper to obtain paper for the packaging box, cutting the paper for the packaging box into a proper size according to the actual application requirement, and manufacturing the paper for the packaging box into the packaging box.
2. The method for preparing the low-cost cold-resistant rat and ant prevention packaging box as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step A, the recycled refractory material is recycled from a refractory material for steelmaking; the weight proportion of corundum is more than or equal to 15%, the weight proportion of magnesia is more than or equal to 10%, and the weight proportion of spinel is more than or equal to 5%.
3. The method for preparing the low-cost cold-resistant ratproof and ant-proof packing box as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step C, the density of the single-layer corrugated paper is 40-50g/m2。
4. The preparation method of the low-cost cold-resistant ratproof and ant-proof packaging box according to claim 1, wherein in the step D, the mass ratio of the water-based acrylic resin, the water-based epoxy modified acrylic resin and the modified melamine formaldehyde resin is 10: (5-8): (3-5).
5. The preparation method of the low-cost cold-resistant ratproof and ant-proof packaging box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed adhesive to the recycled refractory material is 1: (2-6).
6. The method for preparing the low-cost cold-resistant ratproof ant packaging box as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step E, the cold-resistant emulsion contains traditional Chinese medicine components for preventing ratproof ants.
7. The method for preparing the low-cost cold-resistant rat and ant prevention packaging box as claimed in claim 6, wherein in the step E, the traditional Chinese medicine components for preventing rat and ant are mixed extracts of seven-leaf daphne herb, camphor tree leaves, pepper and agastache rugosus.
8. The method for preparing the low-cost cold-resistant ratproof and ant-proof packaging box as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step E, the cold-resistant emulsion comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.3% of murraya paniculata extract, 1-2% of camphor tree leaf extract, 0.2-0.5% of pepper extract, 0.5-1.2% of agastache rugosus extract, 10-20% of ethanol, 5-8% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 15-25% of glycerol and the balance of water.
