The single-component self-leveling silicone sealant composition for concrete joints contains alpha, omega-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, dimethyl silicone oil, a reinforcing filler, a chain extender, a cross-linking agent, a water removing agent, a coupling agent and a catalyst. The sealant disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low cost, convenience in construction operation, high elongation, good leveling property and stability in storage.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of high polymer sealing materials, and particularly relates to a high-performance self-leveling silicone sealant and application thereof in caulking of ballastless tracks of railways.
Background
In the ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway, a bed plate, a track bed plate and the like are long-line continuous casting structures, in order to adapt to the deformation of concrete structures in different environments, certain cracks are generated, expansion joints are often required to be arranged at intervals, meanwhile, a large number of seams also exist between a base/supporting layer and an off-line structure, and caulking materials capable of bearing the displacement change of the seams are required to be used so as to prevent moisture, sundries and the like from entering the seams.
The early multi-purpose asphalt is used as a flexible caulking material of a ballastless track of a high-speed railway, but the asphalt material flows at high temperature, becomes brittle at low temperature and has poor aging resistance, and caulking failure appears in a large number after years of service, and the asphalt material is replaced by high-performance sealing materials such as polyurethane, silicone caulking materials and the like.

CN105567153A provides a two-component self-leveling silicone sealant for airport runways, which belongs to the field of concrete joints and comprises silicone rubber, methyl silicone oil, pigment carbon black, active white carbon black, active calcium carbonate, heavy active calcium carbonate, methyl tributyl ketoxime silane, vinyl tributyl ketoxime silane, KH-550, KH-560 and dibutyltin dilaurate, wherein each component is a component A and a component B which are independently produced, packaged and stored, and the two-component self-leveling silicone sealant has the remarkable advantages of good performance, long service life, controllable surface drying time and low cost.
However, high performance sealing materials such as silicone caulking materials are damaged to different degrees during application, and the waterproof sealing function is also lost to a certain extent. After the waterproof sealing function of the caulking material fails, water can enter the ballastless track structure from the expansion joint, so that the problems of slurry bleeding, frozen expansion and the like are caused. The failure of the caulking material creates a certain hidden trouble for the durability and the operation safety of a concrete structure, and a high-performance silicone sealant needs to be found to effectively seal the ballastless track of the high-speed railway.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a single-component self-leveling silicone sealant composition and a sealant which are low in cost, convenient to construct and operate, high in elongation, good in leveling property and stable in storage, and application of the single-component self-leveling silicone sealant composition and the sealant in caulking of ballastless tracks of high-speed railways.
In order to achieve the above object, a first aspect of the present invention provides a self-leveling silicone sealant composition for concrete joints, which comprises α, ω -dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, dimethicone, a reinforcing filler, a chain extender, a cross-linking agent, a water scavenger, a coupling agent and a catalyst, wherein, relative to 100 parts by weight of α, ω -dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane, the dimethicone is 10 to 30 parts by weight, the reinforcing filler is 20 to 40 parts by weight, the chain extender is 3 to 8 parts by weight, the cross-linking agent is 3 to 15 parts by weight, the water scavenger is 1 to 8 parts by weight, and the coupling agent is 0.5 to 3 parts by weight, the content of the catalyst is 0.1 to 0.8 weight portion.
The reinforcing filler is one or more of light nano calcium carbonate, heavy nano calcium carbonate, silica micropowder, diatomite and titanium dioxide. Wherein, the chain extender is one or the mixture of methyl vinyl diacetyl ketoxime or dimethyl diacetyl ketoxime. Wherein the cross-linking agent is vinyl tributyrinoxime silane and/or methyl tributyrinoxime silane. Wherein the water removing agent is one or more of zeolite activated powder, vinyl trimethoxy silane, triethyl orthoformate and trimethyl orthoacetate. Wherein the coupling agent is one or more of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane, Y- (2, 3-glycidoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane and N- (beta-aminoethyl) -Y-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. Wherein the catalyst is one or more of dimethyl tin dilaurate, dibutyltin dilaurate, dioctyltin dilaurate, dimethyltin dineodecanoate and chelated tin.
The invention provides a self-leveling silicone sealant for concrete joints, which is used for sealing joints of ballastless tracks of railways. The method can realize efficient, simple and convenient caulking sealing of the railway ballastless track, and the excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance of the method can meet the strict requirements of the caulking sealing of the railway ballastless track.
In addition, the self-leveling silicone sealant disclosed by the invention has high displacement performance, flowability, compression resilience, excellent high and low temperature resistance, excellent long-term weather aging resistance and ultraviolet irradiation resistance, is suitable for filling joints of bases, track bed boards, lines and the like of ballastless tracks of high-speed railways, and has the main properties shown in the table 1-1.
