本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种滚动阻力小、低生热、低滞后性能的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料及其制备方法,胶料各原料为:天然橡胶,顺丁橡胶,环保塑解剂,微晶蜡,防老剂6PPD,防老剂TMQ,炭黑,白炭黑,硅烷偶联剂,微晶石蜡,活性剂ZnO,硬脂酸,硫磺,促进剂TBBS,促进剂DPG,防焦剂CTP;通过本发明的配方设计,减小了轮胎支撑部件胶料的滚动阻力,使支撑部件胶料获得低滞后性能和低生热性能,降低了汽车的油耗,提高了轮胎的耐久性能和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车在道路上行驶,难免会发生轮胎漏气的情况。在高速行驶的过程中遇到这种情况无疑会对驾乘人员的人身安全造成一定的威胁。由此而来的防失控轮胎既能满足轮胎失压时的安全性,又能保证乘车舒适性。
如申请号为CN202010222443.0的中国专利公开了一种失压状态下防失控轮胎,包括沿轮胎周向延伸而呈环状的胎面部、位于胎面部两侧的胎侧部和配置在胎侧部的轮胎径向内侧的一对胎圈部,一对胎圈部之间铺设有1-2层胎体层,且胎体层位于胎圈部的胎圈芯周围,胎体层从轮胎内侧向外侧卷起,胎圈部的各胎圈芯的外周侧配置有填充胶条,胎面部的胎体层的外周侧配置有多层带束层,胎侧部的胎体层与内衬层之间配置有截面为特殊结构加强层;
特殊结构加强层作为防失控轮胎中最关键的部件,起着至关重要的作用;特殊形状的环形橡胶加强层配方性能需求一般为高定伸、高模量、低生热、优异的屈挠性能和耐高温性能。这种特殊结构加强层作为失压状态下防失控轮胎的支撑部件,它的滚动阻力、生热性能和滞后性能将直接影响汽车在失压状态下的安全行驶,同时也影响轮胎的使用寿命。目前,防失控轮胎支撑部件的滚动阻力比较大,同时生热性能和滞后性能也不够理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料及其制备方法,使支撑部件胶料获得更小的滚动阻力、更低的生热性能和滞后性能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,各原料重量组份为:天然橡胶40-80份,顺丁橡胶20-60份,环保塑解剂0.1-0.3份,微晶蜡1-2份,防老剂6PPD 1-2份,防老剂TMQ 1.0-2.0份,炭黑25-60份,白炭黑15-30份,硅烷偶联剂1.8-3份,微晶石蜡0.5-1.5份,活性剂ZnO 5-10份,硬脂酸1-2.5份,硫磺1.5-2.2份,促进剂TBBS 1.4-2.2份,促进剂DPG 0.3-1.5份,防焦剂CTP0.04-0.10份。
作为优化,所述的顺丁橡胶为稀土顺丁橡胶CB24。
作为优化,所述的炭黑为N550。
作为优化,所述的白炭黑为高分散白炭黑1165MP。
作为优化,所述的硅烷偶联剂为SI-75。
作为优化,所述的硫磺为热稳定性不溶性硫磺HDOT20。
本发明还提供另一种技术方案是:
一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)塑炼:投入规定重量份数的天然橡胶、环保塑解剂进行天然胶塑炼,以降低天然橡胶门尼粘度;
(2)一段混炼:按重量组份称取天然塑炼胶60份,与规定重量份数的顺丁橡胶40份投入密炼机,并投入规定重量份数的白炭黑和规定重量份数的硅烷偶联剂混炼,加入2/3规定重量份数的炭黑,在145℃时开始浮砣,保证胶料在140-145℃条件下促使白炭黑硅烷化反应,并在155℃排胶;
(3)二段混炼:将一段混炼胶与防老剂6PPD、防老剂TMQ、微晶蜡、活性剂ZnO、微晶石蜡、硬脂酸、剩余1/3规定重量份数的炭黑一起加入进行混炼,转速为45r/min,压栓至155℃排胶;
(4)终炼:投入二段混炼冷却后的胶片,加入规定重量份数的硫磺、促进剂TBBS、促进剂DPG和防焦剂CTP,混炼135s,混炼温度达到93-98℃排胶;
(5)冷却停放:开炼机出片,经过冷却水槽冷却、风扇冷却,收片停放8h,得防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料及其制备方法,通过选取合理的橡胶体系,采用分子链柔顺的天然橡胶和稀土顺丁橡胶为主体,这两种橡胶分子链柔顺,温升低,滞后损失小;添加软质炭黑N550、高分散白炭黑1165MP,使得支撑部件胶料具有超低滚动阻力;硅烷偶联剂可以进一步改善橡胶与白炭黑的结合,进一步降低滚动阻力。通过本发明的配方设计,不仅减小了轮胎支撑部件胶料的滚动阻力,使支撑部件胶料获得低滞后性能和低生热性能,从而降低了汽车油耗;而且提高了轮胎的耐久性能,使轮胎在低气压下行使里程增加了26.4%,延长了轮胎的使用寿命。同时支撑部件胶料的各项物理机械等性能也达到设计标准。

实施例1:
本实施例涉及的一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,各原料重量组份为:天然橡胶60份,稀土顺丁橡胶CB24 40份,环保塑解剂0.1份,微晶蜡1.0份,防老剂6PPD 2.0份,防老剂TMQ1.0份,炭黑N550 35份,白炭黑25份,硅烷偶联剂2.5份,微晶石蜡1.0份,氧化锌ZnO 5.0份,硬脂酸2.0份,不溶性硫磺HDOT20 2.0份,促进剂TBBS 2份,促进剂DPG 0.6份,防焦剂CTP0.06份。
本实施例所述的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)塑炼:投入规定重量份数的天然橡胶、环保塑解剂进行天然胶塑炼,得天然塑炼胶,以降低天然橡胶门尼粘度;
(2)一段混炼:按重量组份称取天然塑炼胶60份,与规定重量份数的稀土顺丁橡胶CB2440份投入密炼机,并投入规定重量份数的高分散白炭黑和规定重量份数的硅烷偶联剂SI-75混炼,加入2/3规定重量份数的N550炭黑,在145℃时开始浮砣,保证胶料在140-145℃条件下促使白炭黑硅烷化反应,并在155℃排胶;
(3)二段混炼:将一段混炼胶与防老剂6PPD、防老剂TMQ、微晶蜡、活性剂ZnO、微晶石蜡、硬脂酸、剩余1/3规定重量份数的炭黑N550一起加入进行混炼,转速为45r/min,压栓至155℃排胶;
(4)终炼:投入二段混炼冷却后的胶片,加入规定重量份数的不溶性硫磺HD OT20、促进剂TBBS、促进剂DPG和防焦剂CTP,混炼135s,混炼温度达到93-98℃排胶;
(5)冷却停放:开炼机出片,经过冷却水槽冷却、风扇冷却,收片停放8h,得防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料。
所述稀土顺丁胶CB24,采购于朗盛化学(中国)有限公司;所述天然橡胶,采购于马来西亚沙巴公司;所述高分散白炭黑采购于青岛索尔维公司;所述硅烷偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂Si75,采购于南京曙光化工集团有限公司。
实施例2:
本实施例涉及的一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,各原料重量组份为:天然橡胶70份,稀土顺丁橡胶CB24 30份,环保塑解剂0.1份,微晶蜡1.0份,防老剂6PPD 2.0份,防老剂TMQ1.0份,炭黑N550 57份,微晶石蜡1.0份,氧化锌ZnO 5.0份,硬脂酸2.0份,不溶性硫磺HDOT20 2.0份,促进剂TBBS 1.8份,促进剂DPG 0.3份,防焦剂CTP 0.04份。

本实施例涉及的一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,各原料重量组份为:天然橡胶80份,稀土顺丁橡胶CB24 20份,环保塑解剂0.1份,微晶蜡1.0份,防老剂6PPD 2.0份,防老剂TMQ1.0份,炭黑N550 35份,白炭黑25份,硅烷偶联剂2.5份,微晶石蜡1.0份,氧化锌ZnO 5.0份,硬脂酸2.0份,不溶性硫磺HDOT20 2.0份,促进剂TBBS 2.0份,促进剂DPG 0.6份,防焦剂CTP0.05份。
本实施例所述的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料制备方法同实施例1。
本发明对上述实施例1-4制备的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料进行DMA测试,测试数据如表1所示:

对于支撑部件胶料来说,60℃tanδ越小表示滚动阻力越小,即支撑部件胶料的滞后越低。从表1可以看出,本发明制备的支撑部件胶料具有较低tanδ的优点,特别是实施例1的综合性能较好。
本发明制备的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,特别适用于防失控轮胎结构中起支撑作用的加强层,即防失控轮胎支撑部件的制作。

1.一种防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,其特征在于:各原料重量组份为:天然橡胶40-80份,顺丁橡胶 20-60份,环保塑解剂0.1-0.3份,微晶蜡1-2份,防老剂6PPD 1-2份,防老剂TMQ1.0-2.0份,炭黑25-60份,白炭黑15-30份,硅烷偶联剂 1.8-3份,微晶石蜡0.5-1.5份,活性剂ZnO 5-10份,硬脂酸1-2.5份,硫磺 1.5-2.2份,促进剂TBBS 1.4-2.2份,促进剂DPG 0.3-1.5份,防焦剂CTP 0.04-0.10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,其特征在于:所述的顺丁橡胶为稀土顺丁橡胶CB24。

7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的防失控轮胎支撑部件胶料,其特征在于:所述胶料制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)塑炼:投入规定重量份数的天然橡胶、环保塑解剂进行天然胶塑炼,以降低天然橡胶门尼粘度;
(2)一段混炼:按重量组份称取天然塑炼胶60份,与规定重量份数的顺丁橡胶40份投入密炼机,并投入规定重量份数的白炭黑和规定重量份数的硅烷偶联剂混炼,加入2/3 规定重量份数的炭黑,在145℃时开始浮砣,保证胶料在140-145℃条件下促使白炭黑硅烷化反应,并在155℃排胶;
(3)二段混炼:将一段混炼胶与防老剂6PPD、防老剂TMQ、微晶蜡、活性剂ZnO、微晶石蜡、硬脂酸、剩余1/3规定重量份数的炭黑一起加入进行混炼,转速为45r/min,压栓至155℃排胶;
