Abstract

本发明公开一种混合动力系统以及车辆,其中,混合动力系统包括输出齿轮组、行星排、发动机、单向离合器、第一电机及第二电机,行星排输出端与单向离合器输入端相连,单向离合器输出端与输出齿轮组相连,第二电机与输出齿轮组相连,行星排包括转动设置的行星架以及太阳轮,行星架一端转动安装有行星轮,行星轮与太阳轮啮合,发动机驱动行星架转动,第一电机驱动太阳轮转动。当单向离合器闭合时,第一电机与发动机同时做功,两者扭矩会在行星轮汇合,从而实现发动机转速与车辆车速的解耦,让发动机转速始终保持在比较经济的区间,降低油耗;当所述单向离合器断开时,第二电机能够避开行星排为汽车提供动力,实现较高效率的驱动车辆。

本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,特别涉及一种混合动力系统以及车辆。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车技术的日益成熟,国内油耗相关法规越来越严格,新能源车型财政补贴减少,所以混合动力汽车对降低油耗越来越重视。国内目前针对行星轮与双电机混合动力系统的油耗降低已经有了一定的研究,但是现有的混合动力系统结构复杂,控制难度较大,同时模式较多,没有较为明显的模式优势,而且主要是用于非插电式混合动力系统,目前针对插电式混合动力车型的低油耗混合动力系统较少。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种混合动力系统以及车辆,旨在使得混合动力系统能够降低油耗。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的一种混合动力系统,包括:
输出齿轮组,所述输出齿轮组用于驱动车轮转动;
行星排,包括转动设置的行星架以及太阳轮,所述行星架一端转动安装有行星轮,所述行星轮与所述太阳轮啮合;
发动机,所述发动机驱动所述行星架转动;
第一电机,所述第一电机驱动所述太阳轮转动;
单向离合器,所述行星排的输出端与所述单向离合器输入端连接,所述单向离合器输出端与所述输出齿轮组连接;以及,
第二电机,所述第二电机与所述输出齿轮组连接。
可选地,所述混合动力系统还包括第一电机主动轮以及第一电机从动轮,所述第一电机主动轮与所述第一电机输出轴同轴安装,所述第一电机主动轮与所述第一电机从动轮啮合,所述第一电机从动轮与所述太阳轮同轴安装。
可选地,所述混合动力系统还包括连接电路,所述连接电路分别与所述第一电机、所述第二电机电性连接,所述第一电机通过所述连接电路为所述第二电机进行供电。
可选地,所述行星排还包括齿圈,所述太阳轮转动安装于所述齿圈内,且在所述齿圈的内齿面与所述太阳轮的外齿面之间共同限定出一环形区域,所述行星轮活动安装于所述环形区域,且与所述太阳轮、所述齿圈分别啮合;
其中,所述齿圈的输出端与所述单向离合器的输入端连接。
可选地,所述混合系统还包括锁止离合器,所述锁止离合器与所述齿圈同轴安装,用于对所述齿圈进行锁止。
可选地,所述输出齿轮组包括差速器、主减速主动轮、主减速从动轮,所述单向离合器输出端与所述主减速器主动轮连接,所述主减速器主动轮与所述主减速器从动轮连接,所述主减速从动轮与所述差速器连接,所述差速器用于与所述车轮相连。
可选地,所述混合动力系统还包括第二电机从动轮以及第二电机主动轮,所述第二电机主动轮与所述第二电机输出轴同轴安装,所述第二电机主动轮与所述第二电机从动轮连接,所述第二电机从动轮与所述主减速从动轮连接。
可选地,所述混合动力系统还包括减震器,所述减震器设于所述发动机与所述行星架之间的连接处。
本发明还提供一种车辆,包括混合动力系统,混合动力系统包括:
输出齿轮组,所述输出齿轮组用于驱动车轮转动;
行星排,包括转动设置的行星架以及太阳轮,所述行星架一端转动安装有行星轮,所述行星轮与所述太阳轮啮合;
发动机,所述发动机驱动所述行星架转动;
第一电机,所述第一电机驱动所述太阳轮转动;
单向离合器,所述行星排的输出端与所述单向离合器输入端连接,所述单向离合器输出端与所述输出齿轮组连接;以及,
第二电机,所述第二电机与所述输出齿轮组连接。
可选地,所述车辆为插电式混合动力汽车。
本发明的技术方案中,通过所述行星排的输出端与所述单向离合器输入端连接,所述单向离合器输出端与所述输出齿轮组连接,所述第二电机与所述输出齿轮组连接,所述发动机驱动所述行星架转动,所述第一电机驱动所述太阳轮转动,当离合器闭合,所述发动机与所述第一电机同时做功时,两者扭矩在所述行星轮汇合,实现所述发动机转速与车速的解耦,控制所述发动机转速在较为经济的转速区间运行,降低油耗;当所述单向离合器断开时,所述第二电机能够避开所述行星排为传递扭矩,实现较高效率的传动。

本发明提供一种车辆,所述车辆包括混合动力系统。所述车辆可以是插电式混合动力汽车等,只要具有所述混合动力系统的车辆均属于本发明所说的车辆。图1为本发明提供的混合动力系统的一实施例的原理示意图,在本实施例中,所述混合动力系统对应的车辆为插电式混合动力汽车。
请参阅图1,所述混合动力系统包括:输出齿轮组,所述输出齿轮组用于驱动车轮转动;行星排,包括转动设置的行星架21以及太阳轮23,所述行星架21一端转动安装有行星轮22,所述行星轮22与所述太阳轮23啮合;发动机10,所述发动机10驱动所述行星架21转动;第一电机30,所述第一电机30驱动所述太阳轮23转动;单向离合器60,所述行星排的输出端与所述单向离合器60输入端连接,所述单向离合器60输出端与所述输出齿轮组连接;以及,第二电机40,所述第二电机40与所述输出齿轮组连接。所述发动机10驱动所述行星架21进行圆周转动,所述行星轮22被所述行星架21带动做圆周运动,所述行星轮22因为与所述太阳轮23啮合,因此在做圆周运动时,所述行星轮22获得扭矩,从而实现所述发动机10到所述行星轮22的扭矩传递,所述第一电机30驱动所述太阳轮23转动,,所述太阳轮23扭矩传递给所述行星轮22,此时所述第一电机30与所述发动机10两者扭矩在所述行星轮22汇合,共同驱动车辆与调节车速,从而实现发动机10转速与所述车辆转速的解耦,让所述发动机10转速始终保持在比较经济的区间,降低油耗。所述行星排的输出端与所述单向离合器60输入端连接,所述单向离合器60输出端与所述输出齿轮组连接,所述第二电机40与所述输出齿轮组连接,从而当所述单向离合器60打开时,所述行星排扭矩无法通过所述单向离合器60向输出齿轮组传递,所述第二电机40可以继续传递扭矩给所述输出齿轮组,此时所述第二电机40传递给所述输出齿轮组的扭矩不会被所述行星排消耗,能够直接通过所述输出齿轮组驱动车轮,实现较高效率的扭矩传递。
具体地,所述混合动力系统还包括第一电机主动轮31以及第一电机从动轮32,所述第一电机主动轮31与所述第一电机30输出轴同轴安装,所述第一电机主动轮31与所述第一电机从动轮32啮合,所述第一电机从动轮32与所述太阳轮23同轴安装。当所述第一电机30做功时,扭矩从所述第一电机30输出轴传递给所述第一电机主动轮31,所述第一电机30主动轮31传递给所述第一电机从动轮32,所述第一电机30通过自身转轴将扭矩传递给同轴的所述太阳轮23,从而实现第一电机30对所述太阳轮23的驱动。所述第一电机30扭矩传递到所述太阳轮23,只经过一次齿轮传动,扭矩损失较小,传动效率较高。
本发明中,所述混合动力系统还包括连接电路(未图示),所述连接电路分别与所述第一电机30、所述第二电机40电性连接,可以实现所述第一电机30到所述第二电机40的电能传递,所述第一电机30可以作为发电机,通过所述连接电路向所述第二电机供电,可以通过供电的方式实现所述第一电机30直接传递扭矩给所述第二电机40,从而避开所述行星排,也能不被所述单向离合器60限制。
本发明中,所述行星排还包括齿圈24,所述太阳轮23转动安装在所述齿圈24圈内中部区域,从而所述齿圈24的内齿面与所述太阳轮23的外齿面之间共同限定出一环形区域,所述行星轮22活动安装于所述环形区域,且与所述太阳轮23、所述齿圈24分别啮合。其中,所述齿圈24与所述单向离合器60的输入端同轴安装。当所述发动机10驱动所述行星架21做圆周运动时,所述行星架21上的所述行星轮22被带动在所述环形区域做圆周运动,而所述齿圈24因为与所述行星轮22啮合,此时会被带动在与所述行星架21圆周运动相反的方向上转动,从而实现所述行星轮22扭矩到所述齿圈24,而所述齿圈24的扭矩会通过其输出轴传递到所述单向离合器60输入端,实现扭矩的向所述输出齿轮组的传递,实现车辆的驱动与车速的调节。
本发明中,所述输出齿轮组包括差速器50、主减速主动轮51、主减速从动轮52,所述行星轮22扭矩传递给所述齿圈24后,所述齿圈24通过安装轴传递到所述单向离合器60输入端,扭矩从所述单向离合器60输入端传递到所述单向离合器60输出端后,所述单向离合器60输出端与所述主减速器主动轮连接,所述主减速器主动轮与所述主减速器从动轮连接,所述主减速从动轮52与所述差速器50连接,所述差速器50用于与所述车轮相连,从而实现扭矩从行星排传递到所述单向离合器60,所述单向离合器60传递到所述输出齿轮组,所述输出齿轮组在传递到车轮,实现汽车的驱动与车速调节。
本发明中,所述混合系统还包括锁止离合器70,所述锁止离合器70与所述齿圈24同轴安装,所述锁止离合器70能够对所述齿圈24进行锁止,让所述齿圈24固定,此时所述行星轮22不再能通过所述齿圈24向所述单向离合器60传递扭矩。所述齿圈24固定后,所述行星排中只有所述行星轮22与所述太阳轮23进行扭矩传递,当所述发动机10做功时,所述行星轮22扭矩传递给所述太阳轮23,所述太阳轮23会通过轴直接传递给所述第一电机从动轮32,从而实现所述发动机10到所述第一电机30的扭矩传递。
本发明中,所述混合动力系统还包括第二电机从动轮42以及第二电机主动轮41,所述第二电机主动轮41与所述第二电机输出轴同轴安装,所述第二电机40通过输出轴将扭矩传递到所述第二电机主动轮41,所述第二电机主动轮41与所述第二电机从动轮42连接,所述第二电机从动轮42与所述主减速从动轮52连接,从而实现所述第二电机40做功实现所述车辆的驱动与车速的调节。
本发明中,所述混合动力系统还包括减震器11,所述减震器11设于所述发动机10与所述行星架21之间的连接处,所述发动机10、所述减震器11、所述行星架21依次同轴安装,从而减弱所述发动机10做功时的剧烈震动,提高传动效率以及减少传动齿轮磨损。
本发明的主要控制策略和工作模式主要有以下几种:
纯电动模式:此时,所述单向离合器60打开、所述锁止离合器70打开,所述第一电机30与所述发动机10停止运行,所述第一电机30单独向输出齿轮组传递扭矩,此时扭矩不会受到行星排影响,扭矩传递效率更高,也更适合电能充足的插电式混合动力汽车使用。
串联模式:此时,所述锁止离合器70闭合、所述单向离合器60断开,所述锁止离合器70将所述齿圈24锁止,所以所述行星排中扭矩的传递只在所述行星轮22与所述太阳轮23之间传递,此时所述发动机10扭矩传递至所述太阳轮23,所述太阳轮23通过轴承向所述第一电机从动轮32传递扭矩,所述第一电机从动轮32通过所述第一电机主动轮31向所述第一电机30传递扭矩,此时所述第一电机30作为发电机通过所述连接电路向所述第二电机40以电能的形式传递扭矩,再由所述第二电机40向输出齿轮组传递扭矩,实现车辆的驱动以及车速的调节。
混联模式:此时,所述锁止离合器70打开、所述单向离合器60闭合,所述发动机10与所述第一电机30同时做功,所述发动机10将扭矩传递给所述行星架21,所述行星架21扭矩传递给所述行星轮22,所述第一电机30将扭矩传递给所述太阳轮23,所述太阳轮23将扭矩传递给所述行星轮22,从而实现所述第一电机30与所述发动机10的扭矩在所述行星轮22汇合,而所述齿圈24因为与所述行星轮22啮合,此时会被带动在与所述行星架21圆周运动相反的方向上转动,从而实现所述行星轮22扭矩到所述齿圈24,而所述齿圈24的扭矩会通过其输出轴传递到所述单向离合器60输入端,实现扭矩的向所述输出齿轮组的传递,从而实现车辆的驱动与车速的调节。此种模式下,所述第一电机30与所述发动机10扭矩在所述行星轮22汇合,实现所述发动机10转速与所述车速的解耦,能够控制所述发动机10转速在一个较为经济的区间,降低油耗。
并联模式:此时,所述所述锁止离合器70打开、所述单向离合器60闭合,所述发动机10、所述第一电机30以及第二电机40同时做功,所述发动机10将扭矩传递给所述行星架21,所述行星架21扭矩传递给所述行星轮22,所述第一电机30将扭矩传递给所述太阳轮23,所述太阳轮23将扭矩传递给所述行星轮22,从而实现所述第一电机30与所述发动机10的扭矩在所述行星轮22汇合,而所述齿圈24因为与所述行星轮22啮合,此时会被带动在与所述行星架21圆周运动相反的方向上转动,从而实现所述行星轮22扭矩到所述齿圈24,而所述齿圈24的扭矩会通过其输出轴传递到所述单向离合器60输入端,实现扭矩的向所述输出齿轮组的传递,而所述第一电机30直接向所述输出齿轮组传递扭矩,此时,所述第一电机30、所述第二电机40以及所述发动机10共同为输出齿轮组传递扭矩,从而实现车辆的驱动与车速的调节。此种模式下,所述第一电机30与所述发动机10扭矩在所述行星轮22汇合,实现所述发动机10转速与所述车速的解耦,能够控制所述发动机10转速在一个较为经济的区间,降低油耗。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力系统,其特征在于,包括:
输出齿轮组,所述输出齿轮组用于驱动车轮转动;
行星排,包括转动设置的行星架以及太阳轮,所述行星架一端转动安装有行星轮,所述行星轮与所述太阳轮啮合;
发动机,所述发动机驱动所述行星架转动;
第一电机,所述第一电机驱动所述太阳轮转动;
单向离合器,所述行星排的输出端与所述单向离合器输入端连接,所述单向离合器输出端与所述输出齿轮组连接;以及,
第二电机,所述第二电机与所述输出齿轮组连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括第一电机主动轮以及第一电机从动轮,所述第一电机主动轮与所述第一电机输出轴同轴安装,所述第一电机主动轮与所述第一电机从动轮啮合,所述第一电机从动轮与所述太阳轮同轴安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括连接电路,所述连接电路分别与所述第一电机、所述第二电机电性连接,所述第一电机通过所述连接电路为所述第二电机进行供电。
4.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述行星排还包括齿圈,所述太阳轮转动安装于所述齿圈内,且在所述齿圈的内齿面与所述太阳轮的外齿面之间共同限定出一环形区域,所述行星轮活动安装于所述环形区域,且与所述太阳轮、所述齿圈分别啮合;
其中,所述齿圈的输出端与所述单向离合器的输入端连接。
5.如权利要求4所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合系统还包括锁止离合器,所述锁止离合器与所述齿圈同轴安装,用于对所述齿圈进行锁止。
6.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述输出齿轮组包括差速器、主减速主动轮、主减速从动轮,所述单向离合器输出端与所述主减速器主动轮连接,所述主减速器主动轮与所述主减速器从动轮连接,所述主减速从动轮与所述差速器连接,所述差速器用于与所述车轮相连。
7.如权利要求6所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括第二电机从动轮以及第二电机主动轮,所述第二电机主动轮与所述第二电机输出轴同轴安装,所述第二电机主动轮与所述第二电机从动轮连接,所述第二电机从动轮与所述主减速从动轮连接。
8.如权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述混合动力系统还包括减震器,所述减震器设于所述发动机与所述行星架之间的连接处。
9.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任意一项所述的混合动力系统。
10.如权利要求9所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述车辆为插电式混合动力汽车。
