As shown in fig. 1, the active display search result folder includes:
a folder body 101 for storing paper documents, an electronic ink screen 102 disposed at a side of the folder body 101, and a control main board 103 and a plurality of storage inner bags 104 disposed inside the folder body 101; the plurality of storage inner bags 104 are used for storing paper documents respectively;
the control mainboard 103 is used for receiving a retrieval instruction;
the electronic ink screen 102 is connected to the control main board 103, and is configured to actively display a search result according to a search instruction received by the control main board 103 on the premise that the folder main body 101 is not opened.
It should be noted that the overall size of the folder body 101 is the same as or similar to that of a conventional folder, thereby facilitating use. In addition, the electronic ink screen is a screen to which electronic ink is applied, which changes color when power is applied and can display a changing image, and more importantly, when the display content does not change, it can be continuously displayed without power being applied, and thus power consumption is extremely low.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, one side of each inner storage bag 104 is provided with an electronic ink tag 105 (connected by a flexible flat cable 109) connected to the control main board 103 for displaying the document characteristics of the paper documents stored in the inner storage bag 104. The electronic ink label 105 is preferably disposed on the right side of the inner storage bag 104 (i.e., the structure shown in fig. 2), so as to better conform to the usage habit of people. Further, as shown in fig. 2, when the number of the inner storage bags 104 is multiple, the electronic ink labels 105 corresponding to the inner storage bags 104 are arranged in a step shape without being blocked, so that a user can conveniently view each electronic ink label 105.
Further, each storage inner bag 104 is detachably connected to the folder body 101 through a clamp 106, and the clamp 106 is located at the opposite side of the electronic ink label 105. For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the clamp 106 is disposed at the left side of the storage inner bag 104, the clamp 106 (and the corresponding position of the storage inner bag 104) includes a connecting hole 107, the interior of the folder body 101 further includes a connecting column (not shown in the figure), the connecting hole 107 is sleeved on the connecting column to realize detachable connection between the clamp 106 and the folder body 101, and the number of the connecting hole 107 and the corresponding connecting column is at least 2 to ensure that the storage inner bag 104 does not rotate or slide. Based on this, each storage inner bag 104 can be repeatedly detached and attached, and the attachment sequence can be reused and adjusted.

The interaction module 203, that is, the wireless communication module, is configured to perform information interaction with an external smart device, including receiving a retrieval instruction; specifically, since the folder itself does not include a human-computer interaction unit, information interaction with the control main board 103 of the folder needs to be realized through an external intelligent device, and accordingly, the intelligent device needs to be provided with a client for user operation, and the client can be installed on a desktop or a mobile terminal as needed, that is, the intelligent device can be a PC, a mobile phone, a PAD, or the like; in addition, it should be noted that, since the interaction module 203 needs to perform information interaction with an external smart device, the position of the interaction module on the control main board may be a position close to the side (at the back) of the folder main body 101;
the storage module 202 is used for storing document characteristics of paper documents stored in the folder body 101; the document features are identifiers preset by a user and used for representing corresponding paper documents, and may be, for example, titles or other keywords of corresponding contents of the paper documents;
the processing module 201 is used for controlling the electronic ink screen 102 to display the document characteristics according to the retrieval instruction acquired by the interaction module 203; the processing module 201 can be realized by a single chip microcomputer;
the power module 204 is used for providing working power, and the power module 204 specifically includes a battery and a corresponding power circuit, and may be implemented by using related structures or modules in the prior art, which is not described in detail herein.
Furthermore, the power utilization modules can enter a standby state in a non-retrieval state, so that the electric quantity of the battery is saved, and the service life is prolonged; and in the retrieval state, all modules automatically recover the working state to realize the retrieval of the document.
In addition, in some scenarios, the number of folders may be large, and in order to enable a user to find a corresponding document more conveniently and quickly, the folder for actively displaying a search result further includes an audible alarm 205, and the audible alarm 205 is configured to issue an alarm prompt tone under the control of (the processing module 201 in) the control motherboard 103. That is, when the processing module 201 in a folder determines that the paper document being retrieved by the user is stored in the folder, the electronic ink screen 102 is controlled to display the retrieval result, and the corresponding audible alarm 205 is controlled to emit an alarm prompt tone, so as to remind the user of finding the folder. Wherein, the alarm prompt tone can be a buzzer or a similar device. The sound alarm 205 may be integrated with the control main board 103, or may be separately provided in the folder main body 101.
In order to make the solution of the present application easier to understand, a method of managing paper documents based on the above-described active display search result folder will be described below. The management method of the paper document comprises an archiving method and a retrieval method of the paper document.

step 1: information interaction is carried out with a control main board 103 inside the folder main body 101 by using an archiving and retrieving system (namely, an application program in fig. 5) corresponding to a client installed on an external intelligent device, so as to set document characteristics of a paper document to be stored in the folder main body 101; setting a document feature may be naming the folder so that the electronic ink screen 102 at the spine of the side of the folder can display the named name; in addition, a database of the archiving and retrieving system corresponding to the client automatically establishes a new archive;
step 2: distributing an inner storage bag 104 for the paper documents to be stored, and setting document characteristics of the paper documents to be stored in the corresponding inner storage bag 104 through a client; in the step, when the document characteristics of the paper document in the storage inner bag are set, the information such as keywords of the document to be filed can be automatically acquired through manual input or modes such as character recognition and photographing;
and step 3: placing the document into the corresponding inner storage bag 104 for storage;
and 4, step 4: a storage folder body 101; that is, the folder body 101 is placed to a specified location for storage.
Next, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a paper document retrieval process shown in the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the retrieval process includes:
step 1: searching the document characteristics of the required paper document by using a client; the method specifically comprises the steps that a searcher searches key words and the like of required documents through a client archiving and searching system, and then the client automatically sends a searching instruction to a corresponding control mainboard;
step 2: the electronic ink screen 102 in the active display retrieval result folder where the corresponding paper document is stored displays the retrieval result; that is, after receiving the retrieval instruction, the control motherboard 103 sends a confirmation signal to the electronic ink screen 102 at the back of the folder, and the electronic ink screen 102 actively displays the retrieval results such as the name of the folder; furthermore, if the audible alarm 205 is provided, it also emits an alarm prompt tone at the same time;
and step 3: after seeing the information displayed on the electronic ink screen 102, the searcher opens the corresponding folder main body 101, and the electronic ink label 105 on the side of the inner storage bag 104 inside the folder main body 101 further displays the searching result to remind the searcher;
and 4, step 4: the searcher opens the corresponding inner storage bag 104 to take out the target paper document obtained by searching, and the searching process of the document is completed.
Through the scheme, the user can quickly find the target document according to the prompt information displayed by the electronic ink screen, and the retrieval efficiency of the paper document is effectively improved.
