The electric writing and printing module of the present invention comprises: a reader-writer, a personalized printer (a color printer) or a laser etching printer, a lifting mechanism and a conveying track. Each certificate making device can comprise a plurality of printing modules, and can be a plurality of modules of the same type of printing device, so that the certificate making efficiency is improved. The printer can perform laser etching printing first and then perform color printing. When a plurality of printing modules are available, the idle equipment can be selected for printing, and when the card is discharged, the card which stays in the module for the longest time is selected for discharging. The card to be certified is sent to the electric writing mechanism of the appointed module through the transmission mechanism to carry out chip reading and writing, and the card interacts with the encryption machine through the service interface when the chip is read and written. And sending the obtained product to a printer for printing after the electric writing is finished. And kicking the card if the electric writing fails. The printer can perform laser etching printing first and then perform color printing. Card printing supports both front and back side printing.
In step 503: verifying the card to be certified, which is input by the transmission mechanism, through the erasable and film-covering module, and acquiring a corresponding printing task according to the card number of the card to be certified when the card to be certified is verified; printing the printing endorsement information of the card to be certified through an erasable printer according to the printing task; laminating the card to be certified after the endorsement information is printed; and conveying the card to be certified after being coated with the film to a checking and sorting module through a conveying mechanism.
The erasable and film-coated module provided by the invention comprises: card reader, erasable printer, laminating machine, clean mechanism. The method and the system send the card to be certified into the card reader to confirm the information of the card, download the printing task from the server and send the printing task to the erasable printer for erasing and writing the printing endorsement information, thereby avoiding printing and downloading errors; cleaning the card; and conveying the card to a laminating machine for laminating after cleaning. The film covering modules can be selected from multiple ones, and front-back double-side printing is supported.
In step 504: the method comprises the steps of identifying a picture of a card to be certified, which is acquired after scanning, through a verification and sorting module, identifying printing endorsement information of the card to be certified, and completing preparation of the card to be certified when the picture of the card to be certified is identified to be correct and the printing endorsement information of the card to be certified is identified to be correct. Preferably, the method comprises the following steps: and scanning the acquired card to be certified through a Contact Image Sensor (CIS) to acquire a picture of the card to be certified.
The verification and sorting module provided by the invention comprises: CIS scanner, correction mechanism, electric verification reader-writer, letter sorting draw-in groove. And because the film coating temperature is high, the card is corrected by using a correction mechanism, the card is sent to a CIS scanner to scan pictures, the pictures are sent to a server to identify character information, the two-dimensional code information is signed for identification, the image quality is judged, and if the printed image has problems or the character identification is inconsistent with the expectation, the manual judgment is prompted. If the identification is correct, the electric verification reader-writer verifies whether the personal information is consistent with the chip information. And if the image verification and the chip verification pass, the card is sent to a normal sorting card slot, and if the verification is wrong, the card is sent to a card kicking slot.
Preferably, the system performs data interaction with the application server through a service interface.
The invention can carry out interactive communication with the application server through the service interface. The server can support the interaction function with the database server and the interaction function with the encryption machine, and provides security guarantee for the data writing chip; the method can intensively identify the direction, the two-dimensional code, the characteristic margin, the characters and the certificate quality, and screen out the conditions of actual printed content, impurity and the like. The industrial personal computer is provided with a bottom layer control layer, and the bottom layer control layer is used for calling a scheduling middleware to control a bottom layer mechanism to finish card transmission.

Claims (10)

1. A system for preparing a certificate based on a functional module, the system comprising:
the card feeding module is used for judging the direction of a card to be authenticated and correcting the direction of the card to be authenticated correctly when the direction of the card to be authenticated is wrong; cleaning the card to be certified with the correct direction, and conveying the card to be certified to an electric writing and printing module through a conveying mechanism;
the electric writing and printing module is used for electrically writing the chip of the card to be authenticated through an electric writing mechanism and writing the personal information and the card number of the card to be authenticated into the chip of the card to be authenticated; the card to be certified, which is successfully electrically written, is conveyed to a printer for information printing of the card to be certified; the number of the printers is one or more, and when the number of the printers is multiple, the printers sequentially print according to a preset sequence; the printed card to be certified is conveyed to an erasable and film-covering module through a conveying mechanism;
the erasable and film-covering module is used for verifying the card to be certified, which is input by the transmission mechanism, and acquiring a corresponding printing task according to the card number of the card to be certified when the card to be certified is verified; printing the printing endorsement information of the card to be certified through an erasable printer according to the printing task; laminating the card to be certified after the endorsement information is printed; conveying the card to be certified after being coated with the film to a checking and sorting module through a conveying mechanism;
and the checking and sorting module is used for identifying the picture of the card to be certified, which is acquired after scanning, and identifying the printing endorsement information of the card to be certified, and when the picture of the card to be certified is identified to be correct and the printing endorsement information of the card to be certified is identified to be correct, the card to be certified is prepared.
2. The system of claim 1, the printer comprising a color printer and a laser engraving printer;
firstly, printing by a laser etching printer, and then carrying out color printing.
3. The system of claim 1, the transport mechanism comprising a lift mechanism and a transport rail.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the system interacts data with an application server through a service interface.
5. The system of claim 1, comprising: and scanning the acquired card to be certified through a Contact Image Sensor (CIS) to acquire a picture of the card to be certified.
6. A method of preparing a document based on a functional module, the method comprising:
judging the direction of a card to be authenticated through a card entering module, and correcting the direction of the card to be authenticated correctly when the direction of the card to be authenticated is wrong; cleaning the card to be certified with the correct direction, and conveying the card to be certified to an electric writing and printing module through a conveying mechanism;
electrically writing the chip of the card to be authenticated through an electric writing mechanism of an electric writing and printing module, and writing the personal information and the card number of the card to be authenticated into the chip of the card to be authenticated; the card to be certified, which is successfully electrically written, is conveyed to a printer for information printing of the card to be certified; the number of the printers is one or more, and when the number of the printers is multiple, the printers sequentially print according to a preset sequence; the printed card to be certified is conveyed to an erasable and film-covering module through a conveying mechanism;
verifying the card to be certified, which is input by the transmission mechanism, through an erasable and film-covering module, and acquiring a corresponding printing task according to the card number of the card to be certified when the card to be certified is verified; printing the printing endorsement information of the card to be certified through an erasable printer according to the printing task; laminating the card to be certified after the endorsement information is printed; conveying the card to be certified after being coated with the film to a checking and sorting module through a conveying mechanism;
