As shown in the figure, the thermal forming equipment for the acrylic sheet comprises a plastic suction mold, wherein the plastic suction mold comprises a mold cavity 1 and a forming male mold 2 arranged in the mold cavity 1, and a cooling cavity 3 is arranged at the upper part of the mold cavity 1. The cooling cavity 3 includes a cooling cavity 31 and a pressure plate 32 in contact with the upper surface of the mold cavity 1. The cooling cavity 31 is connected with a cold air device and a first lifting device 36.
Based on the technical scheme, the acrylic sheet plastic suction forming process is as follows: the molding male die 2 descends into the die cavity 1, and the heated plate raw material enters the die cavity 1 and enters a to-be-molded state; then the first lifting device 36 drives the cooling cavity 3 to descend, and the pressure plate 32 on the cooling cavity 3 compresses the edge of the heated plate raw material; and then, the forming convex die 2 rises to the designated height, and then the forming convex die is vacuumized, so that the heated plate raw material is adsorbed on the forming convex die 2 for forming. After the molding, the cold air enters the cooling cavity 3 to cool the product 10 on the molding male die 2, and after the cooling is completed, the first lifting device 36 drives the cooling cavity 3 to ascend, and finally the product is discharged.
In the technical scheme, the cooling cavity 3 is arranged, so that the acrylic plate product is cooled, the cooling time is shortened, and the forming efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooling cavity 31 is a cover with a downward opening, the mouth of the cover is adapted to the mouth of the mold cavity 1, and the pressing plate 32 is integrally connected to the cover and disposed at the mouth of the cover. Air conditioning device is including setting up air inlet 33 and the gas vent 35 on cooling cavity 31, air inlet 33 inboard is provided with air cock 34, air cock 34 sets up towards cooling cavity 31 internal top surface, avoids gaseous or high atmospheric pressure direct action on the fashioned product and influences the surface quality of product. The material conveying device 4 comprises a first conveying wheel set 41 arranged at the feeding end of the die cavity 1 and a second conveying wheel set 42 arranged on the outer steps 14 on two sides of the die cavity 1, wherein the second conveying wheel set 42 is arranged on the outer side of the pressure plate 32, and automatic feeding or discharging is realized by conveying a formed product.
And the forming convex die 2 is connected with a vacuum device. The vacuum device comprises two vacuum air holes 21 arranged on the molding male die 2 and a vacuum hole 22 arranged on the bottom surface of the die cavity 1, and a vacuum device is connected to the vacuum hole 22. And a second lifting device is arranged at the upper bottom of the forming male die 2 and comprises a second air cylinder, and an air cylinder push rod 23 of the second air cylinder enters the die cavity from the vacuumizing hole 22 and is fixed with the forming male die 2. And a sealing ring 24 is arranged on a cylinder push rod 23 of the second cylinder, and the sealing ring 24 seals the connecting part of the vacuumizing hole 22 and the cylinder push rod 23 after molding.
