A polishing device convenient to operate for machining a steel structural part comprises a base (1), wherein a clamping table (2) is arranged on the top surface of the base (1) through a first tilting mechanism, a clamping mechanism is arranged on the clamping table (2), an adjusting mechanism is arranged on the top surface of the base (1) and above the clamping table (2), and a polishing assembly is connected onto the adjusting mechanism through a second tilting mechanism, the polishing device is characterized in that the first tilting mechanism comprises a first servo motor (3), two supporting columns (4) and two supporting cylinders (5) which are arranged below the clamping table (2), a cavity is formed in the base (1), the two supporting columns (4) and the two supporting cylinders (5) are fixedly arranged on the top surface of the base (1), the top surfaces of the two supporting columns (4) are hinged with the bottom surface of the clamping table (2), guide columns (6) are arranged in the supporting cylinders (5) in a sliding mode, the top surface of the guide post (6) is hinged with the bottom surface of the clamping table (2), a thread groove (7) is formed in the bottom surface of the guide post (6), a threaded rod (8) in threaded fit with the thread groove (7) is arranged in the thread groove (7), the threaded rod (8) is rotatably arranged in the supporting cylinder (5), one end, penetrating into the cavity, of the threaded rod (8) is in transmission connection with a first servo motor (3) through a first belt pulley assembly (9), and the first servo motor (3) is arranged between the base (1) and the clamping table (2);
the second tilting mechanism comprises a fixed box (10), a rotating wheel (11), a driving plate (12) and a rotating block (13), wherein a through hole (14) is formed in the bottom surface of the fixed box (10), the bottom surface of the fixed box (10) is positioned on two sides of the through hole (14) and fixedly provided with fixed blocks (15), the rotating block (13) is rotatably arranged between the two fixed blocks (15) through a pin shaft (16), a first gear tooth (17) is arranged on the top surface of the rotating block (13), sliding grooves (18) are symmetrically formed in two sides of the inner wall of the fixed box (10), the driving plate (12) is slidably arranged in the sliding grooves (18), a horizontally arranged driving rack (19) is fixedly arranged on the side surface, close to the through hole (14), of the driving plate (12), the driving rack (19) is meshed with the first gear tooth (17), a driving groove (20) is formed in the driving plate (12), a second gear tooth (21) is symmetrically, the rotating wheel (11) is rotatably arranged in the fixed box (10) through the rotating shaft (22), the rotating wheel (11) is located on the other side, away from the through hole (14), of the driving plate (12), a plurality of shifting columns (23) meshed with the second gear teeth (21) are fixedly arranged on the side face, close to the driving plate (12), of the rotating wheel (11), and a driving assembly used for driving the rotating shaft (22) to rotate is arranged on the fixed box (10).
