When a main specification metal plate needs to be corrected, the main correcting roller system is arranged in the frame pressing assembly and connected with the main transmission system arranged on one side of the frame pressing assembly, and the roller changing base is arranged on the other side of the frame pressing assembly; when a metal plate with an auxiliary specification needs to be corrected, the main correcting roller system is moved out of the rack pressing assembly, the auxiliary correcting roller system is installed in the rack pressing assembly, and the auxiliary transmission system is installed on the roller changing base and connected with the auxiliary correcting roller system.

1. The straightening machine is provided with two sets of straightening roller systems, namely a main straightening roller system and an auxiliary straightening roller system, so that the application range of the straightening machine is expanded.

As shown in fig. 1, when the straightening device is used for straightening a main-specification metal sheet, a main straightening roller system 2 is installed in a frame pressing assembly 1, and a main transmission system 3 connected with the main straightening roller system 2 is installed on the transmission side of the frame pressing assembly 1; a roll changing base 4 is arranged on the roll changing side of the rack pressing assembly 1, a plate enters from the inlet of the straightening machine, passes through the main straightening roll system 2 and then exits from the outlet side of the straightening machine to finish the plate shape correction of the plate; when the device is used for correcting metal plates with auxiliary specifications, as shown in fig. 2, the main correcting roller system 2 cannot meet the correcting requirements, at this time, the main correcting roller system 2 is required to be disconnected from the main transmission system 3, the main correcting roller system 2 is pulled out to the roller changing base 4 and removed, then the auxiliary correcting roller system 5 and the auxiliary transmission system 6 are integrally placed on the roller changing base 4 and are pushed into the rack pressing assembly 1, the auxiliary transmission system 6 is installed and fixed on the roller changing base 4, the auxiliary transmission system 6 is connected with the auxiliary correcting roller system 5 and transmits power, metal plates enter from the inlet side of a correcting machine and pass through the auxiliary correcting roller system 5, and then the plate shape correction of the plates is finished by measuring from the outlet of the correcting machine.
