Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动脊柱辅助装置,本发明为主动助力结构和被动助力结构相结合,即可通过颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区的自身结构的变刚度特性为使用者提供主动力,也能够通过设置颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区中气囊的气压变化为使用者提供辅助力,辅助人体脊柱运动的同时还可规范人体的脊柱曲度。另外,本装置的自身结构为柔性,不会限制人体本身的灵活运动,对脊柱相关疾病的预防和康复均有效果。

一种气动脊柱辅助装置
技术领域
本发明属于智能可穿戴装置领域,具体涉及一种气动脊柱辅助装置。
背景技术
脊柱是人身体的支柱,是人体运动过程中的主要承力部位,在长时间静止或运动过程中非常容易疲劳,并且颈椎和腰椎部位更易产生不同程度的损伤,如颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出等。穿戴颈托、腰脱等装置能够减少脊柱长时间、高负荷受力引起的受伤风险,目前市场上有大量针对颈椎和腰椎保护的产品,如颈椎牵引器、颈托、腰突牵引器、护腰带等,但普遍存在以下几点不足:1)多为被动结构,难以为脊柱运动提供主动辅助力;2)因刚性结构会对脊柱部分运动产生约束,不能适应各类灵活的运动;3)部分装置只考虑以加压固定形式防止脊椎损伤,没有设计主动结构预防脊椎损伤;4)不能实时监测人体健康状态,并做出调节;(5)不能与人体进行智能互动,按用户需求实时更新助力方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种气动脊柱辅助装置,由柔性气囊和纤维织物构成,便于穿戴,可实时监测人体脊柱的生理曲度,根据穿戴者的不同需求,给穿戴者提供特定的脊柱运动辅助,减少穿戴者的脊柱损伤。
为了达到上述目的,本发明包括马甲,马甲上被分为颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区,颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区上均固定有气囊,气囊通过供压装置驱动,颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区内均设置有惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器,惯性测量单元用于跟踪人体脊柱各部分的曲度和位置的运动信息,压力传感器用于监测气囊与人体皮肤之间的压力,距离传感器用于记录人体颈椎、胸椎或腰椎的长度变化,惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器连接控制器。
控制器用于综合人体颈椎、胸椎或腰椎当前的曲度、长度和位置信息及历史运动信息,判断人体当前的姿态规范度、健康状态及运动意图,综合计算各气囊的辅助力,从而给出供压装置的控制信号。
供压装置、惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器均与上位机保持通讯,上位机用于根据惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器控制的采集结果,控制供压装置工作。
马甲的材质为弹性纤维织物。
气囊与马甲间通过柔性拉链或魔术贴连接。
颈椎辅助区为用于保护人体颈椎并为其运动提供辅助力的颈托。
胸椎辅助区用于保护人体胸椎并为其运动提供辅助力。
腰椎辅助区包括横向分布的和纵向分布的两种气囊,纵向分布的气囊用于提供收紧腰部的力,横向分布的气囊用于辅助腰椎保持正常的生理曲度。
惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器均设置在气囊的内侧。
与现有技术相比,本发明为主动助力结构和被动助力结构向结合,即可通过颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区的自身结构刚度为使用者提供主动力,也能够通过颈椎辅助区、胸椎辅助区和腰椎辅助区中设置的气囊的气压变化为使用者提供辅助力,并且本装置的自身结构为柔性,不会限制人体本身的灵活运动。
进一步的,本发明的供压装置、惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器均与上位机保持通讯,能够实时监测人体健康状态,根据用户需求实时更新助力方案。
进一步的,本发明的马甲为弹性纤维织物,再与气囊相结合,结构轻便,重量轻,便于穿戴和随身携带。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
参见图1和图2,本发明包括马甲4,马甲4上被分为颈椎辅助区1、胸椎辅助区2和腰椎辅助区3,颈椎辅助区1为用于保护人体颈椎并为其运动提供辅助力的颈托。胸椎辅助区2用于保护人体胸椎并为其运动提供辅助力。腰椎辅助区3包括横向分布的和纵向分布的两种气囊,纵向分布的气囊用于提供收紧腰部的力,横向分布的气囊用于辅助腰椎保持正常的生理曲度。颈椎辅助区1、胸椎辅助区2和腰椎辅助区3上均固定有气囊5,气囊5通过供压装置驱动,颈椎辅助区1、胸椎辅助区2和腰椎辅助区3内均设置有惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器,惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器均设置在气囊5的内侧。惯性测量单元用于跟踪人体脊柱各部分的姿态和位置的运动信息,压力传感器用于监测气囊5与人体皮肤之间的压力,距离传感器用于记录人体颈椎、胸椎或腰椎的长度变化。供压装置、惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器均与上位机保持通讯,上位机用于根据惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器控制的采集结果,控制供压装置工作。惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器连接控制器;控制器用于综合人体颈椎、胸椎或腰椎当前的曲度、长度和位置信息及历史运动信息,判断人体当前的姿态规范度、健康状态及运动意图,综合计算各气囊的辅助力,从而给出供压装置的控制信号。
优选的,马甲4的材质为弹性纤维织物。气囊5与马甲4间通过柔性拉链或魔术贴连接。
使用时,通过惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器的数据进行人体运动意图识别,然后根据识别结果综合分析,分别确定颈椎辅助区1、胸椎辅助区2和腰椎辅助区3中气囊5需要提供给穿戴者的辅助力大小,根据辅助力大小分别控制各辅助区气囊5的供压装置,从而改变气囊5内的气压值使其给穿戴者提供适当的辅助力。

1.一种气动脊柱辅助装置,其特征在于,包括马甲(4),马甲(4)上被分为颈椎辅助区(1)、胸椎辅助区(2)和腰椎辅助区(3),颈椎辅助区(1)、胸椎辅助区(2)和腰椎辅助区(3)上均固定有气囊(5),气囊(5)通过供压装置驱动,颈椎辅助区(1)、胸椎辅助区(2)和腰椎辅助区(3)内均设置有惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器,惯性测量单元用于跟踪人体脊柱各部分的曲度和位置的运动信息,压力传感器用于监测气囊(5)与人体皮肤之间的压力,距离传感器用于记录人体颈椎、胸椎或腰椎的长度变化,惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器连接控制器;
控制器用于综合人体颈椎、胸椎或腰椎当前的曲度、长度和位置信息及历史运动信息,判断人体当前的姿态规范度、健康状态及运动意图,综合计算各气囊(5)的辅助力,从而给出供压装置的控制信号;
供压装置、惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器均与上位机保持通讯,上位机用于根据惯性测量单元、压力传感器和距离传感器控制的采集结果,控制供压装置工作;
