Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention provides a healing abutment assembly 100.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the healing abutment assembly 100 includes a healing abutment 10, a scan rod 30, and an anti-rotation structure 50; the healing abutment 10 comprises an abutment main body part 11 and an abutment connecting part 13, wherein the abutment connecting part 13 is connected to one end of the abutment main body part 11, and the abutment connecting part 13 is used for being connected with the implant 300; the scanning rod 30 is detachably sleeved on the base platform main body part 11, and one end of the scanning rod 30, which is far away from the base platform main body part 11, is provided with an identification surface 31; the rotation preventing structure 50 is provided between the scan lever 30 and the base main body portion 11, and can prevent the scan lever 30 from rotating with respect to the base main body portion 11.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the abutment connecting part 13 of the healing abutment 10 is mainly used to connect with the implant 300 positioned in the gum so as to fix the abutment body in the mouth. The abutment body 11 may form a gum cuff above the implant 300 by penetrating through the gum. The scanning rod 30 can be mainly used for providing a positioning and marking function through the marking surface 31 when the oral cavity scanner scans the oral cavity. The base body 11 is detachably fitted with the scanning rod 30, so that when the gingiva is plastic, only the healing base 10 of the healing base assembly 100 is mounted on the implant 300, and when the oral cavity is subjected to image information acquisition, the scanning rod 30 is directly mounted on the healing base 10. The rotation preventing structure 50 is mainly used to limit the circumferential direction of the scanning rod 30, and reduce the possibility of the rotation of the scanning rod 30 relative to the base body 11.
The healing abutment 10 of the healing abutment assembly 100 according to the technical scheme of the present invention is connected to the implant 300 through the abutment connection part 13, so that the implant 300 can be used to shape the gingiva by the healing abutment 10 after being implanted in the oral cavity of a patient, thereby forming a gingival cuff. In addition, the healing abutment component 100 in the present embodiment further includes a scanning rod 30, and the scanning rod 30 is detachably sleeved on the abutment body 11, that is, the scanning rod 30 is detachably connected with the healing abutment 10. So that the scanning bar 30 can be detached from the healing abutment 10 and only the healing abutment 10 can be attached when shaping the gum. When the dental crown is prepared at a later stage and the image of the oral cavity of the patient needs to be scanned by the scanning rod 30, the scanning rod 30 may be directly attached to the abutment main body 11 of the healing abutment 10. This eliminates the time consuming step of first disassembling the healing abutment 10 when installing the scan shaft 30, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the medical staff. Further, the healing abutment assembly 100 of the present embodiment further includes an anti-rotation structure 50, and the anti-rotation structure 50 is disposed between the scan rod 30 and the abutment body 11. Through this rotation-proof structure 50 can prevent that scanning rod 30 from rotating for base station main part 11 to improve the fixed stability of scanning rod 30, thereby guarantee when scanning the oral cavity through this scanning rod 30 can fix a position more accurate and improve the scanning effect.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, a first rotation-preventing surface 51 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the base main body 11, a second rotation-preventing surface 53 is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the scan rod 30, and the second rotation-preventing surface 53 abuts against the first rotation-preventing surface 51 and is formed as a rotation-preventing structure 50.
It can be understood that the first rotation-preventing surface 51 and the second rotation-preventing surface 53 cooperate with the rotation-preventing structure 50, so that the first rotation-preventing surface 51 and the second rotation-preventing surface 53 are respectively formed on the base main body 11 and the scanning rod 30 by cutting, and excessive structures are not required to be additionally arranged, so that the rotation-preventing structure 50 is simpler and the rotation-preventing structure 50 is convenient to form. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, a stopper may be formed on the outer circumferential surface of the base main body 11, a stopper groove is correspondingly formed on the inner circumferential surface of the scan lever 30, and the stopper abuts against the stopper groove to form the rotation preventing structure 50. Alternatively, the outer peripheral surface of the base main body 11 and the inner peripheral surface of the scanning rod 30 are formed with a stopper groove, and by inserting a stopper, a part of the stopper is located in the stopper groove of the base main body 11 and a part of the stopper is located in the stopper groove of the scanning rod 30.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the number of the first rotation-stopping surfaces 51 is plural, and the plural first rotation-stopping surfaces 51 are distributed at regular intervals around the center of the base main body 11; the number of the second rotation stop surfaces 53 is plural, and one second rotation stop surface 53 abuts against one first rotation stop surface 51.
It can be understood that the number of the first rotation-preventing surfaces 51 and the second rotation-preventing surfaces 53 is plural, so that the limiting effect of the rotation-preventing structure 50 on the circumferential direction of the transfer lever can be improved. Meanwhile, the contact area between the transfer lever and the base main body 11 is increased by the contact between the first rotation stop surfaces 51 and the second rotation stop surfaces 53, so that the stability of the transfer lever mounted on the healing base 10 can be improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first rotation stop surfaces 51 and the second rotation stop surfaces 53 are disposed parallel to the vertical plane.
It can be understood that, the arrangement is such that the first rotation-stopping surface 51 and the second rotation-stopping surface 53 are directly cut and arranged by the cutter along the vertical direction, so that the angle of the cutter can be conveniently controlled when the cutter is cut and arranged, and the convenience of forming the first rotation-stopping surface 51 and the second rotation-stopping surface 53 can be improved. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, the plurality of first rotation stop surfaces 51 may be provided on the base main body portion 11 so as to be inclined downward toward the outside of the base main body portion 11. The second rotation stop surface 53 is matched and abutted with the first rotation stop surface 51.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of first anti-rotation surfaces 51 are sequentially connected, the plurality of second anti-rotation surfaces 53 are sequentially connected, and projections of the plurality of first anti-rotation surfaces 51 and the plurality of second anti-rotation surfaces 53 on a horizontal plane are regular polygon shapes.
It can be understood that the projections of the first rotation stop surfaces 51 and the second rotation stop surfaces 53 on the horizontal plane are regular polygon shapes, so that the side peripheral surface of the base main body 11 has better consistency, and at this time, the installation directionality does not need to be considered too much when the scanning rod 30 is sleeved on the base main body 11, the alignment precision of the scanning rod 30 and the base main body is reduced, and the installation convenience of the scanning rod 30 is improved. Meanwhile, the arrangement also facilitates the forming process of the base main body part 11 due to the better consistency of the peripheral parts. The projection of the first rotation-stopping surfaces 51 on the horizontal plane is in a regular polygon shape, which means that the projection lines of the first rotation-stopping surfaces 51 connected in sequence on the horizontal plane enclose and form the regular polygon shape. Similarly, the projections of the plurality of second rotation preventing surfaces 53 on the horizontal plane are regular polygon shapes, which means that the projection lines of the plurality of second rotation preventing surfaces 53 connected in sequence on the horizontal plane enclose and form the regular polygon shapes. In addition, the present invention is not limited to this, and in other embodiments, projections of the plurality of first rotation preventing surfaces 51 and the plurality of second rotation preventing surfaces 53 on a horizontal plane may be in a non-regular polygon shape.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, the base main body 11 includes a base 111 and a convex pillar 113, the base 111 is connected to the base connecting portion 13; the convex column 113 is connected with one end of the base seat 111 departing from the base station connecting part 13, the area of the cross section of the convex column 113 is smaller than that of the base seat 111, and a first rotation stop surface 51 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the convex column 113; the scanning rod 30 is sleeved on the convex column 113 and abuts against the base 111.
It can be understood that the seat 111 can limit the scanning rod 30 in the abutting manner, so that the scanning rod 30 is accurately sleeved at the predetermined installation position. The scanning rod 30 is sleeved on the convex column 113 with a relatively small cross section area, so that the scanning rod 30 and the healing abutment 10 can be mounted more compactly, and the occupation of the healing abutment assembly 100 to the space in the oral cavity is reduced, thereby avoiding discomfort to a patient. It should be noted that, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the area of the cross section of the seat 111 and the area of the cross section of the protruding pillar 113 may also be the same, and both may be set relatively smaller to avoid occupying too much space in the oral cavity.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a guiding inclined plane 115 is formed on an outer circumferential surface of one end of the convex column 113 departing from the base 111, and the guiding inclined plane 115 guides the scanning rod 30 to be sleeved on the convex column 113.
It can be understood that the guiding inclined plane 115 has a guiding function on the sheath of the scanning rod 30, and can guide the scanning rod 30 to be gradually and accurately sheathed on the convex column 113 of the base station main body part 11. Therefore, the requirement of the alignment precision between the scanning rod 30 and the convex column 113 of the base station main body part 11 during installation is reduced, and the convenience of installation of the scanning rod 30 is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner peripheral surface of the scan rod 30 is formed with a matching inclined surface 33, and the matching inclined surface 33 is adapted to the guiding inclined surface 115 and abuts against the guiding inclined surface 115.
It can be understood that, by the engagement inclined surface 33 abutting against the guide inclined surface 115, the abutting area of the scanning lever 30 and the boss 113 of the base main body portion 11 is increased, and thus the stability of fixing the scanning lever 30 can be improved.
In an embodiment of the invention, a deformation groove 35 is formed at one end of the scanning rod 30 sleeved on the convex pillar 113, the deformation groove 35 penetrates through the inner side and the outer side of the scanning rod 30, the deformation groove 35 extends along a direction of the scanning rod 30 facing the seat 111, and further penetrates through the surface of the scanning rod 30 abutting against the seat 111.
It can be understood that the deformation groove 35 is provided to make the inner diameter of the scanning rod 30 relatively small, and when the scanning rod 30 is sleeved on the convex pillar 113 of the base platform main body 11, the deformation groove 35 makes the scanning rod 30 deformed accordingly to facilitate the nesting of the scanning rod 30. After the scanning rod 30 is sleeved on the convex column 113, the scanning rod 30 can be restored to the original state to tightly abut against and limit the convex column 113. Therefore, even if the scan rod 30 is sleeved, the stability of fixing the scan rod 30 is improved. The number of the deformation grooves 35 may be multiple, and the deformation grooves are distributed around the center of the scanning rod 30 at uniform intervals, so that each circumferential position of the scanning rod 30 is uniformly deformed, and the convex columns 113 are uniformly abutted.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the base main body 11 is provided with a connection hole 117, the connection hole 117 extends along a direction of the base main body 11 facing the base connecting portion 13, the scan rod 30 is provided with a mounting hole 37, and the mounting hole 37 is disposed opposite to the connection hole 117; the healing abutment 10 further includes a lock 70, the lock 70 is inserted through the mounting hole 37 and into the coupling hole 117, and the lock 70 and the abutment body 11 cooperate to hold the scan shaft 30.
It can be understood that the connection hole 117 and the mounting hole 37 provide a space for accommodating the lock 70, so that the lock 70 can be embedded, and thus when the scan rod 30 is mounted on the base platform main body 11, the lock 70 is embedded in the mounting hole 37, and the influence of the lock 70 on the oral cavity wall can be reduced. The locking member 70 may be a screw, and an inner thread section may be formed on a hole wall of the connection hole 117. Of course, in other embodiments, the bottom end of the scanning rod 30 is directly protruded with a locking column, and the convex column 113 of the base body 11 is provided with a locking hole matching with the locking column, so that the scanning rod 30 and the base body can be locked and fixed. In addition, in order to further facilitate the connection between the abutment connecting part 13 and the implant rod, a through hole communicating with the mounting hole 37 may be provided in the abutment connecting part 13 (in this case, the mounting hole 37 penetrates through the base 111 and the post 113 of the abutment body 11), and the healing abutment assembly 100 may further include a fastener 90, wherein the fastener 90 is inserted into the through hole from the mounting hole 37 and is inserted into the implant 300 after penetrating through the through hole, so that the fastener 90 and the implant 300 cooperate to clamp and fix the abutment connecting part 13. In this case, the fastening member 90 may be a screw, and a corresponding threaded hole may be formed in the implant 300. Or the fastening member 90 may be a fastening column, and a fastening hole matched with the fastening column is correspondingly formed in the implant 300. And in order to further improve the stability of the healing base station 10 and the implant 300, the healing base station 10 may further include a base station transition part 15, two ends of the base station transition part 15 are respectively connected to the base station main body part 11 and the base body connecting part, and in the direction of the base station main body part 11 facing the base body connecting part, the area of the cross section of the base station transition part 15 is gradually reduced, so that the base station transition part 15 and the gum are in inclined plane fit and can be closely attached and increase the abutting area of the base station transition part and the gum, thereby improving the stability of the healing base station 10 in fixation. At this time, the abutment transition portion 15 may be provided with a through hole communicating the mounting hole 37 and the through hole for the fastener 90 to pass through to be placed in the through hole.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
