Detailed Description
Description of the embodiments
The operation of the device is as follows: the inner cylinder consists of an inner cylindrical body 1 to which is attached an inner cylindrical support disc 2. The base 4 of the thin plate consisting of ribs 5 and toothed baffles 6 is welded to the outer surface of the inner cylindrical cylinder 1. The plane of symmetry of each rib passes through the axis of the inner cylinder and is also the axis of the outer grate cylinder. At the centre of the lamella ribs there is a circular hole 7 for a fixing wire 8, which is arranged coaxially and is welded to the lamella in some places by means of spacers. The recesses 9 are arranged radially along the ribs. The spaces between the ribs of the sheet form a channel into which air is supplied through the zigzag-shaped gaps between the toothed baffles of the sheet for burning the fuel arranged in the grate.
The technical result is as follows: the integral baffle with ribs can better dissipate heat due to direct contact with fire, and material consumption is reduced, so that the durability is improved. The absence of elements inside the combustion field also contributes to increased durability. The integral manufacture of the sheet from a homogeneous material reduces the non-uniformity of the thermal expansion of the grate.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
The applied design and solution can be used for the manufacture of grates, mainly for the manufacture of furnaces with continuous circulation of fuel.

1. A grate comprising an inner cylinder, an outer cylindrical grate coaxial with the inner cylinder and radial ribs between the inner and outer cylindrical grate, said grate being characterized in that,
the radial ribs and the outer cylinder of the grate are formed by radially arranged integral sheets connected with the outer surface of the cylinder of the inner cylinder.
