A pair of mounting arms 803 mounted on the same shaft 802 are disposed apart from each other in the depth direction of the hoistway 1. The portion of the mounting arm 803 attached to the shaft 802 becomes the lengthwise middle portion of the mounting arm 803.
A pit ladder 7 is rotatably supported at one end of the mounting arm 803. The pit ladder 7 is displaced between the storage position and the use position by the mounting arm 803 being rotated about the shaft 802. The pit ladder 7 is displaced between the storage position and the use position in a state where the longitudinal direction of the pit ladder 7 coincides with the height direction.
Further, the shift device 8A includes: a mounting member 806 fixed to the wall 12 at a position above the pit ladder 7; a lever 807 rotatably supported by the mounting member 806; and a roller 808 as an abutting portion rotatably supported by the rod 807. The portion of the rod 807 attached to the attachment member 806 becomes the lengthwise middle portion of the rod 807. A roller 808 is rotatably supported at one end of the rod 807.
Further, the shift device 8A includes: a pulley 809 rotatably supported by pit surface 111; and cables 810 disposed across the rod 807 and the respective mounting arms 803. One end of the cable 810 is connected to the other end of the rod 807. The cable 810 is wound around a pulley 809. The other end of each mounting arm 803 is connected to a portion of the cable 810 closer to the other end of the cable 810 than the portion wound around the pulley 809.
The shifting device 8A includes a cam 811 provided on the car 2. The cam 811 is disposed outside the car 2. The cam 811 moves up and down in the hoistway 1 together with the car 2. When the position of the pit ladder 7 is the use position, the roller 808 is disposed in the movable region of the cam 811. Further, in the case where the position of the pit ladder 7 is the storage position, the roller 808 is disengaged from the movable region of the cam 811.
Next, the operation of the pit ladder apparatus 4A of the elevator will be described. When the car 2 is positioned above the lowermost landing doorway 13, the cam 811 is disposed so as to be spaced upward from the roller 808 as shown in fig. 4. In this case, the position of the pit ladder 7 is the use position due to the self weight of the pit ladder 7.
Thereafter, when the car 2 approaches the landing doorway 13 at the lowermost floor, the cam 811 hits the roller 808 from above as shown in fig. 2. Thereby, the roller 808 is pressed by the cam 811. In other words, the roller 808 is pressed down by the power of the car 2. Thereby, the roller 808 is disengaged from the movable region of the cam 811. The roller 808 pressed down by the cam 811 rolls on the cam 811.
The lever 807 is rotated in a direction in which the other end portion of the lever 807 moves upward by the pressing roller 808. When the other end of the rod 807 moves upward, one end of the cable 810 moves upward. When one end of the cable 810 moves upward, a portion of the cable 810 closer to the other end of the cable 810 than the portion wound around the pulley 809 moves downward.
When the portion of the cable 810 on the other end side of the cable 810 than the portion wound around the pulley 809 moves downward, the mounting arm 803 rotates in a direction in which the one end of the mounting arm 803 moves upward. The pit ladder 7 is displaced from the use position to the storage position by moving one end of the mounting arm 803 upward.
On the other hand, when the car 2 moves upward from the lowermost landing doorway 13, the cam 811 moves upward away from the roller 808 as shown in fig. 4. This releases the pressing of the cam 811 by the roller 808.
By the release roller 808 depressing the cam 811, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the storage position to the use position by the self weight of the pit ladder 7. When the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the storage position to the use position, the mounting arm 803 is rotated in a direction in which one end of the mounting arm 803 is moved downward. When one end of the attachment arm 803 moves downward, a portion of the cable 810 closer to the other end of the cable 810 than the portion wound around the pulley 809 moves upward.
When the portion of the cable 810 on the other end side of the cable 810 than the portion wound around the pulley 809 moves upward, one end of the cable 810 moves downward. When one end of the cable 810 moves downward, the other end of the rod 807 moves downward. The other end of the rod 807 moves downward, and the roller 808 moves upward. Thereby, the roller 808 is arranged to the movable region of the cam 811.
As described above, according to the elevator pit ladder apparatus 4A according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, the roller 808 is pressed down, and the pit ladder 7 is displaced between the use position and the storage position. Thus, the operator can displace the pit ladder 7 without extending his or her hand from the landing doorway 13 to hold the pit ladder 7. As a result, the pit 11 can be easily accessed.
Further, the pit ladder 7 is displaced between the use position and the storage position. Thus, when the pit ladder 7 is provided in the hoistway 1, the hoistway 1 can be prevented from being increased in size.
The cam 811 is provided on the car 2. When the roller 808 is pressed down by the cam 811, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the use position to the storage position, and when the pressing down of the roller 808 by the cam 811 is released, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the storage position to the use position. Thus, the pit ladder 7 can be displaced between the storage position and the use position by moving the car 2.
In embodiment 1, the roller 808 that rolls on the cam 811 is described as an example of the contact portion pressed down by the cam 811. However, the abutting body pressed down by the cam 811 is not limited to this, and may be a sliding body that slides with respect to the cam 811.

The elevator further includes a counterweight buffer 9 provided in the pit 11. In addition, the reuse buffer 9 is not shown in fig. 5. The counterweight buffer 9 is disposed so as to overlap the counterweight 3 when viewed from above. The counterweight 3 during maintenance and inspection of the elevator can be moved to a position below the movable region of the counterweight 3 during normal operation of the elevator.
The pit ladder device 4B includes a pit ladder 7 extending in the height direction and a displacement device 8B for displacing the pit ladder 7. Fig. 5 and 6 show a state in which the position of the pit ladder 7 is the storage position.
Fig. 7 is a side view showing a state in which the pit ladder 7 of fig. 5 is displaced, and fig. 8 is a front view showing a state in which the pit ladder 7 of fig. 6 is displaced. Fig. 7 and 8 show a state in which the position of the pit ladder 7 is the use position.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the pit ladder 7 is displaced between a storage position and a use position. The displacement device 8B displaces the pit ladder 7 between a stowed position and a use position.
The shift device 8B includes: a plurality of mounting members 812 secured to the wall 12; a plurality of shafts 813 provided to the respective mounts 812; a plurality of mounting arms 814 rotatably supported by the respective shafts 813; and torsion springs 815 provided to the respective shafts 813.
The plurality of mounting members 812 are arranged in a height direction. The plurality of shafts 813 are arranged in the height direction. The plurality of shafts 813 are mounted one by one to the plurality of mounting members 812. The shafts 813 extend in the depth direction of the hoistway 1.
The plurality of mounting arms 814 are arranged in a height direction. The plurality of mounting arms 814 are mounted two to the plurality of shafts 813. The pair of mounting arms 814 mounted on the same shaft 813 are disposed apart from each other in the depth direction of the hoistway 1.
A pit ladder 7 is rotatably supported at one end of the mounting arm 814. The pit ladder 7 is displaced between the stowed position and the use position by rotation of the mounting arm 814 about the shaft 813. The pit ladder 7 is displaced between the storage position and the use position in a state where the longitudinal direction of the pit ladder 7 coincides with the height direction.
The torsion spring 815 applies an elastic force to the shaft 813 so that the position of the pit ladder 7 becomes the storage position.
The shift device 8B further includes: a roller 816 as an abutting portion provided on the pit ladder 7; and a cam 817 provided to the counterweight 3. The cam 817 is raised and lowered in the hoistway 1 together with the counterweight 3. When the position of the pit ladder 7 is the use position, the roller 816 is disposed in the movable region of the cam 817. When the position of the pit ladder 7 is the storage position, the roller 816 is disengaged from the movable region of the cam 817. The other structure is the same as embodiment 1.
Next, the operation of the pit ladder apparatus 4B of the elevator will be described. In the case where the counterweight 3 is located in the movable region of the counterweight 3 in normal operation of the elevator, as shown in fig. 5, the cam 817 is arranged to be separated upward from the roller 816. In this case, the position of the pit ladder 7 becomes the storage position by the elastic force of the torsion spring 815.
When the counterweight 3 moves to a position below the movable region of the counterweight 3 during normal operation of the elevator, the cam 817 hits the roller 816 from above as shown in fig. 7. Thus, roller 816 is depressed by cam 817. In other words, the roller 816 is pressed down by the power of the counterweight 3. Thereby, the roller 816 is disengaged from the movable region of the cam 817. The roller 816, which is depressed by the cam 817, rolls on the cam 817. In this case, the counterweight 3 hits the counterweight buffer 9 from above.
By pressing the roller 816, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the storage position to the use position against the elastic force of the torsion spring 815.
On the other hand, when the counterweight 3 returns to the movable region of the counterweight 3 in the normal operation of the elevator, the cam 817 is separated upward from the roller 816 as shown in fig. 5. Thereby, the pressing of the cam 817 by the roller 816 is released. In this case, the counterweight 3 is separated upward from the counterweight buffer 9.
By releasing the depression of the cam 817 by the roller 816, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the use position to the storage position by the elastic force of the torsion spring 815.
As described above, according to the pit ladder apparatus 4B of the elevator according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, the cam 817 is provided in the counterweight 3. When the roller 816 is depressed by the cam 817, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the storage position to the use position, and when the depression of the roller 816 by the cam 817 is released, the pit ladder 7 is displaced from the use position to the storage position. Thus, by moving the counterweight 3, the pit ladder 7 can be displaced between the use position and the storage position.
In embodiment 2, a roller 816 that rolls on a cam 817 has been described as an example of a contact portion pressed by the cam 817. However, the abutting body pressed by the cam 817 is not limited to this, and may be a sliding body that slides with respect to the cam 817.
