As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a schematic diagram of an industrial gateway implementing a custom interface.
The industrial gateway for implementing the custom interface in this embodiment includes a central processing unit 10, a switching unit 20, and an interface 30.
Specifically, the central processing unit 10 is connected to the external function configuration unit 40, and after receiving the interface function command sent by the function configuration unit 40, sends a control signal to the switching unit 20 through the I/O pin. The switching unit 20 opens the function channel corresponding to the interface function command after receiving the control signal transmitted from the central processing unit 10. After the switching unit 20 opens the functional channel, the interface 30 is connected to the central processing unit 10 through the switching unit 20, so as to implement the corresponding function.
The functional channels include a connection channel between the switching unit 20 and the corresponding functional pin of the central processing unit 10, and also include a connection channel between the switching unit 20 and the interface 30. In the embodiment of the present application, a switching unit including three switching chips is taken as an example for explanation. As shown in fig. 1, the switching unit 20 includes a switching chip 21, a switching chip 22, and a switching chip 23. The switching chip 21 is responsible for opening and closing the serial port function channel, and opens the serial port function channel after receiving the control signal sent by the central processing unit 10. The switching chip 22 is responsible for opening and closing the USB functional channel, and after receiving the control signal sent by the central processing unit 10, opens the USB functional channel. The switching chip 23 is responsible for opening and closing the network function channel, and after receiving the control signal sent by the central processing unit 10, the network function channel is opened.
In the embodiment of the present application, the functions that can be realized by the interface include, but are not limited to: receiving and/or sending network data, receiving and/or sending USB data, and receiving and/or sending serial port data.
Meanwhile, the interface can comprise a plurality of wiring terminals, when only one wiring terminal is provided, each switching chip can be kept normally open with a wiring terminal connection channel, and when the wiring terminals are multiple, the switching chip can open or close the connection channel with a certain wiring terminal based on the control of a control signal, so that in certain situations, the corresponding function can be realized through the specific wiring terminal.
In this application, the interface is explained by taking an example in which the interface includes two connection terminals. As shown in fig. 1, the interface 30 includes a connection terminal 31 and a connection terminal 32, and the connection terminals are identical in model, so that only one connection line is needed to connect an external device to the connection terminal 31 or the connection terminal 32. The connection terminals 31 and 32 can be connected to the switching chip 21, the switching chip 22, and the switching chip 23, respectively, and when a certain functional channel is opened by the switching chip, the connection terminals can realize corresponding functions.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, assuming that the user needs the connection terminal 1 to implement the USB interface function, the operation steps include: firstly, selecting a wiring terminal 1 option as a terminal to be selected in interface selection, then selecting a USB option as a function to be realized in function selection, and clicking a determined option after the selection is finished. After the user clicks the determined option, the function configuration unit sends the corresponding interface function instruction to the central processing unit, the central processing unit sends a control signal to a switching chip which is responsible for managing the USB function channel through an I/O pin after receiving the interface function instruction, meanwhile, the control signal also comprises an instruction which enables the switching chip to open a connecting channel with the wiring terminal 1, at the moment, the wiring terminal 1 is connected with the central processing unit through the switching chip, and the function of the USB interface is realized.
The function configuration unit can be any one of a program, an APP and a webpage, a user can open the function configuration unit through a terminal login program or the APP or through the webpage, and then initiate a corresponding interface function instruction in the function configuration unit, and the interface function instruction can be transmitted to the industrial gateway in a wired or wireless mode. When the function configuration unit exists in the terminal in the form of a program or an APP, the terminal may be a hardware device having a corresponding function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a personal computer.

Meanwhile, the interface in the industrial gateway can comprise a plurality of wiring terminals, and a user can configure the number of the wiring terminals according to the requirement of the user, so that the use flexibility is ensured. In addition, a user selects a specific function of a specific connecting terminal in the industrial gateway through the function configuration unit, the use scene of the user is fitted, and the operability of the industrial gateway is improved.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a control method for an industrial gateway that implements a custom interface, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:

the interface is connected with the switching unit so as to establish connection with the central processing unit after the switching unit opens the functional channel, and corresponding functions are realized.
2. The industrial gateway implementing the custom interface according to claim 1, wherein the functions that can be implemented by the interface at least include: receiving and/or sending network data, receiving and/or sending USB data, and receiving and/or sending serial port data.

the central processing unit receives an interface function instruction from the function configuration unit;
based on the interface function instruction, sending a control signal to a switching unit, and controlling the switching unit to switch on a function channel corresponding to the interface function instruction;
and establishing connection with the interface through the switching unit so as to enable the interface to realize corresponding functions.
