Abstract
The invention discloses an oil-immersed transformer for welding a high-voltage bushing wiring terminal, which comprises a transformer body, a transformer cover, a high-voltage bushing arranged on the transformer cover, a low-voltage bushing, a wiring terminal and an oil storage tank, wherein an oil guide pipe is arranged between the oil storage tank and a transformer plate body; according to the oil-immersed transformer for welding the high-voltage bushing wiring terminal, the heat dissipated by the transformer is converted into electric energy, an electric energy source is provided for the heat dissipation of the transformer, the connection of circuit wires is avoided, and the oil-immersed transformer is energy-saving, environment-friendly, safe and reliable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of transformers, and particularly relates to an oil-immersed transformer for welding a high-voltage bushing wiring terminal.
Background
The oil-immersed transformer is a novel high-performance transformer with more reasonable structure and better performance, and takes oil as the main insulation means of the transformer and depends on the oil as a cooling medium, such as oil-immersed self-cooling, oil-immersed air cooling, oil-immersed water cooling, forced oil circulation and the like. The main parts of the transformer comprise an iron core, a winding, an oil tank, an oil conservator, a respirator, a pressure relief valve, a radiator, an insulating sleeve, a tap switch, a gas relay, a thermometer, an oil purifier, an oil level indicator and the like.
The working environment of the transformer is complex, the temperature is high, the transformer is mostly cooled naturally during working, the cooling effect is poor, and the service life of the transformer is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an oil-immersed transformer for welding a high-voltage bushing wiring terminal, which converts heat dissipated by the transformer into electric energy, provides an electric energy source for the heat dissipation of the transformer, avoids the connection of circuit wires, and is energy-saving, environment-friendly, safe and reliable.
The oil-immersed transformer comprises a transformer body, a transformer cover, a high-voltage sleeve arranged on the transformer cover, a low-voltage sleeve, a wiring terminal and an oil storage tank, wherein an oil guide pipe is arranged between the oil storage tank and a transformer plate body, an air cooling device is arranged on the oil guide pipe, the air cooling device comprises an air cooling motor and a fan, the air cooling motor is connected with a self-generating device, and the self-generating device generates electricity by utilizing heat dissipated from the transformer body.
Preferably, the self-generating device comprises a heat collecting block arranged on at least one side face of the transformer body, a heat radiating plate is arranged on the outer side of the heat collecting block relatively, a gap is reserved between the heat radiating plate and the heat collecting block, a thermoelectric transducer is arranged between the heat radiating plate and the heat collecting block, a boosting and voltage stabilizing module is connected onto the thermoelectric transducer, a power supply is connected onto the boosting and voltage stabilizing module, and the power supply supplies power for the air-cooled motor.
Preferably, the gap between the heat dissipation plate and the heat collection block is filled and isolated by adopting a polyurethane foaming agent, and the thermoelectric transducer is fixedly sealed in the polyurethane foaming agent.
Preferably, the boosting and voltage stabilizing module is sealed in a polyurethane foaming agent.
Preferably, the heat dissipation plate is made of aluminum, and heat dissipation rib plates are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the heat dissipation plate.
Preferably, the oil guide pipe is spirally arranged at the end part of the oil storage tank, and the fan is arranged outside the spirally oil guide pipe.
Preferably, the side doors of the transformer body, which are not provided with the heat collecting blocks, are respectively provided with heat dissipation ribs.
The oil-immersed transformer for welding the high-voltage bushing wiring terminal has the beneficial effects that:

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an oil-immersed transformer for welding a high-voltage bushing terminal according to the technical solution of the present invention includes a transformer body 1, a transformer cover 3, a high-voltage bushing 4 disposed on the transformer cover 3, a low-voltage bushing 5, a terminal, and an oil storage tank 6. An oil guide pipe 7 is arranged between the oil storage tank 6 and the transformer plate body 1. And the oil guide pipe 7 is provided with an air cooling device, and the air cooling device comprises an air cooling motor 8 and a fan 9. The air-cooled motor 8 is connected with a self-generating device 10, and the self-generating device 10 generates electricity by utilizing heat radiated from the transformer body 1. The transformer body generates electricity by utilizing the heat emitted by the transformer body and dissipates heat for sealing the transformer body, so that energy utilization is realized, the connection of circuit wires is avoided, and the transformer is energy-saving, environment-friendly, safe and reliable. On one hand, the heat dissipation of the transformer is accelerated, on the other hand, the problem that other power sources or wires are externally connected to the transformer is solved, and the safety performance is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the self-generating device 10 includes a heat collecting block 11 disposed on at least one side of the transformer body 1, a heat dissipating plate 12 is disposed outside the heat collecting block 11, a gap is left between the heat dissipating plate 12 and the heat collecting block 11, and a thermoelectric transducer 13 is disposed on the heat dissipating plate, a voltage boosting and stabilizing module is connected to the thermoelectric transducer 13, a power source is connected to the voltage boosting and stabilizing module, and the power source supplies power to the air-cooled motor 8. The heating principle of the self-generating device 10 is the thermoelectric effect, and is the prior art. This self-generating device 10 realizes leading to the fact environmental pollution's heat energy conversion to the electric energy on transformer body 1 to be utilized, realize dispelling the heat to transformer body, energy-concerving and environment-protective.
As shown in FIG. 3, the gap between the heat dissipation plate 12 and the heat collection block 11 is filled and isolated by polyurethane foaming agent 14, and the thermoelectric converter 13 is sealed in the polyurethane foaming agent 14. The boosting and voltage stabilizing module is fixedly sealed in the polyurethane foaming agent. The self-generating device 10 is integrated, convenient to install, safe and reliable.
The heat dissipation plate 12 is made of aluminum, and heat dissipation rib plates 15 are uniformly distributed on the outer side of the heat dissipation plate 12. The temperature of the heat radiating plate 12 is lowered to improve the power generating capacity.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil guide pipe 7 is spirally provided at an end portion of the oil reservoir 6, and the fan 9 is provided outside the spiral oil guide pipe 7. The heat on the oil guide pipe 7 is dissipated to air by the fan 9, so that the heat dissipation capability of the heat conduction oil in the oil guide pipe is improved. The side door of the transformer body 1, which is not provided with the heat collection block, is provided with heat dissipation ribs 2.

6. The oil-filled transformer for the welded high-voltage bushing terminal according to claim 1, wherein the oil conduit is spirally disposed at an end of the oil storage tank, and the fan is disposed outside the spirally shaped oil conduit.
