For example, the placement member includes: a hook-type article placing component and/or a tray-type article placing component; the detection section includes: a spring type detection component and/or a sensor type detection component; wherein, sensor class detection part includes: any component capable of realizing the detection function can be used as the detection component in the embodiment, and the specific implementation details of the invention are not limited.
Preferably, when the article placing component is a hook type article placing component, the detection component is a spring type detection component. Correspondingly, in a preferred implementation mode, the object placing function is achieved through a hook mode, and the purpose of saving space is achieved. Specifically, the article status detecting section 13 further includes: the hook type object placing component is used for placing order articles; and the spring type detection component is used for detecting a state change instruction triggered by the placing operation or taking-out operation of the order object according to the displacement change of the hook type object placing component before and after the order object is placed. Among them, the placing operation of the order item is generally performed by a standby person, and the taking operation of the order item is generally performed by a delivery person or an order placing user.
The hook-type object placing component can be a hook-shaped component and is used for hanging order articles on the hook-shaped object placing component. The spring type detection component internally comprises a spring connected with the hook type object placing component so as to enable the hook type object placing component to cause displacement change due to the expansion and contraction of the spring before and after the object placing, and correspondingly, the spring type detection component triggers a state change instruction according to the detected displacement change of the hook type object placing component. When the order item placing operation is executed, the hook type object placing component moves downwards due to the action of gravity, and therefore when a first type state change instruction triggered by the order item placing operation is detected, the communication component sends a first type state notification message corresponding to the order preparation completion state to the order server. When the order article taking-out operation is executed, the hook type object placing component moves upwards due to the effect of gravity cancellation, and when a second state change instruction triggered by the order article taking-out operation is detected, the communication component sends a second state notification message corresponding to the order taking completion state to the order server. The first state change instruction and the second state change instruction are determined by the displacement direction of the spring. In addition, a spring switch can be arranged in the spring type detection component, and the state of the spring switch is changed according to whether the hook type object placing component is used for placing an object, so that the first type state changing instruction and the second type state changing instruction can be distinguished through the opening and closing state of the spring switch, and therefore, a first type state notification message corresponding to the order preparation completion state is determined to be sent to the order server, or a second type state notification message corresponding to the order taking completion state is sent to the order server.
Alternatively, the display section may be capable of further changing the display state according to the placing operation or the taking operation of the order item. Correspondingly, when a first type state change instruction triggered by the placement operation of the ordered item is detected, the display component is further used for displaying a first display state corresponding to the placement operation of the item; when a second type of state change instruction triggered by the article taking-out operation of the order is detected, the display unit is further configured to display a second display state corresponding to the article taking-out operation. In specific implementation, the communication component is further configured to trigger a first display notification message to the display component when a first type state change instruction triggered by the placement operation of the order item is detected, so that the display component is further configured to display a first display state corresponding to the placement operation of the item; the communication component is further used for triggering a second display notification message to the display component when a second type of state change instruction triggered by the taking-out operation of the order item is detected, so that the display component is further used for displaying a second display state corresponding to the taking-out operation of the item. The first display state and the second display state can be distinguished through the background color of the display screen, or can be distinguished through preset icons on the display screen. In short, whether the order item is placed or taken can be quickly determined through different display states, and therefore the quickness of the cache is improved.
In a particular implementation, the communication component further includes: a conductive wheel movable along the data line; wherein, the data line is used for placing state check out test set, and the conductive wheel passes through the data line and supplies power and communication. In order to further save the space in the store, the inventor finds that the space in the store is limited in most stores, and each of the state detection devices in this embodiment is placed on a data line, the data line can flexibly use narrow spaces where conventional counters cannot be placed, such as the side of a wall and corners of a house, and a plurality of state detection devices can be placed on the data line in sequence, and each state detection device is placed by a hook below, so that the storage space can be flexibly used, and the state detection devices can be placed in order in a small space.
The conductive wheel is located in the middle of the state detection device, and a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion are respectively arranged on the outer side of the conductive wheel. The display component can be positioned on the first fixing part and/or the second fixing part, so that the effect of displaying the order number on a single side or displaying the order number on two sides simultaneously is achieved. In order to place the state detection equipment on the data line, the radius of the conductive wheel is set to be the first radius length, the first fixing part and the second fixing part are respectively set to be circular, the radius of the first fixing part and the radius of the second fixing part are set to be the second radius length, the second radius length is larger than the first radius length, and the circle center position of the conductive wheel, the circle center position of the first fixing part and the circle center position of the second fixing part are overlapped.
In addition, the inventor finds that the state change time of the order item is crucial to the prediction of the delivery duration and the order taking time of the order item in the process of implementing the present invention, and therefore, the state notification message in this embodiment is further used for determining the time of the state change of the order item, so that the order server sends the order reminding message to the preset terminal device according to the time of the state change of the order item. Wherein the time at which the status of the item changes is determined by:
in an alternative, the determination is made based on timestamp information contained in the status notification message. Correspondingly, the state detection device further comprises a time module inside, and the state notification message sent by the communication component to the order server for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state further comprises timestamp information determined according to the time module. According to the mode, the time detection operation can be carried out by the state detection equipment, so that the change of the state of the article is detected at the first time, and the accuracy and timeliness of the obtained time for changing the state of the article are ensured.
In yet another alternative, the determination is made according to timestamp information recorded by the order server corresponding to the message reception time of the status notification message. According to the method, a time module is not required to be further contained in the state detection equipment, so that the structure of the state detection equipment is simplified, the equipment cost is saved, and the order server is responsible for acquiring the message receiving time of the state notification message so as to determine the time of the change of the state of the article.
In one particular example, the status detection device is applied to a delivery scenario for take-away meals. Correspondingly, if the order item is a to-be-delivered meal item, the first type state notification message for indicating the preparation completion state is a meal delivery notification message, and the time when the item state changes is meal delivery time, the order server is configured to send a meal delivery order reminding message to the delivery terminal device according to the meal delivery time determined by the meal delivery notification message, so that a user of the delivery terminal device can take meals in time. The distribution terminal device is generally a mobile device such as a mobile phone of a distributor. In addition, the second type of status notification message for indicating the order taking completion status is a meal matching notification message, and the time when the state of the article changes is the delivery start time of the meal, then the order server is configured to send a meal taking order reminding message to the user type terminal device according to the delivery start time determined by the meal matching notification message. The user terminal equipment is the mobile equipment of the ordering user. Because the state change of the order object can be detected at the first time, the more accurate time information can be contained in the meal order reminding message and the meal taking order reminding message, and therefore accurate and timely reminding can be provided for the delivery user or the order placing user.
In addition, since the number of the state detection devices is usually multiple, so as to prevent the order items corresponding to multiple orders at the same time, the state detection devices can be managed in a unified manner through the main control device. Accordingly, the communication means are particularly adapted to: sending an order number contained in an order distribution message from an order server forwarded by the main control device to the display component; and sending a state notification message for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state to the order server through the main control equipment.
The state detection equipment provided by the embodiment can accurately detect the state change condition of the order object in a mode of combining the hook and the spring, so that an accurate time reference basis is provided for the delivery of a delivery user and the meal taking of an order user. The hook-shaped state detection equipment can save space, so that a plurality of order items can be respectively stored in a small space, and compared with a conventional mode that all order items are uniformly placed on the same counter, the mode can enable all order items to be stored independently through the state detection equipment, and therefore the order preparation and order taking time of each order item can be conveniently and accurately detected.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a main control device of a status detection device for managing an order item according to another embodiment of the present invention, including: the order distribution system comprises a communication module 41 and an order distribution module 42, wherein the communication module 41 is adapted to obtain an order number contained in an order distribution message received from an order server; the order allocation module 42 is adapted to forward the order number included in the order allocation message to a status detection device according to the current status of each status detection device, so that the status detection device displays the order number; and, the communication module 41 is further adapted to forward the received status notification message sent by the status detection device to the order server.
Therefore, the main control device is used for realizing management operation for the plurality of state detection devices, and is mainly used for monitoring the current state of each state detection device so as to allocate the order number corresponding to the newly generated order to the idle state detection device.
Wherein the order allocation module is specifically adapted to: acquiring the current state of each state detection device, and determining a plurality of state detection devices of which the current states are idle states as candidate state detection devices; the method comprises the steps of obtaining equipment identification and/or arrangement sequence of each candidate state detection equipment, selecting one state detection equipment from a plurality of candidate state detection equipment as target state detection equipment according to the equipment identification and/or arrangement sequence, and forwarding an order number contained in an order allocation message to the target state detection equipment. The order distribution module is used for maintaining an equipment state table, and the equipment state table is used for recording the current state of each state detection equipment. Specifically, when selecting the target state detection device, the selection is performed according to the device identifier and/or the arrangement order of each candidate state detection device, for example, each candidate state detection device may be sequentially determined as the target state detection device according to the size of the device identifier. For another example, the candidate state detection devices may be determined as the target state detection devices sequentially from left to right or from top to bottom according to the arrangement order.
In addition, different type marks can be set for each status detection device according to the device size or device usage of each status detection device, and accordingly, the order allocation message further includes order description information, for example, describing the number, size, type, and the like of order items. Therefore, the order distribution module selects the target state detection device according to the order description information contained in the order distribution message and the type marks of the state detection devices.
In specific implementation, when receiving a first type of state notification message for indicating the order preparation completion state, the order allocation module marks the state detection device triggering the first type of state notification message for indicating the order preparation completion state as a non-idle state; and when receiving a second type state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state, marking the state detection equipment triggering the second type state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state as an idle state. In addition, after receiving the second type of state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state, the state detection device can further send a pin number instruction to clear the order number displayed on the display component, so that the state detection device is recycled for reuse.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a hook type detection device for detecting a status of an ordered item, including: the data line is used for supplying power and the plurality of hook devices are placed on the data line; wherein each hook device further comprises: the system comprises a supporting component, a display screen for displaying order numbers, a storage hook for placing order articles and a communication detection component; wherein, the supporting member includes: a first outer supporting part and a second outer supporting part which are oppositely arranged, and an inner supporting part which is positioned between the first outer supporting part and the second outer supporting part and is contacted with the data line; the display screen and the object placing hook are arranged on the first outer supporting part and/or the second outer supporting part, and the communication detection part is arranged inside the inner supporting part; the storage hook is provided with a spring end and a hook end and is connected with the communication detection part through the spring end, and the spring end can elastically displace along with the placing operation or the taking-out operation of the order object.
The communication detection component is used for sending a state notification message for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state to the order server when detecting that the state of the hook type object placing component is changed due to the placing operation or the taking operation of the order object. The display screen is used for displaying the order number contained in the order distribution message received by the communication detection component from the order server. Wherein the support member can be realized in various ways as long as the support purpose can be achieved. In this embodiment, since the diameters of the first outer supporting member and the second outer supporting member are larger than the diameter of the inner supporting member, when the inner supporting member is placed on the data line, the first outer supporting member and the second outer supporting member can be used for auxiliary fixation, so that the placement of the supporting members is more stable.
In an alternative implementation, the first lateral support, the second lateral support and the medial support are circular members; the diameters of the first and second outer support portions are larger than the diameter of the inner support portion. For example, in one particular example, the inner support is a conductive wheel externally provided with conductive tracks; and, the support member further includes: the buckle type fixed bottom plate is arranged between the first outer side supporting part and the second outer side supporting part and is contacted with the inner side supporting part; the clamping type fixing bottom plate is provided with a conductive terminal, the first side surface of the conductive terminal is contacted with the data line, and the second side surface of the conductive terminal is contacted with the conductive rail on the inner supporting part. The buckle-type fixing bottom plate can be fixed between the first outer supporting part and the second outer supporting part in various ways, for example, the buckle-type fixing bottom plate can be fixed between the first outer supporting part and the second outer supporting part in various ways such as movable connection or fixed connection. For example, the first outer supporting portion and the second outer supporting portion may be fixed by a limiting groove disposed at an inner side of the first outer supporting portion and the second outer supporting portion, or may be fixed by a snap-fit manner.
In an optional implementation, the communication detecting component further includes: a spring detection switch and a communication member; and, the conductive terminal includes: a power supply terminal and a communication terminal; wherein, the data line includes: n way data line, and conductive terminal includes: n conductive terminals; the conductive rail includes: n conductive rails; wherein N is a natural number. For example, N equals 4. Accordingly, the number of the power supply terminals and the number of the communication terminals are two.
In an alternative implementation, in order to ensure that the data line can reliably contact with the above-mentioned snap-in fixing base plate, the hook type detection device further comprises: and the data line is arranged on the fixed data board. For example, the fixed data board is a data board with a certain width, and four data lines are arranged on the data board side by side; correspondingly, the fastening type fixing bottom plate is also a bottom plate with a certain width, four conductive terminals are arranged on the bottom plate, the lower side surfaces of the four conductive terminals are respectively contacted with four data lines arranged on the fixed data plate, and the upper side surfaces of the four conductive terminals are respectively contacted with four conductive rails arranged outside the inner side supporting part (namely, the conductive wheel).
Therefore, the snap-in fixing bottom plate has at least the following two functions: on one hand, the bridge serves as an intermediate bridge between the inner side supporting part and the data line, and the functions of power supply and communication transmission for the inner side supporting part are realized; on the other hand, as a contact medium between the hooking device and the data line, reliable contact between the hooking device and the data line is achieved with a wide contact surface, thereby preventing the hooking device from falling off the data line.
For ease of understanding, fig. 2 shows a schematic configuration of the state detection apparatus. As shown in fig. 2, the state detecting apparatus includes: a data line 30, and at least two hook devices 20 disposed on the data line 30, wherein the hook devices 20 further comprise hook type article placing parts 21. Where fig. 2 shows two hooking means, in practice, several hooking means may be placed on the same data line 30. Wherein the two hook devices display the order numbers "112" and "97", respectively. Figure 3 shows a side view of a hook device. As shown in fig. 3, the hooking means comprises: a conductive wheel 31 (i.e. an inner support), two outer supports outside the inner support, a display part 32 on the outer supports, and an object-holding hook (only the spring end is shown, the hook portion below is not shown) 33. Fig. 3 further shows a snap-in fixing base 35 for placing the hook device on the data line, which snap-in fixing base 35 is provided with conductive terminals, namely: four conductive terminals 34 are located on the snap-in mounting base 35, as shown in fig. 3. Wherein, two power supply terminals and two communication terminals are included. Correspondingly, the data line is a combined wire rod divided into four paths. In addition, as shown in fig. 3, a conductive rail is disposed outside the conductive wheel, and the conductive wheel supplies power and communicates with the conductive terminal through contact between the conductive rail and the conductive terminal.
The detailed implementation details of the hook-type detection device in this embodiment can refer to the schematic structural diagrams of the state detection device shown in fig. 1 to 3, and this embodiment focuses on the description of the structure of the state detection device shown in fig. 1 to 3 from the structural perspective.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an order server according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the order server includes:
a number generating module 51, adapted to generate an order number corresponding to the received order confirmation message, and send an order distribution message including the order number to the main control device, so that the main control device sends the order number to the state detection device;
the communication module 52 is adapted to receive a status notification message, which is forwarded by the main control device and is used for indicating the order preparation completion status or the order taking completion status, from the status detection device, and send an order reminding message to the preset terminal device according to the status notification message.
The number generation module is used for receiving an order confirmation message sent by a store end after a user places and the store receives an order, generating a corresponding order number aiming at the order confirmation message, and storing an order data record corresponding to the order number in an order database so as to record each state of the order. Specifically, after the order server generates the order number, on one hand, an order placing success notification message containing the order number is sent to the user class terminal equipment of the order placing user; on the other hand, the preparation notification message containing the order number is sent to the kitchen equipment corresponding to the preparation user. In addition, the order server further sends an order distribution message containing an order number to the main control device, so that the main control device sends the order number to the state detection device, and a corresponding state detection device is distributed to the order, so that an order article can be placed after the order preparation of the order preparation user is finished.
Wherein the communication module is further configured to: determining the time of the article state change according to the time information corresponding to the state notification message, and sending an order reminding message to a preset terminal device according to the time of the article state change; the time information corresponding to the state notification message is determined according to the timestamp information contained in the state notification message; or, the time information corresponding to the state notification message is determined according to the message receiving time corresponding to the state notification message recorded by the order server.
In a specific example, the order item is a food item to be delivered, and when the status notification message indicating the completion status of the preparation is a meal delivery notification message, and the time when the status of the item changes is meal delivery time, the communication module is further configured to send a meal delivery order reminding message to the delivery terminal device according to the meal delivery time determined by the meal delivery notification message. When the state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state is the meal matching notification message, and the time when the state of the article changes is the delivery starting time, the communication module is further configured to send a meal taking order reminding message to the user class terminal device according to the delivery starting time determined by the meal matching notification message.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for detecting a status of an ordered item, as shown in fig. 6, including: the above-mentioned status detection device 61, main control device 62 and order server 63 for the order item.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a status detection method for an order item according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the method comprises the steps of:
step S710: and the order server generates an order number corresponding to the received order confirmation message and sends an order distribution message containing the order number to the main control equipment, so that the main control equipment sends the order number to the state detection equipment.
Step S720: the main control equipment acquires an order number contained in a received order distribution message from an order server; and according to the current state of each state detection device, forwarding the order number contained in the order allocation message to one state detection device so that the state detection device can display the order number.
Step S730: the state detection equipment acquires an order number contained in an order allocation message sent by the order server, and displays the order number through the display component so that an order preparation user or an order taking user can carry out placing operation or taking operation of order articles according to the order number.
Step S740: when the state detection equipment detects a state change instruction triggered by the placing operation or the taking operation of the order object, a state notification message for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state is sent to the main control equipment.
Step S750: and the main control equipment forwards the received state notification message sent by the state detection equipment to the order server.
Step S760: and the order server receives a state notification message which is forwarded by the main control device and is used for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state from the state detection device, and sends an order reminding message to the preset terminal device according to the state notification message.
Optionally, in step S740, a state change instruction triggered by the hook type article placing component according to the placing operation or the taking operation of the ordered article is detected by the spring type detecting component. When a first type state change instruction triggered by the placement operation of an order object is detected, a first type state notification message corresponding to an order preparation completion state is sent to an order server through a main control device; and when a second type state change instruction triggered by the taking-out operation of the order item is detected, sending a second type state notification message corresponding to the order taking completion state to the order server through the main control equipment.
The state notification message is used for determining the time of the article state change, so that the order server sends an order reminding message to the preset terminal equipment according to the time of the article state change; wherein the time at which the status of the item changes is determined by: determining according to timestamp information contained in the state notification message; or according to the timestamp information recorded by the order server and corresponding to the message receiving time of the state notification message.
Optionally, if the order item is a to-be-delivered meal item, the state notification message for indicating the completion state of the preparation is a meal delivery notification message, and the time when the state of the item changes is meal delivery time, the order server is configured to send a meal delivery order reminding message to the delivery terminal device according to the meal delivery time determined by the meal delivery notification message. Or, the state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state is a food preparation notification message, and the time when the article state changes is delivery start time, the order server is configured to send a food taking order reminding message to the user class terminal device according to the delivery start time determined by the food preparation notification message.
Optionally, in step S720, the main control device obtains the current state of each state detection device, and determines a plurality of state detection devices of which the current states are idle states as candidate state detection devices; and acquiring the equipment identification and/or the arrangement sequence of each candidate state detection equipment, selecting one state detection equipment from the candidate state detection equipment as target state detection equipment according to the equipment identification and/or the arrangement sequence, and forwarding the order number contained in the order allocation message to the target state detection equipment. When a first type of state notification message for indicating the standby list completion state is received, the state detection equipment triggering the state notification message for indicating the standby list completion state is marked as a non-idle state; and when receiving a second type of state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state, marking the state detection equipment triggering the state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state as an idle state.
Optionally, in step S760, the order server determines time of the article state change according to the time information corresponding to the state notification message, so as to send an order reminding message to a preset terminal device according to the time of the article state change; the time information corresponding to the state notification message is determined according to the timestamp information contained in the state notification message; or, the time information corresponding to the state notification message is determined according to the message receiving time corresponding to the state notification message recorded by the order server.
When the order item is a to-be-delivered meal item, the state notification message for indicating the standby completion state is a meal delivery notification message, and the time for changing the item state is meal delivery time, the order server sends a meal delivery order reminding message to the delivery terminal equipment according to the meal delivery time determined by the meal delivery notification message; and when the state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state is a food preparation notification message and the time of the change of the article state is delivery starting time, the order server sends a food taking order reminding message to the user terminal equipment according to the delivery starting time determined by the food preparation notification message.
In summary, by the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the order item can be placed on the status detection device corresponding to the order number by displaying the order number, so that the status detection device is used to automatically trigger the status notification message indicating the order preparation completion status or the order taking completion status. Compared with the traditional mode that all order items are uniformly placed on the same counter and manually searched, the method can automatically trigger the state notification message of the order items, avoid the phenomenon of order disorder caused by manual error, and improve the accuracy and the real-time performance of state monitoring of the order items.
In the food distribution industry, the acquisition of the meal delivery time is very critical. Based on the accurate meal delivery time, the meal delivery time can be relatively accurately estimated for the ordering user side; for the delivery user side, the delivery person can be accurately informed of the meal taking time. And the dispatching system can also accurately distribute and dispatch orders, so that the meal delivery efficiency is greatly improved. The meal time is accurately detected by the state detection equipment, and convenience can be provided for the distribution and scheduling of orders.
In addition, the conventional push-button order caller method is troublesome to find orders when there are too many orders, and is a very heavy burden for order preparation personnel (i.e. packing personnel). After the packing is finished, the packing staff needs to take the order caller, find the serial number of the order from a large number of orders and then click a button. If the user mistakens and needs to recover to the wrong interface, the user is very troubled and difficult to popularize for a large number of packagers unfamiliar with electronic products. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the visualization of the order number, so that the order preparation user does not need to be familiar with the electronic product, and the operation complexity is simplified. In addition, a cabinet with a large area is not needed in a mode of hooking the meal, so that the space is saved, and meanwhile, the accurate meal delivery time can be detected. The couple can realize the heavy object and detect the function, makes the state that has meal article and no meal article distinguish through gravity detection. Therefore, the hook-shaped equipment provided by the embodiment does not occupy space, and is particularly suitable for small-area stores.
The embodiment of the invention provides a nonvolatile computer storage medium, wherein at least one executable instruction is stored in the computer storage medium, and the computer executable instruction can execute the state detection method of the order item in any method embodiment.
The executable instructions may be specifically configured to cause a processor to perform the operations of the methods described above.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific implementation of the electronic device.

Claims (22)

1. A status detecting apparatus for an order item, comprising: a communication unit, a display unit, and an article state detection unit;
the communication component is used for sending the order number contained in the order distribution message from the order server to the display component; the order number contained in the order distribution message is generated according to an order confirmation message sent by a store end after the user places an order; and, the communication section further includes: the conductive wheel can move along a data line, the data line is used for placing the state detection equipment, and the data line can sequentially place a plurality of state detection equipment; the display component is used for receiving and displaying the order number sent by the communication component so that an order preparation user or an order taking user can place or take out order articles according to the order number;
the article state detection component is used for detecting a state change instruction triggered by the placing operation or the taking operation of an order article, and sending the state change instruction to the communication component, so that the communication component sends a state notification message for indicating a standby order completion state or an order taking completion state to the order server; wherein the article state detection part further includes: a placement component for placing an order item, and the placement component comprising: a hook type object placing part.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the item status detection component further comprises:
the detection component is used for detecting a state change instruction triggered by the placing operation or the taking-out operation of the order item according to the state change of the placement component before and after the order item is placed;
when a first-class state change instruction triggered by the placement operation of an order item is detected, the communication component sends a first-class state notification message corresponding to an order preparation completion state to the order server;
when a second type of state change instruction triggered by the taking-out operation of the order item is detected, the communication component sends a second type of state notification message corresponding to the order taking completion state to the order server.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the placement member further comprises: a tray type article placing component; the detection section includes: a spring type detection component and/or a sensor type detection component; wherein the sensor-like detection means includes: a pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and/or an infrared sensor;
and when the object placing component is a hook type object placing component, the detection component is a spring type detection component.
4. The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the display means is further configured to display a first display state corresponding to an item placement operation when a first type of state change instruction triggered by the placement operation of the ordered item is detected;
when a second type of state change instruction triggered by the taking-out operation of the ordered item is detected, the display component is further used for displaying a second display state corresponding to the taking-out operation of the item.
5. The apparatus of any of claims 1-4, wherein the conductive wheel is powered and in communication via the data line.
6. The device of claim 5, wherein a conductive rail is arranged outside the conductive wheel, and a conductive terminal is arranged on the data line, so that the conductive wheel supplies power and communicates through the contact between the conductive rail and the conductive terminal; wherein, electrically conductive terminal includes: a power supply terminal and a communication terminal.
7. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the status notification message is further used to determine a time of the item status change, so that the order server sends an order reminding message to a preset terminal device according to the time of the item status change;
wherein the time at which the status of the item changes is determined by: determining according to timestamp information contained in the state notification message; or according to the timestamp information recorded by the order server and corresponding to the message receiving time of the state notification message.
8. The device according to claim 7, wherein the order item is an item to be delivered, the first type of status notification message for indicating the ready state is a meal delivery notification message, the time when the item status changes is a meal delivery time, and the order server is configured to send a meal delivery order reminding message to the delivery type terminal device according to the meal delivery time determined by the meal delivery notification message;
the second type of state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state is a food preparation notification message, and the time when the article state changes is the delivery start time of the food, then the order server is configured to send a food taking order reminding message to the user type terminal device according to the delivery start time determined by the food preparation notification message.
9. A master control device for a status detection device for managing ordered items, comprising: a communication module and an order distribution module, wherein,
the communication module is suitable for acquiring order numbers contained in order distribution messages received from an order server; the order number contained in the order distribution message is generated according to an order confirmation message sent by a store end after the user places an order; and, the state detecting device further includes: the conductive wheel can move along a data line, the data line is used for placing the state detection equipment, and the data line can sequentially place a plurality of state detection equipment;
the order distribution module is suitable for forwarding the order number contained in the order distribution message to one state detection device according to the current state of each state detection device so that the state detection device can display the order number;
the communication module is further suitable for forwarding the received state notification message sent by the state detection equipment to the order server; wherein the state detection apparatus includes: a hook type object placing component used for placing the order object.
10. The master control device according to claim 9, wherein the order allocation module is specifically adapted to:
acquiring the current state of each state detection device, and determining a plurality of state detection devices of which the current states are idle states as candidate state detection devices;
acquiring the equipment identification and/or the arrangement sequence of each candidate state detection equipment, selecting one state detection equipment from a plurality of candidate state detection equipment as target state detection equipment according to the equipment identification and/or the arrangement sequence, and forwarding the order number contained in the order allocation message to the target state detection equipment.
11. The master control device according to claim 10, wherein the order allocation module is specifically adapted to: when a first type state notification message for indicating the standby list completion state is received, marking the state detection equipment triggering the first type state notification message for indicating the standby list completion state as a non-idle state;
and when receiving a second type state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state, marking the state detection equipment triggering the second type state notification message for indicating the order taking completion state as an idle state.
12. An order server, comprising:
the number generation module is suitable for generating an order number corresponding to a received order confirmation message sent by the store end after the order is placed by the user, and sending an order distribution message containing the order number to the main control equipment so that the main control equipment can send the order number to the state detection equipment;
the communication module is suitable for receiving a state notification message which is forwarded by the main control equipment and is used for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state from the state detection equipment, and sending an order reminding message to preset terminal equipment according to the state notification message; wherein the state detection apparatus includes: the hook type object placing component is used for placing order objects; and, the state detecting device further includes: the conductive wheel that can follow the data line removal, the data line is used for placing state check out test set, just a plurality of state check out test set can be placed in proper order to the data line.
13. The server of claim 12, wherein the communication module is further configured to: determining the time of the article state change according to the time information corresponding to the state notification message, and sending an order reminding message to a preset terminal device according to the time of the article state change;
the time information corresponding to the state notification message is determined according to the timestamp information contained in the state notification message; or, the time information corresponding to the status notification message is determined according to the message receiving time recorded by the order server and corresponding to the status notification message.
14. The server according to claim 13, wherein if the ordered item is a to-be-delivered item, the status notification message indicating the ready-to-deliver completion status is a meal delivery notification message, and the time when the item status changes is a meal delivery time, the communication module is further configured to send a meal delivery order reminding message to the delivery class terminal device according to the meal delivery time determined by the meal delivery notification message;
the communication module is further configured to send a food order taking reminding message to the user class terminal device according to the delivery start time determined by the food order matching notification message.
15. A system for detecting the status of an item on an order, comprising: a status detection device for an order item according to any one of claims 1-8, a master device according to any one of claims 9-11 and an order server according to any one of claims 12-14.
16. A method for detecting the state of an ordered item is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the order number contained in the order distribution message sent by the order server is obtained, and the order number is displayed through a display component so that an order preparation user or an order taking user can carry out placing operation or taking operation of order articles according to the order number; the order number contained in the order distribution message is generated according to an order confirmation message sent by a store end after the user places an order;
when a state change instruction triggered by the placing operation or the taking-out operation of an order object is detected, sending a state notification message for indicating a standby order completion state or an order taking completion state to the order server;
wherein the method is performed by a state detection device comprising: the hook type object placing component is used for placing order objects; and, the state detecting device further includes: the conductive wheel that can follow the data line removal, the data line is used for placing state check out test set, just a plurality of state check out test set can be placed in proper order to the data line.
17. A method for detecting the state of an ordered item is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring an order number contained in a received order distribution message from an order server; the order number contained in the order distribution message is generated according to an order confirmation message sent by a store end after the user places an order;
according to the current state of each state detection device, forwarding the order number contained in the order allocation message to one state detection device so that the state detection device can display the order number;
forwarding the received state notification message sent by the state detection equipment to an order server; wherein the state detection apparatus includes: the hook type object placing component is used for placing order objects; and, the state detecting device further includes: the conductive wheel that can follow the data line removal, the data line is used for placing state check out test set, just a plurality of state check out test set can be placed in proper order to the data line.
18. A method for detecting the state of an ordered item is characterized by comprising the following steps:
generating an order number corresponding to a received order confirmation message sent by a store end after a user places an order, and sending an order distribution message containing the order number to a main control device, so that the main control device sends the order number to a state detection device;
receiving a state notification message which is forwarded by the master control device and is used for indicating the order preparation completion state or the order taking completion state from the state detection device, and sending an order reminding message to a preset terminal device according to the state notification message; wherein the state detection apparatus includes: the hook type object placing component is used for placing order objects; and, the state detecting device further includes: the conductive wheel that can follow the data line removal, the data line is used for placing state check out test set, just a plurality of state check out test set can be placed in proper order to the data line.
19. A hook-type inspection apparatus for inspecting the status of an ordered item, comprising: the data line is used for supplying power and the plurality of hook devices are placed on the data line;
wherein each hook device further comprises: the system comprises a supporting component, a display screen for displaying order numbers, a storage hook for placing order articles and a communication detection component; the order number is contained in the order distribution message and is generated according to an order confirmation message sent by a store end after the user places an order; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the support member includes: the data cable comprises a first outer supporting part, a second outer supporting part and an inner supporting part, wherein the first outer supporting part and the second outer supporting part are arranged oppositely, and the inner supporting part is positioned between the first outer supporting part and the second outer supporting part and is in contact with the data cable;

20. The hook detection apparatus of claim 19, wherein the first outer support, second outer support, and inner support are circular members; and the diameters of the first and second outer support portions are larger than the diameter of the inner support portion;
the inner side supporting part is a conductive wheel provided with a conductive rail outside; and, the support member further includes: the buckle type fixed bottom plate is arranged between the first outer side supporting part and the second outer side supporting part and is in contact with the inner side supporting part;
the clamping type fixing bottom plate is provided with a conductive terminal, the first side surface of the conductive terminal is contacted with the data line, and the second side surface of the conductive terminal is contacted with the conductive rail on the inner supporting part.
21. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the status detection method of the order item according to claim 16.
22. A computer storage medium having at least one executable instruction stored therein, the executable instruction causing a processor to perform operations corresponding to the method for detecting status of an ordered item according to claim 16.
