It will be appreciated that the single-day workload of a team is the sum of the single-day workloads of the currently participating workers.
In another embodiment, after acquiring the image information of the actual operating personnel participating in the pre-shift speech, the speech terminal may acquire the standard image information of the operating personnel corresponding to the group who should participate in the pre-shift speech from the management platform, match the image information of the actual operating personnel participating in the pre-shift speech with the standard image information, and return the successfully matched standard image information to the management platform, so that the management platform obtains the identity information of the actual operating personnel participating in the pre-shift speech according to the returned standard image information.
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a method for managing a before-shift speech according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, including:
step 501: the team leader operates the mobile phone to generate speech content; the method comprises the following steps that pre-running of pre-class speech software on a mobile phone can generate standard speech content, and a team leader can adjust the standard speech content according to actual conditions, such as: today, weather conditions are severe, and operating personnel are reminded to pay attention to safety in the construction process.
Step 502: the team leader refers to the speaking content to speak before the team;
step 503: recording the talkback content of the mobile phone, and recording the video of the intelligent safety helmet; the mobile phone held by the team leader records the speech content of the team leader, records the video through the intelligent safety helmet worn by the team leader, and sends the audio information and the video information obtained by the recording to the management platform;
step 504: the operator confirms the operation requirement and receives the operator identification and confirmation operation; after the talk is finished, the operating personnel receives the mobile phone used by the team leader to acquire image information so as to show that the operating personnel participates in the pre-team talk and understand the talk content of the team leader;
step 505: the management platform receives the speech recording and the image information; and the management platform stores the recorded voice and the recorded video of the speech and confirms the identity of the operating personnel who participate in the pre-shift speech according to the image information.
Step 506: the engineering management personnel check the before-class speaking content: after the engineering manager logs in the system, the pre-shift speech content can be checked;
step 507: judging whether the before-class speech content meets the requirement: the engineering management personnel sends first confirmation information to the engineering management terminal, and if the first confirmation information meets the requirements, step 508 is executed; otherwise, step 512 is performed.
Step 508: submitting a superior engineering management leader terminal;
step 509: the safety management personnel audit the before-shift speech content and patrol: and the safety manager checks the before-class speech content, inspects the construction site and judges whether dangerous and special operation exists.
Step 510: judging whether the office speaking content and the construction site meet the requirements or not; the safety management personnel submit second confirmation information to the safety management terminal; if the second confirmation information is satisfactory, go to step 511; otherwise, step 512 is performed.
Step 511: submitting a superior safety management leader terminal;
step 512: the team leader is required to reorganize the pre-team speech.
It can be understood that, in step 505, the specific method for the management platform to perform identity confirmation according to the received image information of the operator actually participating in the pre-shift talking is described in the foregoing embodiment, and is not described herein again.
On the basis of the embodiment, the management platform can receive the identity information of the working personnel who should participate in the pre-shift talking and synchronized by the real-labor name system according to the preset period, wherein the identity information comprises the standard image information of the working personnel. So that the management platform can update the standard image information in time.
The embodiment of the application generates standard before-class speech content, so that a team leader can perform before-class speech according to the generated speech content, and in the before-class speech process, the before-class speech process is recorded through a speech terminal and an intelligent safety helmet, so that the situation that the speech content is not in place is avoided; in addition, the operating personnel participating in the pre-shift speech are subjected to image acquisition through the speech terminal of the team leader, so that the management platform can confirm the operating personnel participating in the pre-shift speech and prevent signing on behalf of others.

Claims (10)

1. A system for managing pre-shift speech, comprising: speech terminal and management platform, wherein:
the speaking terminal is used for collecting speaking content during the class-ahead speaking, collecting image information of an operator actually participating in the class-ahead speaking, and sending audio information corresponding to the speaking content and the image information to the management platform;
the management platform is used for storing the audio information and matching the image information of the actual working personnel who participate in the pre-shift talking with the standard image information to obtain a matching result; the standard image information is image information of an operator who should participate in the pre-shift talking; the matching result is used for representing whether the operator who actually participates in the office-to-office speech accords with the operator who should participate in the office-to-office speech.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the management platform is further configured to parse the audio information to obtain text information corresponding to the audio information; obtaining the names and the number of the operators who actually participate in the pre-shift speech according to the matching result;
and writing the character information, the names and the number of the operators into the corresponding positions of the speech record table.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising a video recording device for recording a scene of a pre-shift speech and sending recorded video information to the management platform;
the management platform is also used for storing the video information.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the management platform is further configured to select at least one frame of video image from the video information, and perform face detection on the selected video image to obtain a face image of an operator actually participating in the pre-office speech; and matching the face image with standard image information.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the video recording device is disposed on a safety helmet, and a person speaking before class can record the scene of the speaking before class by wearing the safety helmet.
6. The system of claim 1, further comprising an engineering management terminal;
the engineering management terminal receives first confirmation information submitted by engineering management personnel and sends the first confirmation information to the superior engineering management leader terminal; the first confirmation information is submitted after the project management personnel check the current speaking content.
7. The system of claim 6, further comprising a security management terminal;
the safety management terminal receives second confirmation information submitted by safety management personnel and sends the second confirmation information to the superior safety management leader terminal; and the second confirmation information is submitted by the safety management personnel after the operation safety inspection is qualified.
8. The system of claim 1, further comprising a real-time labor naming system;
the labor service real-name system is used for storing the identity information of the working personnel who should participate in the pre-shift talking and synchronizing the identity information to the management platform according to a preset period; the identity information includes standard image information of the operator.
9. A method for managing pre-office speech, comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a speaking terminal collects speaking content of a speaking group leader, collects image information of an operator who actually participates in the front-office speaking, and sends audio information corresponding to the speaking content and the image information to a management platform;
the management platform stores the audio information, matches the image information of the operating personnel actually participating in the pre-shift speech with the standard image information and obtains a matching result; the standard image information is image information of an operator who should participate in the pre-shift talking; the matching result is used for representing whether the operator who actually participates in the office-to-office speech accords with the operator who should participate in the office-to-office speech.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
the management platform receives identity information of an operator who should participate in the pre-shift speech and is synchronized by a labor real-name system according to a preset period, wherein the identity information comprises standard image information of the operator.
