Example one
An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus debugging method, as shown in fig. 1, where the apparatus debugging method includes:
s101, communication is carried out between a control screen of target equipment and a hardware component of the target equipment;
s102, in the communication process of a control screen of target equipment and a hardware component of the target equipment, displaying communication data on a preset debugging control of the control screen, and displaying control screen parameter data of response communication of the control screen; the communication data is used for checking parameter data of the control screen and debugging the control screen.
The target device is a device where the control screen to be debugged is located, the hardware component can be a mainboard, a display panel and the like, and the control screen can be a main control screen and a touch screen. The communication data can be data sent by the control screen to the hardware component for controlling the hardware component, or can be data sent by the hardware component to the control screen for triggering the display of parameters of the control screen. Control screen parameters refer to parameters displayed on the control screen, such as temperature.
According to the embodiment of the invention, in the communication process of the control screen and the hardware component, the communication data is displayed on the debugging control of the control screen, the control screen parameter data responding to the communication is displayed on the control screen, and then debugging personnel can check the control screen parameter data through the communication data, so that the control screen is debugged, and further, the control screen is not required to provide redundant interfaces in the debugging process, hardware interfaces are not occupied, and the complexity of debugging operation is reduced. Meanwhile, an external computer is not needed in the debugging process, and the debugging safety and convenience are improved.
In some embodiments, the device commissioning method further comprises: and storing the communication data at a preset position of the target equipment. The communication data are received and stored in real time in the debugging process, the change state of the data is recorded, and the data have reference value when a subsequent technician analyzes the cause of a problem, so that a better maintenance measure can be provided for the unit.
In some embodiments, the device commissioning method further comprises:
receiving debug data from the debug control;
triggering the hardware component and the control screen to carry out analog communication through the debugging data;
and displaying the debugging data and control screen parameter simulation data of the control screen responding to the simulation communication on the debugging control, wherein the debugging data is used for verifying the control screen parameter simulation data and debugging the control screen.
That is to say, in some embodiments, the device debugging method can not only receive data from the main board and the industrial control screen, but also simulate the data to be sent to the other side, complete the mutual communication work between the main board and the industrial control screen, and carry out debugging through simulated communication. As shown in fig. 2, a debugger can check whether the data display of the left column touch screen parameter is correct through the simulation data sent from the right column, and for the state quantity parameter, if the touch screen display is incorrect, the reason can be quickly found by observing the sent simulation data, and if no data is sent from the corresponding data bit, the debugger can judge that the parameter is not processed by the motherboard, the display panel, and the like; if the data transmission is correct, but the touch screen display is wrong, it can be determined that the touch screen program data is not processed well or the data bit is used wrongly.
In some embodiments, the debugging control is a split screen debugging interface; the split screen type debugging interface comprises a display interface and a debugging interface;
the device debugging method further comprises the following steps:
displaying the control screen parameter data and the control screen parameter simulation data on the display interface;
and displaying the communication data and the debugging data on the debugging interface.
As shown in fig. 2, the display interface is an interface with a debug switch, the debug interface is divided into two parts, the upper part is a display interface for communication data, and the lower part is a data sending window for analog data. That is, the device commissioning method further includes:
and receiving the debugging data at a preset position of the debugging interface.
The control screen can be quickly checked by debugging personnel through the split screen type debugging interface.
Optionally, the device debugging method further includes:
when a debugging instruction is detected, displaying the split-screen debugging interface on the control screen; the middle separation bar of the display interface and the debugging interface is positioned in the middle. The partition fence may be located at the right and left middle positions shown in fig. 2, or may be located at the upper and lower middle positions. Of course, the device debugging method further includes:
and when a preset interface adjusting instruction is detected on the debugging control, adjusting the position of the partition bar according to the interface adjusting operation so as to adjust the size of the display interface and/or the debugging interface. The interface adjusting instruction is a dragging operation; the debugging instruction is triggered by a debugging switch preset on the control screen.
As shown in fig. 2, the division bar is located at the left and right middle positions for explanation, if the communication data is more, the screen display range is narrower, the communication data is inconvenient to view, and the debugging personnel can pull the middle division bar to the leftmost end, so that the full-screen display of the debugging interface can be realized. The equipment debugging method not only can receive communication data, but also can simulate the data to send the data to the mainboard and the display panel, and mainly aims to ensure that each parameter data can be accurately matched, avoid using errors of data bits and missing some parameters, and realize the self-debugging effect of the screen. And if the debugging personnel finish debugging, dragging the separation bar to the rightmost end by the same method to restore the parameter display interface of the controller.
The embodiment of the invention can be realized by adopting a debugging functional module realized by a computer program, for example, in some embodiments, the debugging functional module is realized in a controller program, when the controller program runs, the debugging functional module can be executed simultaneously, the debugging functional module can not only receive data sent by a hardware component (mainboard), but also simulate the data to control the hardware component and a control screen, a debugging button is opened to automatically open a debugging interface, the data can be displayed in the right column of the split-screen debugging interface in real time, the left column is related parameters of a touch screen, and a debugging person can click the simulation data of the control screen to debug the related parameters of the left column, thereby realizing the split-screen integrated debugging function.
As shown in fig. 3, the debugging function module not only can receive data from the hardware component (motherboard) and the control screen (industrial control screen), but also can simulate the data to be sent to the other side, so as to complete the mutual communication work (i.e. simulated communication) between the hardware component and the touch screen. The debugging functional module is arranged in the controller program, and when the controller program runs, the debugging functional module can be executed at the same time, and the debugging functional module and the controller program are coordinated with each other. When the debugging button is closed, the split screen type debugging interface is hidden, but data is received in real time and stored and fetched in a file mode. When the operator sets the debugging button on, the control screen can automatically display the communication data sent in real time in a split screen mode. The split screen debugging process comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 2, (1) a debugger can check whether the data display of the parameters of the control screen of the left column is correct through the simulation data sent by the right column, and for the parameters of the state quantity, if the display of the control screen is incorrect, the reason can be quickly found by observing the sent data, and if no data is sent out from the corresponding data bit, the debugger can judge that the parameters are not processed by the mainboard, the display panel and the like; if the data is correctly transmitted but the touch screen display is wrong, it can be determined that the touch screen program data is not processed well or the data bit is used wrongly.
(2) If the sent communication data is more, the screen display range is narrower, the communication data is inconvenient to view, an operator can drag the middle separation column to the leftmost end, and at the moment, a full-screen display debugging interface can be realized.
(3) The debugging functional module not only can receive data, but also can send data for mainboard and display panel by analog data, and the main purpose is to ensure that each parameter data can both accurately match, avoids appearing data bit use error and neglecting to do some parameters, realizes the self-debugging effect of screen.
(4) After debugging personnel finish debugging, the middle partition bar is dragged to the rightmost end in the same mode to restore the parameter display interface of the controller. If the unit has no problem for a long time, the debugging switch can be set to be off, the debugging function can be closed, data are not received any more, and the phenomenon that too much storage space is occupied due to overlarge data is avoided. Only in a period of time, the unit frequently has some inexplicable faults, and for the situation, the debugging function is started, the data can be received and stored in real time, the change state of the data is recorded, and a reference value is provided for a technician in the follow-up process when analyzing the cause of the problem, so that a better maintenance measure can be provided for the unit.
