The municipal inspection well is used for maintaining urban underground infrastructure for power supply, water drainage, pollution discharge, communication, cable television, gas pipes, street lamp lines and the like, and is convenient to install. The existing inspection well is not ventilated, when workers overhaul the inspection well, the inspection well is easy to have potential risks such as poisoning and the like due to oxygen deficiency or overhigh content of certain gases, and therefore ventilation needs to be carried out on the inspection well, when oxygen is introduced into the inspection well, because the specific oxygen content in the inspection well is not known, potential threats can be caused to personnel due to too much or too little introduction, fatal risks can be caused due to too high introduction, and lips are prone to purple due to too low breathing, so that a device is needed to detect toxic gases.

detection mechanism, including detection case and vortex mechanism, the detection case is located the top of examining and repairing the passageway inner wall, and exhaust fan and vortex mechanism are located the inside top of detection case in proper order, and the detection case is used for detecting the concentration of the poisonous gas of air, and vortex mechanism is used for keeping dry and also does benefit to the detection of detection device to the air to detection case inside.

the ventilation and air exchange mechanism 1 comprises a manhole main body 2, a manhole cover 4, an air exchange device 8 and an air inlet device 17, wherein an access passage 3 is formed below the manhole main body 2, the manhole cover 4 is arranged at the top end of the access passage 3 of the manhole main body 2, the air exchange device 8 and the air inlet device 17 are respectively arranged at two sides of the manhole cover 4 and penetrate through the manhole cover 4 through pipelines, and the ventilation and air exchange mechanism 1 is used for exchanging air in the manhole main body 2 through the air exchange device 8 and the air inlet device 17;
detection mechanism 22, including detection case 23 and vortex mechanism 32, detection case 23 is located the top of 3 inner walls of access way, and exhaust fan 27 and vortex mechanism 32 are located the inside top of detection case 23 in proper order, and detection case 23 is used for detecting the concentration of the toxic gas of air, and vortex mechanism 32 is used for keeping dry and also do benefit to the detection of detection device to the air to detection case 23 is inside.

Firstly, the scavenging pump 12 is opened, the air in the inspection well is extracted through the first connecting pipe 10 and the exhaust pipe 11 so that the first fan blade 15 rotates, the first fan blade 15 can conveniently allow the air to enter the exhaust pipe 11, the underground workers can observe whether the exhaust pipe 11 normally works or not, the air upwards passes through the brake shoe through the first fan, the gate valve 16 is used for opening and closing the air extraction, the workers in the inspection well can not be injured by toxic gas in the inspection well when the gas is extracted, the filter 9 is used for filtering the air from the extraction and exhausting the filtered air into harmless gas, the scavenging fan 13 is used for circulating the gas in the inspection well maintenance channel 3, the ventilation in the inspection well is convenient, the toxic gas in the inspection well can be conveniently exhausted by the scavenging pump 12, and the ladder 26 is used for facilitating the operation of the workers in the well.
Air inlet unit 17 includes second connecting pipe 18, intake pipe 19 and air-blower 20 and second flabellum 21, air-blower 20 is located well lid 4 and keeps away from scavenging pump 12 one side, and air-blower 20 output end fixedly connected with is the second connecting pipe 18 of level setting, and the 18 other ends of second connecting pipe run through in well lid 4 air inlet through-hole 5 gets into inspection shaft access way 3, be equipped with the intake pipe 19 that is vertical state on the access way 3 inner wall, intake pipe 19 top and second connecting pipe 18 fixed connection, intake pipe 19 bottom are equipped with second flabellum 21. The outside of blast pipe 11 and intake pipe 19 is connected with the fixed cover 7 of semicircle, blast pipe 11 and intake pipe 19 pass through fixed cover 7 with 3 inner wall fixed connection of inspection shaft main part 2 maintenance passageway. The fixing sleeve 7 is used for fixing the air inlet pipe 19 and the exhaust pipe 11 on the inner wall of the inspection well maintenance channel 3.
The detection box 23 is rectangular, a handle 31 is arranged on the box door 29, the box door 29 is movably connected with the box body through a hinge 30, air exchange grids 25 are arranged on the side walls 24 on two sides of the box body, an exhaust fan 27 is arranged inside the top end of the box body, the top of the box body surrounds the peripheral box walls of the exhaust fan 27, the air exchange grids 25 matched with the exhaust fan 27 are arranged on the top of the box body, the turbulence mechanism 32 is located inside the box body, and the detection instrument 28 is located on a transverse frame of the detection. The disturbing flow mechanism 32 comprises a disturbing flow device 33, an extraction fan 44, a connecting rod mechanism 45 and the extraction fan 44, the extraction fan 44 is fixedly connected to the back plate of the detection box 23, one of the blades of the extraction fan 44 is provided with a driving shaft 47 for connecting the connecting rod mechanism 45, the connecting rod mechanism 45 is positioned between the disturbing flow device 33 and the extraction fan 44, and the disturbing flow device 33 is positioned in the box body of the detection box 23. The power source provided by the cooperation of the suction fan 44 and the link mechanism 45 enables the spoiler 32 to guide the airflow generated by the discharge fan 27, and also prevents dust from accumulating.

Firstly, the driving rod 46 connected by the driving shaft 47 is driven by the rotation of the pumping fan 44, because the third pin shaft 52 at the other end of the driving shaft 47 is connected with the connecting rod 51, the driving rod 46 rotates along with the pumping fan 44 around the third pin shaft 52 of the connecting rod 51 under the traction of the connecting rod 51, because the other end of the connecting rod 51 is connected with the swinging rod 48 through the swinging shaft, the connecting rod 51 reciprocates horizontally under the rotation of the driving rod 46, the middle part of the swinging rod 48 is provided with the fixed shaft 49, and the two ends are respectively connected with the upper turbulent flow rod 35 and the lower turbulent flow rod 41 through the first pin shaft 39 and the second pin shaft 43, so when the connecting rod 51 reciprocates horizontally, the swinging rod 48 is pushed to do reciprocating pendulum motion around the fixed shaft 49, the upper turbulent flow rod 35 and the lower turbulent flow rod 41 are simultaneously pulled to do reciprocating motion horizontally through the swinging of the swinging rod 48, thereby guiding the air flow generated by the fan 27 to promote the circulation of the internal air to, and the detection box 23 is not easy to accumulate dust, and the service life of the device is prolonged.
