The periphery of the box body is provided with a breathing connecting pipe 11 and a signal connecting pipe 29 which can be respectively used for installing a breathing valve 12, an instrument connecting line and the like.
The breather valve 12 is arranged on the breather connecting pipe 11, so that when gas leakage occurs in internal equipment, the gas can enter the emptying pipe which is four meters higher than the ground through the breather valve and the connected metal hose to escape into the atmosphere. The installation of the breather valve eliminates the hidden danger of gas ejection when the upper cover is opened during inspection, maintenance and the gas pressure borne by the window and the upper cover due to internal gas leakage; adopt the breather valve can make the gas that leaks flow out the box and outside humid air can't flow in, avoid forming air gas mist, reduced potential explosion hazard, also avoided the equipment corrosion that inside air humidity caused simultaneously.
The box body mainly comprises an inlet valve 4, an inlet connecting pipe 3, an outlet connecting pipe 33, an outlet valve 32, a lower bottom plate 1, a vertical plate 2, an inlet pipe plate 10, an outlet pipe plate 35 and the like. Ribs 34 are arranged on the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe of the box body, so that the overall strength is improved, and the risk that the welding line is broken due to the fact that the tensile force between the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe and the welding line of the box body is increased due to pipe network settlement is avoided.
An inlet tube plate 10 and an outlet tube plate 35 are welded on the vertical plate of the box body 2.
A sleeve 8 is welded on the inlet tube plate 10, an inlet flange tube 7 is arranged on the sleeve 8, and a filter screen 6 is arranged on the inlet flange tube 7. The inlet flange pipe 7 can axially move and rotate in the sleeve 8, so that the flowmeter is convenient to mount, and meanwhile, a sealing ring 9 is mounted between the inlet flange pipe and the sleeve to realize sealing.
The outlet base 31 is welded to the outlet tube plate 35. The outlet seat is provided with 30IC card controllers. A partition plate 36 and a vertical pipe 37 are welded below the outlet base, so that the outlet base is sealed and supported.
The inlet flange pipe 7 is installed with the flowmeter 5, and the flowmeter and the 30IC card controller are installed and fastened by bolts.
A valve 38 communicates with the interior and provides gas access during testing and maintenance.
The case body is provided with a cover opening sensor 17, alarm limit can be set at the comprehensive instrument 53, the upper cover is opened when the alarm limit is not removed, and the system regards as illegal cover opening remote transmission alarm to prompt a management department.
The tank is provided with a water immersion detector 41. When water enters due to the fact that the upper cover 19 and the window 43 are not pressed tightly, the comprehensive instrument 53 can detect that water enters the box body through the water immersion detector 41, and then a remote alarm is given to prompt a management department to maintain.
The box body is internally provided with an illuminating lamp 27 which can provide illumination when in operation at night, thereby being convenient for personnel to operate.
The box body is internally provided with a comprehensive junction box 28, and the cover opening sensor 17, the illuminating lamp 27, the immersion detector 41, the flowmeter 5 and the cable of the IC card controller can be connected into the comprehensive instrument 53 through a signal connecting pipe 29 and a pipeline.
The comprehensive junction box 28 is internally and integrally provided with a camera 39 and a gas detector 40.
The camera can monitor and upload the operating condition in the instrument room, and can collect evidence for illegal operation.
When gas leakage occurs inside, the comprehensive instrument can display the gas concentration in the instrument room in real time through the gas detector 40, and can set an alarm value, and remote transmission can be performed during alarming so as to inform a management department to maintain.
The metering box is provided with a vent pipe 50 which is connected with the box body by a metal hose.
The vent pipe is provided with a photovoltaic panel 49 which can utilize solar energy to generate electricity for equipment.
The emptying pipe is provided with an instrument box 48 and a built-in comprehensive instrument 53. The connecting pipe interface 47 can be connected with the breathing connecting pipe 11 to realize the air pressure balance in the box body, and is connected with the signal connecting pipe 29 and internally provided with an instrument signal wire and the like.
After the emptying pipe 50 is erected, the top end pipe orifice is four meters higher than the ground, and gas leaked inside can escape to the high altitude, so that the peripheral safety of equipment is ensured.
The instrument box 48 is provided with a box door 52 and a fingerprint lock 51, so that safety management is facilitated. The instrument box can be installed on a blow-down pipe or an independent bracket.
An integrated instrument 53 is mounted in the instrument box 48, which has the following features:
1. the internal integrated electronic instrument is integrated, can be connected with multiple signals, such as switching value signals, flow, leakage alarm signals and the like, and can be displayed on a liquid crystal screen in real time;
2. the recording frequency can be set, the recorded parameters can be stored, the operation records can be stored, the related authority can be set for reading and deleting the stored parameters and the operation records, and the data can be conveniently checked and ensured to be real;
3. the data interface is arranged and can be connected with the mobile storage device and the computer, so that data can be conveniently exported and system parameters can be conveniently modified;
4. the external signal wire can also be remotely transmitted to the monitoring room computer in a wireless mode through external equipment, and when the running condition of the equipment is abnormal and relevant parameters reach set values, sound and light alarm prompt can be realized on the integrated instrument and the monitoring room computer;
5. each integrated meter has a unique hardware digital signature that ensures that the modified parameters can only be manipulated by a designated professional on the integrated meter or connected computer.
The working principle is as follows:
the gas in the pipe network gets into underground batch meter inlet tube, gets into flowmeter and IC-card controller after filtering, flows out the follow-up pipe network of entering by the outlet pipe afterwards.
The flowmeter is connected with the IC card controller through a signal line, the flow accumulation signal of the flowmeter is transmitted to the IC card controller, the IC card controller automatically closes to stop gas supply after the consumed gas flow is accumulated to a limit, and the IC card controller automatically opens to recover gas supply after recharging.
When the maintenance is examined, close access & exit valve, can release the interior gas of equipment through opening the atmospheric valve, reduce the risk.
The breather valve on the box body vertical plate is connected to the emptying pipe emptying interface through a metal hose, so that leaked fuel gas can enter the emptying pipe through the breather valve and the metal hose and is dissipated to the atmosphere through the emptying port. The breather valve is the check valve, can be so that the gas of leakage flows out the box and outside air can't flow in, avoids forming air gas mist, has reduced potential explosion hazard, avoids outside humid air to flow in the box simultaneously, keeps dry in the box.
Parameters of the flow meter and the IC card controller are uploaded to the comprehensive meter in the meter box, and field or remote recharging operation can be performed through the comprehensive meter under the condition that the upper cover of the metering box is not opened.
The data acquisition system comprises a cover opening sensor, a water immersion detector, a camera, a gas detector and the like, and can realize functions of illegal cover opening alarm, water inlet alarm, leakage alarm, real-time monitoring, parameter uploading and the like.
