本发明公开了一种高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构,包括钢板层和支撑杆,所述钢板层一侧连接有第一防火棉,其中,所述第一防火棉一侧连接有固定架,所述固定架一侧涂抹有防火涂层,所述固定架另一侧连接有第二防火棉,所述第二防火棉一侧连接有防火填充层,所述钢板层之间固定有连接杆,所述连接杆一端开设有连接槽,所述连接槽内部连接有弹簧。该高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构设置有固定架在受到火烧时会对涂抹在表面的防火涂层进行燃烧,以便防火涂层在受到燃烧时可以通过自身阻燃涂料对火进行阻燃,从而可以避免固定架为木质材料容易着火,方便钢质超大防火门在起火时固定架可以提高防火效果。

本发明涉及消防设备技术领域,具体为一种高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构。
背景技术
防火门是指在一定时间内能满足耐火稳定性、完整性和隔热性要求的门。它是设在防火分区间、疏散楼梯间、垂直竖井等具有一定耐火性的防火分隔物。防火门除具有普通门的作用外,更具有阻止火势蔓延和烟气扩散的作用,可在一定时间内阻止火势的蔓延,确保人员疏散。
目前市场上的高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构存在许多缺陷,固定架防火效果较差,不具备减震功能,因此市面上迫切需要能改进高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构结构的技术,来完善此设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构,以解决上述背景技术提出的目前市场上的高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构存在许多缺陷,固定架防火效果较差,不具备减震功能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构,包括钢板层和支撑杆,所述钢板层一侧连接有第一防火棉,其中,
所述第一防火棉一侧连接有固定架,所述固定架一侧涂抹有防火涂层,所述固定架另一侧连接有第二防火棉,所述第二防火棉一侧连接有防火填充层,所述钢板层之间固定有连接杆,所述连接杆一端开设有连接槽,所述连接槽内部连接有弹簧,所述支撑杆连接在弹簧一侧。
优选的,所述第一防火棉与第二防火棉设置有两组,且第一防火棉的尺寸与第二防火棉的尺寸相吻合,并且第一防火棉与第二防火棉同为阻燃海绵材质。
优选的,所述防火涂层设置有两组,且防火涂层为阻燃涂料。
优选的,所述防火填充层为矩形状,且防火填充层为防火板材质。
优选的,所述连接杆为圆柱状,且连接杆与支撑杆通过连接槽构成滑动连接。
优选的,所述连接槽与支撑杆之间通过弹簧构成伸缩结构,且支撑杆最大伸缩尺寸不超过弹簧自身形变。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高强度防变形钢质超大防火门的防火芯体结构:
1.设置有固定架在受到火烧时会对涂抹在表面的防火涂层进行燃烧,以便防火涂层在受到燃烧时可以通过自身阻燃涂料对火进行阻燃,从而可以避免固定架为木质材料容易着火,方便钢质超大防火门在起火时固定架可以提高防火效果;
2.设置有钢板层在受到撞击时可以推动连接杆进行移动,连接杆移动时可以带动连接槽进行移动,连接槽移动时可以与支撑杆进行滑动,连接槽在移动的同时可以带动弹簧进行移动,弹簧移动时可以对支撑杆进行挤压,弹簧在收缩时可以通过自身弹力对钢板层的冲击力进行降低,方便钢质超大防火门在使用时可以具备减震功能。
