纺织机械是纺织工业的生产手段和物质基础,纺织技术、质量和生产成本都关系到纺织工业的发展。纱线是一种纺织品,用各种纺织纤维加工成一定细度的产品,用于织布、制绳、制线、针织和刺绣等,分为短纤维纱,连续长丝等。随着社会经济的发展,生活水平的提高,消费者除了要求服装美观外,越来越注重服装的抗菌保健功能及穿着舒适性。服装表面粘附有外界环境中的粉尘、人体的汗液等污物,容易使大量细菌迅速繁殖,不利于人体健康。因此需要设计一种抗菌混纺纱线以满足市场需求。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,能够使混纺纱线具有优良的抗菌性能和纤维柔韧度,织物穿着舒适,充分满足市场需求。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,包括以下质量份数的各组分:海藻纤维10-15份、芦荟纤维8-10份、高弹涤纶纤维20-25份、镀银亚麻纤维15-20份、聚乳酸纤维12-15份和竹炭纤维5-8份。
作为优选,所述高弹涤纶纤维有多股,所述镀银亚麻纤维有多股,所述高弹涤纶纤维和镀银亚麻纤维对向松散绞合在一起形成蓬松的多股纱芯。
作为优选,所述芦荟纤维与海藻纤维双股复合在一起螺旋包缠在多股纱芯的外侧形成包缠层。
作为优选,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维的数量均有多根,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维相互交错网状编织包覆在包缠层的外侧形成包纱层。
作为优选,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维的纤维数量比例为5:2-3,所述聚乳酸纤维为多孔异形聚乳酸纤维。
作为优选,所述多股纱芯、包缠层和包纱层的厚度比例为2:2:1。
作为优选,所述镀银亚麻纤维为多孔镀银亚麻纤维。
作为优选,所述混纺纱线包括以下质量份数的各组分:海藻纤维12份、芦荟纤维8份、高弹涤纶纤维20份、镀银亚麻纤维15份、聚乳酸纤维12份和竹炭纤维5份。

所述高弹涤纶纤维有多股,所述镀银亚麻纤维有多股,所述高弹涤纶纤维和镀银亚麻纤维对向松散绞合在一起形成蓬松的多股纱芯1,所述芦荟纤维与海藻纤维双股复合在一起螺旋包缠在多股纱芯1的外侧形成包缠层2,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维的数量均有多根,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维相互交错网状编织包覆在包缠层2的外侧形成包纱层3,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维的纤维数量比例为5:2-3,所述聚乳酸纤维为多孔异形聚乳酸纤维,所述多股纱芯1、包缠层2和包纱层3的厚度比例为2:2:1,所述镀银亚麻纤维为多孔镀银亚麻纤维。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述高弹涤纶纤维有多股,所述镀银亚麻纤维有多股,所述高弹涤纶纤维和镀银亚麻纤维对向松散绞合在一起形成蓬松的多股纱芯(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述芦荟纤维与海藻纤维双股复合在一起螺旋包缠在多股纱芯(1)的外侧形成包缠层(2)。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维的数量均有多根,所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维相互交错网状编织包覆在包缠层(2)的外侧形成包纱层(3)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述聚乳酸纤维和竹炭纤维的纤维数量比例为5:2-3,所述聚乳酸纤维为多孔异形聚乳酸纤维。
6.如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的一种纤维增强抗菌混纺纱线,其特征在于:所述多股纱芯(1)、包缠层(2)和包纱层(3)的厚度比例为2:2:1。
