Abstract
The invention discloses a method for pouring glue into a rubber tube and automatic glue pouring equipment, wherein the method utilizes the pressure difference of openings at two ends of the rubber tube to ensure that the pressure at a glue dispensing opening is higher, and the glue is slowly poured into the rubber tube from the lower part of the glue dispensing opening; the automatic glue pouring equipment comprises a control system and a glue pouring mechanism; the glue pouring mechanism comprises a bracket, a feeding glue cylinder, a glue tube, a cylinder, a material pouring pipeline and an air pressure pipeline; the bottom of the feeding rubber cylinder is connected with a dispensing opening of the rubber tube through a material filling pipeline, the upper part of the feeding rubber cylinder is connected with one end of an air pressure pipeline, and an air source is arranged at the other end of the air pressure pipeline; the cylinder rod of the cylinder can extend into the rubber tube along the opening at the upper part of the rubber tube. The method for pouring the glue into the rubber tube and the automatic glue pouring equipment solve the problem of air bubbles generated in the glue pouring process, reduce the loss of the glue in the glue pouring process, avoid the direct contact of an operator and the glue, and avoid secondary pollution generated by glue leakage.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of glue pouring equipment, in particular to a method for pouring glue into a rubber tube and automatic glue pouring equipment.
Background
Before the glue is used, the glue is generally required to be transferred from an original glue cylinder into a glue dispensing tube. The conventional transfer mode is to gradually pour glue into the glue dispensing rubber tube from the rubber tube by extruding the rubber tube, and for the convenience of pouring, the glue is often poured into the glue dispensing rubber tube from an upper opening of the glue dispensing rubber tube, but the inside of the glue is often formed with bubbles by adopting the mode, and the use of the glue is influenced by the existence of the bubbles. Therefore, a step of removing bubbles by a deaerator after filling the paste is often necessary, but even then, the bubbles in the paste cannot be completely removed. In addition, the filling method also causes the loss of a large amount of glue, and increases the probability that the skin of an operator directly contacts the glue, thereby causing the situations of allergy, pruritus, desquamation and the like of the operator. And the above situation does not meet the requirement of 5S field management.

The invention aims to provide a method for pouring glue into a rubber tube and automatic glue pouring equipment, and aims to solve the problem of air bubbles generated in the glue pouring process.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is to design a method for pouring glue into a rubber tube, which comprises the following steps: the glue dispensing opening of the rubber tube is connected with the rubber tube through a pipeline, a piston is arranged at an opening at the other end of the rubber tube, extrusion pressure is applied to glue in the rubber tube, meanwhile, internal pushing pressure is applied to the piston in the rubber tube, the extrusion pressure applied to the glue in the rubber tube is greater than the internal pushing pressure applied to the piston in the rubber tube, the glue is slowly poured into the rubber tube along the glue dispensing opening of the rubber tube by utilizing the pressure difference between the two, after the liquid level of the glue in the rubber tube reaches the required height, the pipeline at the glue dispensing opening is closed, then the pressure applied to the piston is withdrawn, and the glue pouring process of the rubber tube is completed.
An automatic glue pouring device comprises a control system glue dispensing port passing through a pouring mechanism;
the glue pouring mechanism comprises a bracket, a feeding rubber cylinder, a rubber tube, a cylinder, a material pouring pipeline and an air pressure pipeline; the feeding rubber cylinder and the rubber tube are respectively fixed on two sides of the bracket; the bottom of the feeding rubber cylinder is connected with a dispensing opening of the rubber tube through a material filling pipeline, the upper part of the feeding rubber cylinder is connected with one end of an air pressure pipeline, and an air source is arranged at the other end of the air pressure pipeline; the cylinder is positioned above the opening at the upper part of the rubber tube, a cylinder rod of the cylinder can extend into the rubber tube along the opening at the upper part of the rubber tube, and the cylinder is fixed on the bracket;
the control system comprises a control box, a pressure gauge, an adjusting valve, a PLC system, a touch screen and a start-stop reset button, wherein the pressure gauge, the adjusting valve, the PLC system and the touch screen are arranged in the control box.
Further, the device also comprises a cut-off cylinder; and the stop cylinder is positioned in the middle section of the material filling pipeline.
Further, an oil-water separator is also included; the air pressure pipeline passes through the oil-water separator.
Further, the device also comprises a liquid level sensor; the liquid level sensor is positioned on the outer wall of the rubber cylinder and fixed on the bracket.
Furthermore, the top of the control box is a working area, and the support is arranged on the top of the control box.
Further, the gas source is compressed air or inert gas.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that: the method for pouring the glue into the rubber tube and the automatic glue pouring equipment solve the problem of air bubbles generated in the glue pouring process, reduce the loss of the glue in the glue pouring process, avoid the direct contact of an operator and the glue, and avoid secondary pollution generated by glue leakage.

The device comprises a control box 1, a support 2, a feeding rubber cylinder 3, a rubber pipe 4, a stop cylinder 5, a cylinder 6, an oil-water separator 7, a liquid level sensor 8, a material filling pipeline 9 and an air pressure pipeline 10.

The top of the control box 1 is a working area, the bracket 2 is arranged at the top of the control box 1, and the feeding rubber cylinder 3 and the rubber tube 4 are respectively fixed at two sides of the bracket 2; the bottom of the feeding rubber cylinder 3 is connected with a dispensing port i of the rubber tube 4 through a material filling pipeline 9, a stop cylinder 5 is arranged at the middle section of the material filling pipeline 9, and the stop cylinder 5 is fixed at the top of the control box 1; the upper part of the feeding rubber cylinder 3 is connected with one end of an air pressure pipeline 10, and the other end of the air pressure pipeline 10 is connected with an air source after passing through an oil-water separator 7; the cylinder 6 is positioned above the opening at the upper part of the rubber tube 4, a cylinder rod of the cylinder 6 can extend into the rubber tube 4 along the opening at the upper part of the rubber tube 4, and the cylinder 6 is fixed on the bracket 2.
A liquid level sensor 8 is arranged on the outer wall of the rubber tube 4, and the liquid level sensor 8 is arranged on the bracket 2.

1. applying pressure to the upper part of the feeding rubber cylinder 3 through an air source, dehydrating compressed gas entering the rubber cylinder 3 in an oil-water separator 7, ensuring that the compressed gas entering the rubber cylinder 3 is dry and clean gas, and avoiding polluting glue; meanwhile, a cylinder rod of the cylinder 6 is pressed downwards to extend into the rubber tube 4; the pressure formed by the compressed gas on the rubber tube 3 needs to be ensured to be larger than the pressure applied by the downward pressing of the cylinder rod of the cylinder 6, and at the moment, the glue in the rubber tube 3 slowly flows into the glue dispensing opening of the rubber tube 4 through the filling pipeline 9 under the action of pressure difference;
2. after glue gradually enters from a glue dispensing opening at the lower part of the rubber tube 4, the glue level in the rubber tube 4 continuously rises until reaching the position of the liquid level sensor 8, the liquid level sensor 8 generates a signal, the material filling pipeline 9 is temporarily cut off through the cut-off cylinder 5, and then the cylinder rod is retracted to finish one-time glue filling;
3. and (3) taking down the rubber cylinder 4 after the rubber filling, replacing the rubber cylinder 4 in the upper space, pressing down the air cylinder rod, closing the stop air cylinder 5 to restore the smoothness of the material filling pipeline 9, and repeating the process to perform the next rubber filling.
