Firstly, surveying common people, and performing evidence on planting time, wherein the evidence is only auxiliary evidence and indirect evidence; secondly, judging the time for planting the cash crops according to a land renting contract; finally, the most effective direct evidence is to use land geographic information technology, such as Google to check aerial photographs and remote sensing image data updated every year by land departments, to determine planting conditions in the land acquisition range during public notice.

1) acquiring a satellite positioning image, remote sensing image data and a survey delimiting map of a set time of a region to be measured as an initial landform condition image; carrying out block clustering processing on the initial landform condition image to obtain a satellite positioning image after the block clustering processing;
2) adding ownership labels to all the blocks in the satellite positioning image after the block clustering is carried out by the land acquisition personnel;
3) when the land gathering is carried out, a real-time satellite positioning image is obtained, and the real-time satellite positioning image is compared with the satellite positioning image subjected to block clustering processing to obtain areas to be confirmed with differences;
4) the land acquisition personnel register and classify all land feature compensation contracts, and screen out compensation users with larger compensation amount of each type as auditing key objects;
5) checking the areas to be confirmed with difference and the areas to be confirmed with large compensation by land acquisition personnel, acquiring images in modes of unmanned aerial vehicle photography and the like, and comparing to obtain a primary judgment result;
6) and checking the areas to be confirmed with difference and the areas to be confirmed with large amount of compensation by land requisition personnel to obtain a final result.
2. The method for collecting the data of the seeds, the loads, the construction and the monitoring in the land harvest according to claim 1, which comprises the following steps:
in the step 1, the time is set to be ten days to one month before the land collection bulletin is issued, so that the image evidence is ensured to be left, land expropriators can clearly distinguish the behavior of the land deputy for the emergency planting, the emergency carrying and the emergency construction after the registration, and law enforcement personnel can stop the rational basis for the behavior of the emergency planting, the emergency carrying and the emergency construction;
the satellite positioning image adopts a Google aerial photograph;

in the step 5, the unmanned aerial vehicle low-altitude photography system takes the unmanned aerial vehicle as a flight platform, realizes fixed air line flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle through a flight control system, and shoots a high-resolution remote sensing image, so that basic remote sensing information data of a target area are quickly obtained; the system consists of a flight control system, a ground station system, an aerial photography system and the like, and various visual images and models are generated by the acquired data through post-stage interior processing.
