Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle control, in particular to a method and a system for preventing an accelerator from being stepped on by mistake.
Background
With the gradual increase of vehicles, the running environment of the vehicles becomes more and more complex, and in the face of a momentarily changeable traffic environment, a driver can easily mistakenly brake an accelerator under an emergency to cause a more serious traffic accident, which is formed by the driving habits of people. Particularly for the operation of long-distance driving vehicles, if the motor vehicles need to keep a certain speed to run, the accelerator needs to be stepped on all the time, and people can have a habit because of keeping a posture for a long time, so that the accelerator and the brake are more easily stepped on by mistake to cause danger. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to provide a method and a system for preventing stepping on the accelerator by mistake.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method and a system capable of effectively avoiding mistaken stepping on the accelerator, which can switch the working state of the accelerator pedal by sensing the pressure signal of the accelerator pedal, thereby avoiding serious traffic accidents caused by mistaken stepping on the accelerator.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for preventing stepping on an accelerator by mistake comprises the following steps:
setting two system working modes, namely a normal mode and a temporary mode;
establishing two working mode switching mechanisms, namely a time threshold switching mechanism and a displacement threshold switching mechanism;
the time threshold switching mechanism is used for switching from a normal mode to a temporary mode; and the displacement threshold switching mechanism is used for switching from the temporary mode to the normal mode.
In the normal mode, the size of the throttle opening is changed along with the change of the displacement of the accelerator pedal and is in direct proportion to the displacement of the accelerator pedal;
in the temporary mode, the size of the throttle opening is changed along with the change of the displacement of the accelerator pedal within a temporary displacement threshold value and is in direct proportion to the displacement of the accelerator pedal; when the displacement of the accelerator pedal exceeds a threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal, the opening size of the throttle valve is always kept at the opening size corresponding to the threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal;
particularly, a mode reset is set, when the accelerator pedal is not displaced, the system enters a mode reset state, the purpose of the mode reset state is to prepare for the system to enter a normal mode, and particularly, the system can be switched to the normal mode according to a displacement threshold value switching mode;
specifically, the triggering condition of the time threshold switching mechanism is as follows:
setting a first time threshold value, when the displacement of the accelerator pedal is not 0, if the displacement of the accelerator pedal does not change, and the duration time reaches the first time threshold value, triggering a mode switching mechanism, forming a temporary displacement threshold value by the current displacement of the accelerator pedal, and switching the working mode of the system to a temporary mode;
specifically, the trigger condition of the shift threshold switching mechanism is as follows:
setting an accelerator pedal displacement threshold, and when the accelerator pedal displacement continuously exceeds the accelerator pedal displacement threshold twice and the time interval of the two times does not exceed a second time threshold, switching the working mode of the system to a normal mode; under the normal mode, the system can carry out mode switching only when meeting the time threshold switching mechanism, and when the accelerator pedal displacement becomes 0, the system enters a mode reset state, otherwise the system can continuously keep the normal mode.
The invention also provides an accelerator anti-misstep system adopting the accelerator anti-misstep method, which comprises the following steps:
the accelerator pedal is connected with the pedal displacement sensor, the pedal displacement sensor is connected with the input end of the controller, and the output end of the controller is connected with the servo motor; the controller generates corresponding control signals according to signals of the pedal displacement sensor, and finally controls the size of the throttle opening through the servo motor.
The specific control strategy of the method is as follows:
after a vehicle is started, when no trampling or any other external force intervenes, the accelerator pedal does not displace, the system automatically enters a mode reset state, the displacement of the accelerator pedal is detected by using a pedal displacement sensor, when the displacement of the accelerator pedal continuously exceeds an accelerator pedal displacement threshold value twice and a time interval of the two times does not exceed a second time threshold value, the system enters a normal mode, at the moment, each accelerator pedal displacement corresponds to a control signal calculated by a controller, different control signals control a servo motor to drive a throttle to execute related actions, and the opening of the throttle is adjusted to a corresponding size, so that the vehicle runs at different speeds. When the vehicle keeps running at a constant speed, the size of a throttle opening is unchanged, the displacement of an accelerator pedal is kept unchanged, if the displacement of the accelerator pedal is kept unchanged in a continuous time period, when the duration of the displacement reaches a first time threshold, a time threshold switching mechanism is triggered, the system actively switches modes, at the moment, the normal mode is switched to a temporary mode, and the displacement of the accelerator pedal when the time threshold switching mechanism is triggered forms a temporary displacement threshold, and in the temporary mode, when the displacement of the accelerator pedal is changed in the temporary displacement threshold, the size of the throttle opening is changed along with the change of the displacement of the accelerator pedal and is in direct proportion to the displacement of the accelerator pedal; when the displacement of the accelerator pedal exceeds a threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal, the opening size of the throttle valve is always kept at the opening size corresponding to the threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal; generally speaking, when the size of the accelerator is kept unchanged within a certain time, the system automatically switches to a temporary mode, a certain accelerator threshold value is formed according to the size of the current accelerator, at the moment, if the accelerator is reduced, the controller controls the opening of the throttle to be reduced, so that the power of the engine is reduced, the speed of the vehicle is reduced, if the accelerator is increased, as the accelerator threshold value is exceeded, the controller outputs a corresponding control signal at the moment, so that the throttle still keeps the corresponding opening size when the accelerator threshold value is kept, under the condition, even if the accelerator is continuously increased, the power of the vehicle cannot be increased, the speed of the vehicle cannot be increased, and the risk of mistakenly stepping on the accelerator is reduced.
When the vehicle is in the temporary mode and needs to run in an accelerating mode, the system needs to be firstly put into a mode reset state, and the specific operation is as follows: the accelerator is directly released, so that the displacement of the accelerator pedal becomes 0. After the system enters a mode reset state, according to a displacement threshold value switching mechanism trigger condition, the system can enter a normal mode by continuously treading an accelerator pedal twice, the accelerator pedal generates different displacements in the normal mode, the controller forms different control signals according to different displacement calculations, the servo motor is controlled to drive the throttle valve to execute related actions, the opening of the throttle valve is adjusted to a corresponding size, at the moment, as the accelerator is increased, the power of the vehicle is enhanced, and the speed of the vehicle is increased.
Has the advantages that: the accelerator system is provided with different accelerator system working modes and switching mechanisms, when the vehicle accelerates, the accelerator can be switched to the normal acceleration mode only by continuously stepping the accelerator twice, the problem that the accelerator is mistakenly taken as a brake due to driving habits formed by long-term constant-speed driving is effectively solved, and the risk that the vehicle generates acceleration due to mistakenly touching the accelerator can be avoided.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given in the present application without inventive step, are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
A method for preventing stepping on an accelerator by mistake comprises the following steps:
setting two system working modes, namely a normal mode and a temporary mode;
two working mode switching mechanisms, namely a time threshold switching mechanism and a displacement threshold switching mechanism, are established.
Specifically, the time threshold switching mechanism is used for switching from the normal mode to the temporary mode, and the displacement threshold switching mechanism is used for switching from the temporary mode to the normal mode.
Further, in the normal mode, the throttle opening size varies with and is proportional to the accelerator pedal displacement.
Further, in the temporary mode, within the temporary displacement threshold value, the size of the throttle opening changes along with the change of the displacement of the accelerator pedal and is in direct proportion to the displacement of the accelerator pedal; when the displacement of the accelerator pedal exceeds the threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal, the opening size of the throttle valve always keeps the opening size corresponding to the threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal.
Particularly, a mode reset is set, when the accelerator pedal is not displaced, the system enters a mode reset state, the purpose of the mode reset state is to prepare for the system to enter a normal mode, and particularly, the system can be switched to the normal mode according to a displacement threshold value switching mode;
specifically, the triggering condition of the time threshold switching mechanism is as follows: set up the very first time threshold, when accelerator pedal displacement is not 0, if accelerator pedal displacement does not take place any change, duration reaches the very first time threshold, then triggers the mode switching mechanism to current accelerator pedal displacement forms the very temporary displacement threshold, and system's mode switches to the temporary mode.
Specifically, the trigger condition of the shift threshold switching mechanism is as follows: setting an accelerator pedal displacement threshold, and when the accelerator pedal displacement continuously exceeds the accelerator pedal displacement threshold twice and the time interval of the two times does not exceed a second time threshold, switching the working mode of the system to a normal mode; under the normal mode, the system can carry out mode switching only when meeting the time threshold switching mechanism, and when the accelerator pedal displacement becomes 0, the system enters a mode reset state, otherwise the system can continuously keep the normal mode.
Specifically, a threshold value of accelerator pedal displacement (different from the threshold value of temporary displacement) during mode switching is set to ensure that a driver can switch to a normal mode only by making the accelerator pedal displacement reach a certain value, so that the accelerator pedal is prevented from being stepped on by mistake and being touched by mistake, and the vehicle is prevented from accelerating. The setting of the threshold value of the displacement of the accelerator pedal can be automatically determined by combining the driving convenience without limitation.
The specific control flow of the method is as follows:
after a vehicle is started, when no trampling or any other external force intervenes, the accelerator pedal does not displace, the system automatically enters a mode reset state, the displacement of the accelerator pedal is detected by using a pedal displacement sensor, when the displacement of the accelerator pedal continuously exceeds an accelerator pedal displacement threshold value twice and a time interval of the two times does not exceed a second time threshold value, the system enters a normal mode, at the moment, each accelerator pedal displacement corresponds to a control signal calculated by a controller, different control signals control a servo motor to drive a throttle to execute related actions, and the opening of the throttle is adjusted to a corresponding size, so that the vehicle runs at different speeds.
After the system enters a mode reset state, according to a displacement threshold switching mechanism trigger condition, the system can enter a normal mode by continuously treading an accelerator pedal twice (the displacement threshold of the accelerator pedal is met by reaching a certain displacement in each treading process), the accelerator pedal generates different displacements in the normal mode, a controller calculates and forms different control signals according to the different displacements, controls a servo motor to drive a throttle valve to execute related actions, and adjusts the opening of the throttle valve to a corresponding size, at the moment, along with the increase of the accelerator, the power of a vehicle is enhanced, and the speed of the vehicle is increased.
Before understanding the present invention, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the existing accelerator control technology, each accelerator pedal displacement corresponds to a control signal calculated by a controller, and different control signals control a servo motor to drive a throttle valve to perform a related action, so as to adjust a throttle valve opening to a corresponding size, so that the pedal displacement and the control signal have a corresponding relationship, and for the convenience of understanding of related field personnel, in the present application, we calibrate different control signals by the pedal displacement, for example, a temporary displacement threshold signal refers to a corresponding control signal that the controller should generate when the pedal displacement is a temporary displacement threshold. The corresponding control signal refers to a corresponding signal generated under a normal condition, and can be understood as a corresponding signal generated under conventional control in the existing accelerator control technology. In addition, the displacement of the accelerator pedal in the present invention refers to the displacement relative to the accelerator origin (i.e., the position of the initial state of the accelerator pedal without any intervention).
After the engine is ignited and before the vehicle starts, if the accelerator pedal is carelessly stepped on, safety accidents are easily caused, in the method, the accelerator can be switched to a normal acceleration mode only by continuously stepping on the accelerator twice, so that the problems are effectively solved, meanwhile, a driving habit is easily formed by keeping an accelerator posture in long-term constant-speed driving, and under the driving habit, a driver can unconsciously continue stepping on the accelerator under an emergency condition to finally accelerate the vehicle.
The invention sets different working modes and switching mechanisms of the accelerator system, effectively solves the problem of mistakenly taking the accelerator as a brake due to the driving habit formed by long-term constant-speed driving, and simultaneously can avoid the danger of generating acceleration by mistakenly touching the accelerator.
The foregoing shows and describes the general principles, essential features, and advantages of the invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the specification and illustrated only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, which fall within the scope of the invention as claimed.
