Detailed Description
To further illustrate the present invention, a specific embodiment of a steel pipe-filled concrete processing system will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the following examples are illustrative of the present invention and the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
As shown in figure 1, the processing system for filling concrete into a steel pipe comprises a main material conveying mechanism 1, a processing stirring mechanism 2 and an auxiliary material filling mechanism 3, wherein the main material conveying mechanism 1 and the auxiliary material filling mechanism 3 are respectively arranged at two sides above the processing stirring mechanism 2, as shown in figures 2 and 3, the processing stirring mechanism 2 comprises a preparation stirring tank 4, a stirring support pillar 5, a processing inner stirring rod 6, a processing outer stirring rod 7 and a stirring driving mechanism 8, the stirring driving mechanism 8 is horizontally and fixedly arranged at the upper side of the preparation stirring tank 4, a discharge guide pipe 9 is vertically communicated with the middle part of the lower side of the preparation stirring tank 4, a discharge control valve 10 is arranged on the discharge guide pipe 9, the stirring support pillar 5 is vertically and fixedly arranged at the middle part of the inner side of the preparation stirring tank 4, a positioning support frame 11 is fixedly arranged between the lower end of the stirring support pillar 5 and the bottom of the preparation stirring tank 4, the stirring driving mechanism 8 comprises a stirring driving support 12, a processing stirring motor 13, a stirring rotating disc 14, a toothed plate reciprocating support 15 and a stirring driving toothed plate 16, wherein the stirring driving support 12 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the upper side of a preparation stirring tank 4, one side of the stirring driving support 12 is fixedly connected to the preparation stirring tank 4, a stirring supporting base 17 is arranged between the other side of the stirring As shown in fig. 4, the main material transfer mechanism 1 of the present invention includes a main material transfer stand 37, a feed guide pipe 38, the material guide conveying belt 39 and the processing water inlet guide pipe 40 are arranged, the main material conveying support 37 is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side above the preparation stirring tank 4, a feeding supporting base 41 is arranged between the bottom of the main material conveying support 37 and the preparation stirring tank 4, the feeding conveying pipe 38 is obliquely and downwards fixedly arranged on the main material conveying support 37, the upper side of the feeding conveying pipe 38 is of a wide-mouth structure, the main material conveying support 37 on the upper side of the feeding conveying pipe 38 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a feeding conveying support 42, the material guide conveying belt 39 is horizontally arranged on the feeding conveying support 42, the processing water inlet guide pipe 40 is arranged on one side above the feeding conveying pipe 38 in a penetrating mode, the processing water inlet guide pipe 40 on the inner side of the feeding conveying pipe 38 is the same as the inclination angle of the feeding conveying pipe 38, and the processing water inlet adjusting valve 43 is arranged on the processing water inlet guide pipe 40 on the outer side of the feeding conveying pipe 38.

The toothed plate reciprocating guide rod 18 of the stirring driving mechanism 8 is a long rod with a regular polygonal vertical section, so that the stirring driving toothed plate 16 can stably and accurately reciprocate to perform translational motion along the toothed plate reciprocating guide rod 18. The lower end of the processing outer stirring rod 7 is obliquely and fixedly provided with the auxiliary stirring bottom rod 90 matched with the bottom structure of the preparation stirring tank 4, so that in the process of rotating and stirring the processing outer stirring rod 7, the auxiliary stirring bottom rod 90 can simultaneously stir the bottom of the preparation stirring tank 4, multiple ingredients for preparing steel pipe filled concrete are prevented from generating deposition and wall hanging at the bottom of the preparation stirring tank 4, the normal and orderly preparation and guide of the concrete are ensured, the processing inner stirring rod 6 is sequentially and alternately arranged along the inner stirring cross rod 36 and the outer stirring cross rod 35 at the side of the processing outer stirring rod 7 by utilizing the outer stirring cross rod 35 and the inner stirring cross rod 36 respectively in the rotating process, so that the multiple ingredients in the preparation stirring tank 4 can be uniformly mixed by utilizing the outer stirring cross rod 35 and the inner stirring cross rod 36, the stirring preparation efficiency and quality of the steel pipe filled concrete are improved. According to the invention, the feeding protective baffle 91 is fixedly arranged on the feeding guide pipe 38 on the adjacent side of the material guide conveying belt 39 in an inclined manner, so that various ingredients conveyed by the material guide conveying belt 39 can be stopped and limited by the feeding protective baffle 91, and the various ingredients conveyed by the material guide conveying belt 39 are prevented from being scattered outwards. The outer sides of the material guiding pushing bearing rods 62 at the two ends of the material guiding rotating bearing plate 49 are respectively provided with a material guiding pushing rotary drum 92 in a sleeved mode, and the material guiding pushing rotary drum 92 is rotatably connected to the material guiding pushing bearing rods 62, so that the material guiding pushing rotary drum 92 can rotate when being in contact with the rotating material guiding push plate 61 to slide relatively, and the rotating material guiding push plate 61 and the material guiding pushing rotary drum 92 can smoothly slide in contact. According to the invention, the lower side end part of the translation push-pull bearing plate 76 on the translation reciprocating pull plate 70 is sequentially and uniformly rotatably provided with a plurality of translation push rod guide wheels 93 along the circular arc direction, so that when the translation reciprocating pull plate 70 is reset and translated, the translation push-pull bearing plate 76 can conveniently and smoothly move along the pushing pressure-bearing inclined plane 89 by utilizing the translation push rod guide wheels 93, and the pushing pressure-bearing inclined plane 89 on the upper side of the reciprocating lifting bearing rod 83 can smoothly slide along the pushing pressure-bearing inclined plane 88 by utilizing the pushing rod downward moving guide wheels 94 which are sequentially and uniformly rotatably arranged on the pushing rod downward moving inclined plane 88 of the pushing rod downward moving pressing plate 87 along the inclined direction, so that when the translation push-pull bearing plate 76 drives the translation reciprocating guide plate 79 to perform translation movement. The auxiliary material filling guide pipe 48 is fixedly attached with the material pushing buffer rubber pad 95 along the outer side of the end of the translation reciprocating guide plate 79, so that when the translation reciprocating guide plate 79 is reset and translated under the action of the push plate feeding spring 81, the material pushing buffer rubber pad 95 can effectively limit and buffer the translation reciprocating guide plate 79. The spring mounting bearing plate 80 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a spring positioning guide rod 96 along the side of the translational reciprocating guide plate 79, the translational reciprocating guide plate 79 is provided with a spring positioning slotted hole 97 matched with the size of the push plate feeding spring 81, and two ends of the push plate feeding spring 81 are respectively sleeved and arranged on the spring positioning guide rod 96 and the spring positioning slotted hole 97, so that the efficient and accurate guiding and limiting of the push plate feeding spring 81 are realized, and the push plate feeding spring 81 can be prevented from deviating and skewing in the contraction and expansion processes. According to the invention, the auxiliary material filling guide pipe 48 is fixedly provided with the auxiliary material pushing baffle plate 98 along the auxiliary material guiding and conveying support 44 on the side of the preparation stirring tank 4 in an inclined manner, the auxiliary material guiding and conveying dispersion block 99 with a triangular structure is fixedly attached to the lower side of the middle part of the auxiliary material pushing baffle plate 98, and the auxiliary material pushing baffle plate 98 can effectively limit and block the concrete expanding agent which pushes the bulk materials from the auxiliary material filling guide pipe 48, so that the concrete expanding agent can be conveniently and efficiently scattered in the preparation stirring tank 4, and the triangular structure of the auxiliary material guiding and conveying dispersion block 99 is utilized to fully and efficiently uniformly disperse the concrete expanding agent, so that the concrete expanding agent is uniformly and efficiently scattered in the preparation stirring tank 4.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the processing system for filling concrete into steel pipes is used, the main material conveying mechanism 1 and the auxiliary material filling mechanism 3 are respectively arranged at two sides above the processing stirring mechanism 2, the main ingredients for preparing the concrete filled into steel pipes can be efficiently and smoothly conveyed and guided into the preparation stirring tank 4 of the processing stirring mechanism 2 by using the main material conveying mechanism 1, the concrete expanding agent for preparing the concrete filled into steel pipes can be stably and automatically and accurately added into the preparation stirring tank 4 of the processing stirring mechanism 2 according to the required proportion by using the auxiliary material filling mechanism 3, various ingredients in the preparation stirring tank 4 can be fully and efficiently stirred and uniformly mixed by using the processing stirring mechanism 2, the stirring efficiency is high, the preparation quality is good, the rapid and efficient production and preparation of the concrete filled into steel pipes can be realized, the stirring supporting base 17 is arranged between the stirring driving support 12 of the stirring driving mechanism 8 and the preparation stirring tank 4, the stirring driving mechanism 8 is stably and firmly installed and fixedly arranged on the upper side of the preparation stirring tank 4, the stirring driving toothed plate 16 is arranged on the toothed plate reciprocating guide rod 18 of the toothed plate reciprocating
