In the embodiment, when the polishing device is used, the end cover body 44 is placed on the cylinder 9, the electromagnet disc I8 is electrified, the end cover body 44 is fixed, the supporting wheel 12 and the two auxiliary rollers 36 play a role in auxiliary rotation, then the hydraulic rod 14 is controlled, the polishing ring 19 moves downwards to contact with the end cover end face II 42, the positioning rod 10 is inserted into the positioning groove 24 for supporting and positioning, the electric push rod I23 and the electric push rod II 30 are respectively controlled to enable the inner polishing roller 28 to better contact with the inner wall of the inner circle 43 of the end cover, when the polishing disc 34 moves to the position above the end cover end face I41, the motor II 32 is controlled to drive the screw rod 35 to rotate to move the polishing disc 34 downwards to contact with the end cover end face I41, then the motor I11 is started to drive the cylinder 9 to rotate, the end cover body 44 rotates slowly to polish, the waste generated by the polishing ring 19 can be swept into the collecting groove 17 on the fixing sleeve 4 by the brush 18, waste materials generated by the polishing disc 34 fall into the working circular groove 2, waste materials generated by the inner polishing roller 28 fall into the cylinder 9, after polishing is completed, the electromagnet disc II is electrified, the hydraulic rod 14 contracts, and the end cover body 44 is taken out.

The end cover polishing device for sewage pump processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner polishing mechanism comprises a first sliding block (27), a first inner polishing roller (28) and a first support frame (29), the first support frame (29) is fixed on the outer wall of the first electric push rod (23) through screws, first sliding grooves are respectively formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the first support frame (29), first springs (26) are clamped on the inner walls of the first sliding grooves, the first sliding block (27) is slidably connected with the inner walls of the first sliding grooves, the first springs (26) are connected with the first sliding block (27), and the first inner polishing roller (28) is clamped on the outer walls of the first sliding blocks (27).

The end cover polishing device for processing the sewage pump as recited in claim 1, wherein the outer polishing mechanism comprises a second polishing frame (33) and a second polishing disc (34), the second polishing frame (33) is slidably connected to the outer wall of the supporting plate (31), a second motor (32) is fixed to the outer wall of the supporting plate (31) through screws, an output shaft of the second motor (32) is connected with a screw rod (35) fixed to the supporting plate (31) through a coupler, the second polishing frame (33) is connected to the outer wall of the screw rod (35) through threads, and the second polishing disc (34) is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom of the second polishing frame (33) through bolts.
