The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the device is opened and adjusted through the control screen 2 on the workbench 1, the aluminum alloy carpet is manually placed on the feeding mechanism 4, the aluminum alloy on two sides of the aluminum alloy carpet is cut off through the feeding mechanism 4, the aluminum alloy carpet is conveyed to the cleaning mechanism 5 through the conveying belt 3, dust and hair of the aluminum alloy carpet are cleaned through the cleaning mechanism 5, and finally the aluminum alloy and nylon materials in the aluminum alloy carpet are separated from the rubber strips through the separating mechanism 6.
