Referring to fig. 1, an oil collecting groove 44 is arranged in the bottom end of one side of the U-shaped table 1 away from the first brush 12; a filter screen 47 is fixedly arranged in the top end of the oil collecting groove 44; a conduit 46 is fixedly communicated with one side of the bottom end of the oil collecting groove 44; the end of the conduit 46 remote from the sump 44 is disposed within the sump housing 45. The redundant oil drops on the parts fall into the oil collecting tank 44 after being filtered by the filter screen 47 and then flow into the oil collecting box 45 through the conduit 46 for collection, so that the waste of oil is avoided.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
in use, the parts are placed on the track 41; starting the control valve 9, the flow meter 10, the second motor 42, the third motor 48, the first motor 23 and the hot air blower 35 through the controller 43; the second motor 42 rotates to drive the driving shaft 38 to rotate, and the driving shaft 38 rotates to realize that the crawler 41 moves in the horizontal direction, so that parts on the crawler 41 can be conveyed; the hot air produced by the hot air blower 35 is conveyed into the air homogenizing cavity 29 through the tee joint 36 and the air duct 34; the third motor 48 rotates, that is, the fifth gear 26 on the second rotating shaft 24 and the second rotating shaft 24 rotates, the fifth gear 26 on the second rotating shaft 24 drives the fifth gear 26 on the third rotating shaft 25 to rotate through the second chain 27, the fifth gear 26 on the third rotating shaft 25 rotates, that is, the air distribution plate 28 and the fan blades 33 on the second rotating shaft 24 and the third rotating shaft 25 rotate, the air distribution plate 28 rotates to uniformly distribute the hot air in the air distribution chamber 29 and enter the air supply groove 32 through the heat dissipation holes 30, the fan blades 33 rotate to spray the hot air on the surfaces of the two parts, the parts are dried, the fan blades 33 rotate to blow away the dust attached to the surfaces of the parts, the surfaces of the two parts are cleaned, and the surfaces of the parts are cleaned by the first brush 12; when a part is conveyed to the position below the oil dripping nozzle 8, the controller 43 controls the flow meter 10 and the control valve 9 to be opened, oil in the oil tank 37 drips on the surface of the part through the oil guide pipe 11 and the oil dripping nozzle 8, the first motor 23 rotates, namely the first rotating shaft 20, the second gear 18 and the third gear 19 rotate, the second gear 18 drives the fourth gear 21 to rotate through the first chain 22, the second gear 18 drives the first gear 17 to rotate reversely, namely the two sets of worms 14 rotate reversely, so that the moving directions of the two sets of sliding plates 13 in the horizontal direction are opposite, namely the moving directions of the second brushes 49 fixed below the two sets of sliding plates 13 in the horizontal direction are opposite, and the second brushes 49 can uniformly brush the surface of the part.
The standard parts used in the invention can be purchased from the market, the special-shaped parts can be customized according to the description of the specification and the accompanying drawings, the specific connection mode of each part adopts conventional means such as bolts, rivets, welding and the like mature in the prior art, the machines, the parts and equipment adopt conventional models in the prior art, and the circuit connection adopts the conventional connection mode in the prior art, so that the detailed description is omitted.

An oiling device for new energy automobile part machining comprises an oil dripping nozzle (8); the oil dripping device is characterized in that a plurality of groups of oil dripping nozzles (8) are arranged; the oil dripping nozzles (8) are uniformly distributed and fixedly arranged below the mounting plate (7); the mounting plate (7) is fixedly mounted on the supporting device through a lifting device; the top end of the oil dripping nozzle (8) is fixedly communicated with an oil distribution device; an oil brushing device is arranged on one side of the mounting plate (7); a first brush (12) is fixedly arranged on one side of the lower part of the mounting plate (7) far away from the oil brushing device; an air homogenizing cavity (29) and an air supply groove (32) are arranged on one side, away from the oil brushing device, of the mounting plate (7), and the air supply groove (32) is arranged below the air homogenizing cavity (29); the air homogenizing cavity (29) is fixedly communicated with the air supply groove (32) through a plurality of groups of heat dissipation holes (30); exhaust devices are arranged in the air supply groove (32) and the air homogenizing cavity (29); the air homogenizing cavity (29) is fixedly communicated with a hot air device; and a control valve (9) is fixedly arranged on the oil dripping nozzle (8).

The oiling device for the processing of the new energy automobile parts and accessories is characterized in that the supporting device comprises a U-shaped table (1), supporting legs (2), a supporting rod (3) and a top plate (4); four groups of supporting legs (2) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two sides below the U-shaped table (1); a conveying device is arranged in the top end of the U-shaped table (1); a controller (43) is fixedly installed on one side of the U-shaped table (1), and the controller (43) is electrically connected with the control valve (9); a top plate (4) is fixedly arranged above the U-shaped table (1) through four groups of supporting rods (3).

The oiling device for the processing of the new energy automobile parts and accessories is characterized in that the oiling device comprises an oil tank (37) and an oil guide pipe (11); the oil tank (37) is fixedly arranged above the top plate (4); the bottom end of the oil tank (37) is fixedly communicated with the oil dripping nozzle (8) through an oil guide pipe (11); and the oil dripping nozzle (8) is fixedly provided with a flowmeter (10), and the flowmeter (10) is electrically connected with the controller (43).

The oiling device for processing the new energy automobile parts as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lifting device comprises a lifting cylinder (5) and a lifting rod (6); the two groups of lifting cylinders (5) are arranged; the lifting cylinders (5) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two sides below the middle part of the top plate (4); the bottom end of the lifting cylinder (5) is provided with a lifting rod (6) in a sliding manner; the bottom end of the lifting rod (6) is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate (7); the lifting cylinder (5) is electrically connected with the controller (43).

The oiling device for processing the new energy automobile parts as claimed in claim 2, wherein the oiling device comprises a worm (14), an oil collecting box (45), a sliding plate (13) and a second brush (49); two groups of worms (14) are arranged; the worm (14) is rotatably arranged in one side of the mounting plate (7) far away from the first brush (12) in parallel; the worm (14) is engaged with an internal gear (15) in a transmission manner; the inner gears (15) are provided with a plurality of groups; the internal gear (15) is rotatably arranged in the sliding plate (13) in parallel; the sliding plate (13) is arranged in the sliding groove (16) in a sliding manner; the sliding grooves (16) are arranged in two groups, and the sliding grooves (16) are arranged in parallel in one side of the mounting plate (7) far away from the first brush (12); a plurality of groups of second brushes (49) are uniformly and fixedly arranged below the sliding plate (13); one end of the worm (14) is fixedly provided with a fourth gear (21) and a first gear (17) respectively; the first gear (17) is engaged with a second gear (18) in a transmission manner; the second gear (18) is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft (20); the first rotating shaft (20) is rotatably arranged in one side of the mounting plate (7); a third gear (19) is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft (20); the third gear (19) is in transmission fit connection with the fourth gear (21) through a first chain (22); one end of the first rotating shaft (20) far away from the second gear (18) is connected with a first motor (23) in a transmission way; the first motor (23) is fixedly installed on the outer side of the installation plate (7), and the first motor (23) is electrically connected with the controller (43).

The oiling device for the processing of the new energy automobile parts and accessories is characterized in that the heating device comprises a hot air blower (35), a tee joint (36) and an air guide pipe (34); the hot air blower (35) is fixedly arranged above the top plate (4); the output end of the hot air blower (35) is fixedly communicated with a tee joint (36); the output ends of the two ends of the tee joint (36) are fixedly communicated with gas guide pipes (34); the bottom end of the air duct (34) is fixedly communicated with two sides of the middle part of the air homogenizing cavity (29); the hot air blower (35) is electrically connected with the controller (43).

The oiling device for processing the parts of the new energy automobile as claimed in claim 2, wherein the air exhaust device comprises a second rotating shaft (24), an air distribution plate (28), fan blades (33) and a third motor (48); the second rotating shafts (24) are provided with a group; the third rotating shafts (25) are provided with two groups; the second rotating shaft (24) and the third rotating shaft (25) are rotatably arranged in one side of the mounting plate (7) close to the first brush (12) in parallel; a fifth gear (26) is fixedly mounted on the upper parts of the second rotating shaft (24) and the third rotating shaft (25), and the fifth gear (26) is in transmission fit connection through a second chain (27); the two sides of the lower parts of the second rotating shaft (24) and the third rotating shaft (25) are symmetrically and fixedly provided with air uniform plates (28), and the air uniform plates (28) are arranged in an air uniform cavity (29); the bottom ends of the second rotating shaft (24) and the third rotating shaft (25) are provided with fan blades (33) in a transmission way, and the fan blades (33) are arranged in the air supply groove (32); a protective net (31) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the air supply groove (32); the top end of the second rotating shaft (24) is connected with a third motor (48) in a transmission manner, and the third motor (48) is fixedly arranged above the mounting plate (7); the third motor (48) is electrically connected with the controller (43).
