A casting coating production device comprises a stirring box (1), and is characterized in that the outer wall of the top end of the stirring box (1) is connected with an electric push rod (3) through a bolt; the outer wall of one side of the output shaft of the electric push rod (3) is fixedly connected with a push plate (6) through a screw; the outer wall of one side of the push plate (6) is connected with a rotating motor (7) through a bolt; the outer wall of one side of an output shaft of the rotating motor (7) is connected with a rotating shaft (8) through a coupling; the outer wall of the periphery of the rotating shaft (8) is fixedly connected with stirring rods (14) which are uniformly distributed through screws; the outer wall of the periphery of the stirring rod (14) is rotationally connected with uniformly distributed rotating rings (15); the peripheral outer wall of the rotating ring (15) is fixedly connected with uniformly distributed impellers (18) through screws; a control unit is arranged in the stirring box (1); the electric push rod (3) and the rotating motor (7) are electrically connected with the internal control unit.

A casting dope producing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a cross support bar (9) is fixedly attached to an outer wall of a bottom end of said rotary shaft (8) by means of a screw; the outer wall of the bottom end of the cross-shaped support rod (9) is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod (11) through a screw; the outer wall of the bottom end of the telescopic rod (11) is fixedly connected with a supporting disc (13) through a screw; springs (10) are arranged on the outer walls of the periphery of the telescopic rod (11).

The casting paint production device according to claim 2, characterized in that the inner wall of the bottom end of the stirring box (1) is provided with a circular truncated cone groove (12); the outer wall of one side of the supporting disc (13) is connected with the inner wall of one side of the circular table groove (12) in a sliding way.

A casting dope producing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein a connecting block (16) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of one side of said stirring rod (14) by means of a screw; the inner wall of one side of the connecting block (16) is rotationally connected with a ball (17); the outer wall of one side of the ball (17) is connected with the inner wall of one side of the stirring box (1) in a sliding way.
5. A casting paint production device as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the outer wall of one side of the stirring box (1) is connected with a vibration motor (4) through bolts; the vibration motor (4) is electrically connected with the internal control unit.
6. A casting dope production device as claimed in claim 5, wherein said agitator tank (1) is provided with two feed ports (2) formed in the outer wall of the top end thereof; the outer wall of the bottom end of the stirring box (1) is connected with a liquid outlet valve (5) through a bolt.
7. A casting dope production device as claimed in claim 6, wherein an alarm (19) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the top end of said stirring tank (1) by screws; the outer wall of one side of the push plate (6) is fixedly connected with uniformly distributed cameras (20) through screws; the number of the cameras (20) is more than two; the inner wall of one side of the stirring box (1) is fixedly connected with a temperature sensor (21) and a liquid level sensor (22) through screws respectively; the alarm (19), the camera (20), the temperature sensor (21) and the liquid level sensor (22) are all electrically connected with the internal control unit.
