1. A preparation process of a polyurethane adhesive is characterized by comprising the following steps: the preparation process of the polyurethane adhesive comprises the following steps:
s1, feeding: manually injecting raw materials in a certain proportion into the stirring box (1);
s2, stirring the rubber material: fully stirring and mixing the rubber materials mixed in the stirring box (1) through a stirring device (2);
s3, discharging: discharging the adhesive after fully stirring and mixing from the inside of the stirring box (1) for centralized bottling treatment;
the preparation of the polyurethane adhesive in the steps S1-S3 needs to be completed by matching the stirring box (1), the stirring device (2) and the auxiliary device (3); wherein:
the inner wall of the bottom end of the stirring box (1) is provided with a stirring device (2), the upper end of the stirring box (1) is covered with an auxiliary device (3), and the auxiliary device (3) is matched with the stirring device (2); a support is arranged on the outer wall of the bottom end of the stirring box (1), and a discharge pipe is arranged on the side wall of the bottom end of the stirring box (1); a feeding pipe is arranged on the side wall of the upper end of the stirring box (1);
the stirring device (2) comprises a driving motor (21), a cylindrical fixture block (22), an annular sleeve (23), a hollow shaft rod (24), a stirring unit (25) and an adjusting unit (26); the driving motor (21) is installed at the bottom end of the stirring box (1) through a motor base, an output shaft of the driving motor (21) is connected with the lower end of the cylindrical fixture block (22) through a coupler, and a rectangular groove is formed in the upper end face of the cylindrical fixture block (22); an annular sleeve (23) is arranged on the outer wall of the cylindrical fixture block (22), the annular sleeve (23) is of a conical structure, and the lower end of the annular sleeve (23) is matched with the inner wall of the bottom end of the stirring box (1); the lower end surface shaft head of the hollow shaft lever (24) is of a rectangular structure, the lower end of the hollow shaft lever (24) is inserted into the rectangular groove of the cylindrical fixture block (22), and the upper end shaft head of the hollow shaft lever (24) is connected to the auxiliary device (3) through a bearing; the outer wall of the hollow shaft rod (24) is uniformly provided with stirring units (25) along the axial direction of the hollow shaft rod, the adjusting units (26) are arranged inside the hollow shaft rod (24), and the adjusting units (26) are matched with the stirring units (25); the upper end of the adjusting unit (26) is connected to the auxiliary device (3);
the auxiliary device (3) comprises a fixed cover (31), a rectangular limit sleeve (32), a limit strip (33), a limit basket (34), a sliding block (35), a toothed ring (36), an execution motor (37), a driving gear (38) and an auxiliary wheel set (39); the upper end of the fixed cover (31) is provided with a rectangular groove, and the middle part of the fixed cover (31) is provided with a through hole; an auxiliary wheel set (39) is arranged at the through hole of the fixed cover (31); rectangular limiting sleeves (32) are symmetrically arranged in the rectangular groove at the upper end of the fixed cover (31), balls are arranged on the inner walls of the rectangular limiting sleeves (32), the limiting strips (33) are arranged inside the rectangular limiting sleeves (32) in a sliding fit mode, and the opposite limiting strips (33) are connected through limiting baskets (34); the outer wall of the lower end of the limiting basket (34) is provided with a rope binding ring; the inner walls of two ends of the limiting basket (34) are symmetrically provided with sliding blocks (35) in a sliding fit mode, the sliding blocks (35) are connected through a toothed ring (36), an execution motor (37) is installed on the inner wall of a rectangular groove of the fixed cover (31) through a motor base, an output shaft of the execution motor (37) is provided with a driving gear (38) through a flange, and the driving gear (38) is meshed with the toothed ring (36).

The process for preparing a polyurethane adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the stirring unit (25) comprises a stirring rod (251), a limiting wheel set (252), a clamping disc (253), an adjusting spring (254), an auxiliary disc (255), a pull rope (256), a scraping module (257), a fixed cylinder (258) and a guide connecting spring (259); the inner part of the stirring rod (251) is of a cavity structure; a stepped hole is formed in the left end of the stirring rod (251), the clamping disc (253) is installed at the stepped hole of the stirring rod (251) in a sliding fit mode, a guide hole is formed in the clamping disc (253), and a ball is arranged on the inner wall of the guide hole through a bearing; the limiting wheel set (252) is arranged at the left end of the stirring rod (251), the auxiliary disc (255) is arranged inside the stirring rod (251) in a sliding fit mode, through holes are formed in the middle of the auxiliary disc (255), and the auxiliary disc (255) is connected with the clamping disc (253) through an adjusting spring (254); an arc-shaped groove is formed in the outer wall of the stirring rod (251), rectangular cutting grooves are formed in the arc-shaped grooves which are vertically symmetrical in the stirring rod (251) and communicated with the inside of the stirring rod (251), and a rubber sleeve with a cutter gap corresponding to the rectangular groove in the stirring rod (251) is sleeved on the outer wall of the stirring rod (251); the outer wall of the stirring rod (251) is provided with a scraping module (257) in a sliding fit mode, and the right end of the pull rope (256) sequentially penetrates through the clamping disc (253), the adjusting spring (254) and the auxiliary disc (255) to be connected onto the scraping module (257); the right end of the scraping module (257) is connected to a fixed cylinder (258) through a guide connection spring (259), and the fixed cylinder (258) is connected with the right end of the stirring rod (251) in a threaded connection mode; the outer wall of the fixed cylinder (258) is provided with balls which are matched with the inner wall of the stirring box (1) in a movable connection mode.

The process for preparing a polyurethane adhesive according to claim 1, wherein: the scraping module (257) comprises an adjusting rotating rod (71), a supporting pull rod (72), an arc-shaped guide block (73) and a glue scraping ring (74); the adjusting rotating rods (71) are of a three-section structure, and two adjacent sections of adjusting rotating rods (71) are connected through bearings; the outer wall of the adjusting rotating rod (71) is provided with threads; the left end of the adjusting rotating rod (71) is provided with a rope binding ring, and the supporting pull rod (72) is uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the adjusting rotating rod (71) in a threaded connection mode; the upper end of the supporting pull rod (72) is connected with an arc-shaped guide block (73), and the arc-shaped guide block (73) is arranged in an arc-shaped groove of the stirring rod (251) in a sliding fit mode; the outer wall of the stirring rod (251) is sleeved with the glue scraping ring (74) and connected to the arc-shaped guide block (73).
