The device for treating the accident chlorine in the liquid chlorine production process according to claim 1, wherein a chlorine detection device and a chlorine alarm device are arranged in the liquid chlorine packaging plant (1) and the liquid chlorine storage tank plant (2), the chlorine detection device is electrically connected with the SIS system, the SIS system is in interlocking control with the chlorine detection device, the first accident fan (16) and the second accident fan (20), and when the SIS system detects any one chlorine detection device to alarm, the first accident fan (16) and the second accident fan (20) are started in an interlocking manner and are conveyed to the packaging plant accident chlorine treatment tower (3) and the liquid chlorine storage tank plant accident chlorine treatment tower (4) through the first accident fan (16) and the second accident fan (20).

The device for treating the accident chlorine in the liquid chlorine production process according to claim 1, wherein the SIS system is electrically connected with high and low liquid level switches of a liquid chlorine storage tank arranged in the liquid chlorine packaging factory building (1) and the liquid chlorine storage tank factory building (2), signals of the high and low liquid level switches are transmitted to the SIS system, the high and low liquid level switches of the liquid chlorine storage tank are provided with alarms, are interlocked and are transmitted to the SIS system, and signals received by the SIS system are transmitted to a DCS system arranged on the production device.
