A pure water filtering device for coconut juice production comprises a shell (1) and is characterized in that a filter cylinder (2) is clamped on the inner wall of the shell (1), more than two partition plates are clamped on the filter cylinder (2), a filter chamber is formed between every two partition plates, a slope (11) is arranged on the inner wall of the filter chamber, connecting pipes (8) are respectively clamped on the lowest end of the slope (11) and the inner wall of one side close to the highest end, the outer walls of the two connecting pipes (8) are provided with a same three-way collecting valve (10), one valve port of the three-way collecting valve (10) is provided with a slag discharging pipe (9), the outer wall of the slag discharging pipe (9) is provided with a valve (12), the inner walls of the three valve ports of the three-way collecting valve (10) are respectively clamped with a circular truncated cone slag blocking frame (31), fixing frames (4) with the same number as the slopes, the bottom of the transmission mechanism is provided with a stirring rod (7), the outer wall of the bottom of the stirring rod (7) is clamped with a disc (28), the disc (28) is positioned inside one connecting pipe (8), the inner wall of the top of the disc (28) is provided with more than two water through openings (29), the outer wall of the disc (28) is provided with fan blades (30), and the fan blades (30) are flexible.

The pure water filtering device for coconut juice production as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the same sleeve (5) is clamped on the inner wall of the top of the housing (1) and the filter cartridge (2), the stirring rod (7) is located inside the sleeve (5), and the stirring fan (27) is respectively arranged on the two sides of the outer wall of the filtering chamber of the stirring rod (7).
