s5: the recovery device, when the fire is finished, a resident can put the used fire fighting pipe (22) into the fixed shell (14), then put a new fire extinguisher (21), put the used tools and the fire protection tools into the sundries box (19) and the tool box (20) respectively, and carry out sterilization and disinfection treatment on the tools in the frame body (17) by the ultraviolet germicidal lamp (18) on the frame body (17), wherein the daily running time of the ultraviolet germicidal lamp (18) is 4-6.5 h.
