Abstract
The hand and foot venous transfusion protection pad is a product which is clinically used for fixing a venous transfusion needle head and protecting the transfusion smoothness, and mainly comprises a pad bottom, a pad cover and a lacing, wherein the pad cover is firstly opened during clinical operation, then the near-end lacing and the far-end lacing are respectively fixed, then the puncture is carried out conventionally, and the pad cover is put down after the puncture is successful; after the infusion is finished, the pad cover is opened, the needle head is pulled out, the needle head is locally pressed, the far-end tying belt and the near-end tying belt are respectively loosened, and finally the hand-foot venous infusion protection pad is arranged to finish the whole operation process. The hand and foot venous transfusion protection pad is made of cotton materials, is good in comfort for patients, simple in structure and easy to manufacture, can be reused after cleaning and disinfection, can be made into different types by changing the size and the surface color, and is favorable for clinical popularization and use.
Description
(I) technical field
The patent relates to a protective pad used for intravenous infusion on the back of hands and the back of feet in clinic. The venous transfusion protection pad can cover and fix the transfusion needle head part so as to reduce the transfusion failure chance caused by rubbing and pulling of the puncture part by the uncooperative patient such as children and unconsciousness and further increase the success rate of disposable nursing operation.
(II) background of the invention
At present, the back of the hand and the back of the foot are selected for clinical venous transfusion nursing operation, particularly the back of the hand, after the puncture is successful, the part of the hand is adhered and fixed by common adhesive tapes, the method is simple and convenient, but the fixation is poor, the adhesive tape allergy phenomenon can be generated for part of patients, if uncooperative infants and patients with shallow coma occur, the chances of unsmooth transfusion, needle head blood return and subcutaneous liquid leakage and needle bulging are greatly increased, the success rate of disposable transfusion is improved, the pain of the patients is relieved, the workload of nursing staff is relieved, and the method becomes a realistic problem which cannot be avoided in clinical work.
Disclosure of the invention
In order to find a relatively ideal venous transfusion fixing method, a hand-foot venous transfusion protection pad is designed, models with different sizes can be manufactured according to specific conditions of patients, and the hand-foot venous transfusion protection pad is beneficial to selection and use of different types of people.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention to solve the technical problems is realized as follows: the hand and foot venous transfusion protection pad consists of a pad bottom (figure 1), a pad cover (figure 5) and tying belts (figures 8 and 9) (figure 16), wherein the pad bottom is made of common cotton materials, the pad bottom is rectangular and 0.5cm in thickness, the pad bottom is made of multiple layers of cotton cloth in an overlapping and sewing mode, the width is 4-6 cm, the length is 6-10 cm, a rectangular transfusion operation window (4) is arranged in the middle, the near end and the far end of the pad bottom are respectively provided with one tying belt (figures 8 and 9) with the width of 1cm and the thickness of 0.5cm but inconsistent length, the far end is longer and is beneficial to being fixed on the palm surface or the sole of a hand, two tying belts are respectively sewn and fixed on the far end and the near end of the pad bottom in a lateral mode, the tail end corresponding surfaces of the two tying belts are respectively provided with adhesive cloth and are used for being adhered and fixed on the palm surface or the sole of the hand, the near end of the pad cover is transversely sewn and fixed on the near end of the pad bottom operation window (figure 15), the adhesive cloth is arranged on the four corners of the pad bottom and the four corners of the pad cover, and the adhesive cloth can be completely overlapped and bonded with the pad bottom when the pad cover is put down (figure 14), so that the effect of protecting and fixing the needle head is achieved.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: the product 1 is mainly made of pure cotton materials, has good patient comfort, simple structure and easy manufacture; 2 the product can be reused after being cleaned and disinfected, so that waste is avoided; 3, the product can be made into different types with different sizes, can change the surface color and is beneficial to the selection and use of different groups of people in clinic.

(V) specific embodiment:
FIG. 16 is a combination view showing the relationship between the parts of the protective pad for intravenous drip of hand and foot when the pad cover is placed on the near side of the limb (before infusion).
The hand and foot venous transfusion protection pad consists of three parts (figure 16) of a pad bottom (figure 1), a pad cover (figure 5) and a lacing (figure 8 and figure 9), taking the hand back intravenous transfusion as an example, firstly, selecting an intravenous puncture point, taking the intravenous transfusion protection pad as a center, placing the intravenous transfusion protection pad on the hand back, opening the pad cover (6) to expose the puncture point in the operation window (4) of the pad bottom as much as possible, the near-end lacing (2) is folded to the palm side for sticking and fixing, the far-end lacing (1) is folded to the palm side for sticking and fixing, after the lacing is ensured to be properly tightened, a tourniquet is tied on the near side of the wrist, the hand back puncture point is disinfected conventionally, the puncture needle is inserted, after the venous transfusion operation is successful, the needle head is fixed properly by medical absorbent cotton, then the pad cover (6) is put down and is stuck and overlapped with the pad bottom (3), so that the infusion tube is clamped between the pad cover (6) and the pad bottom (3) to play a role in fixing; after the infusion is finished, the pad cover (6) is firstly opened, the needle head is pulled out, the local pressurization is carried out, then the far-end tying belt (1) and the near-end tying belt (2) are loosened, the infusion tube is taken out from the hand-foot vein infusion protection pad after the patient is safe, and the hand-foot vein infusion protection pad is collected in a special box for later cleaning and disinfection for later use.
The dynamic structural relationship of the invention patent is: firstly, selecting a venipuncture point, then placing a protective pad for venous transfusion at a corresponding position, opening a pad cover, folding a near-end tying belt to the palm side (or the rear part of the ankle joint of lower limbs) for sticking and fixing, folding a far-end tying belt to the palm side (or the sole) for sticking and fixing, then carrying out venous transfusion according to the clinical operation routine, slightly protecting the periphery of the puncture needle head by using common medical absorbent cotton to ensure an ideal needle insertion angle, and then putting down the pad cover and sticking, overlapping and fixing with a pad bottom. After the transfusion is finished, the pad cover is opened, the needle head is pulled out, the far-end tying belt and the near-end tying belt are loosened, and finally the hand and foot venous transfusion protection pad is arranged to be cleaned and disinfected for later use.
The invention is made of common cotton material, mainly comprises a pad bottom, a pad cover and a lacing 3, has simple structure, convenient operation and comfortable use, can be recycled after cleaning and disinfection, is beneficial to clinical popularization, has low manufacturing cost due to easy material acquisition, stable quality and wide market prospect, and is beneficial to batch production.
