Abstract
本发明属于沐浴用品技术领域,公开了一种乳霜沐浴露及其制备方法。其中,所述乳霜沐浴露,以质量百分数计,其包括以下组分:18‑25%植物油、0.1‑2%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、18‑25%表面活性剂、0.5‑3%抗氧化剂、0.5‑3%增稠剂、1‑2%乳化稳定剂、0.1‑1%防腐剂、0.1‑1%香精、pH调节剂适量、余量为水。在配方中加入了二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物,具有加强皮肤角质层代谢,美白、抗衰老、滋养的功能,且本发明采用了科学的配方设计,制备得到的乳霜沐浴露具有植物油含量高,对皮肤滋润效果佳,且具有良好的氧化稳定性和乳化稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及沐浴用品技术领域,特别是涉及一种乳霜沐浴露及其制备方法。
背景技术
沐浴露最初的功能主要是清洁全身皮肤,随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对沐浴露的质量需求也在快速提升,单纯的洁肤已不能满足消费者的需求。除洁肤外,消费者期待沐浴露还具有一些护肤功效,例如:美白、保湿、紧致等。
天然植物油对皮肤具有良好的渗透性,且植物油中含有大量角鲨烯、维生素A、D、E、F、K以及植物甾醇等皮肤所需营养物质,这对于保持皮肤健康、促进皮肤水分含量提高、修复皮肤屏障、提高皮肤弹性和抗衰老有着重要作用,因而将天然植物油应用到沐浴露已经成为一种趋势。
市售的沐浴露中即便添加了植物油,其植物油含量并不高,很难发挥天然植物油对皮肤的保养作用,但当植物油含量在沐浴露中显著提高,植物油与水具有不相溶性,随着时间的延长乳霜沐浴露很容易发生液相分离的现象,最终会影响产品的品质;同时植物油含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,其含量在65%以上,主要为油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等,不饱和脂肪酸在贮藏和加工过程中,由于光、热、空气中的氧、水分、金属离子和酶的作用,常会发生油脂酸败,主要表现为水解酸败和氧化酸败,会出现难以接受的哈喇味,植物油的生物活性也会因氧化受到显著影响,因此当沐浴露中植物油的含量高时,沐浴乳的货架期可能会因为植物油的氧化而缩短。
因此如何提供一种植物油含量高且乳化稳定性和氧化稳定性高的沐浴露是本领域技术人员需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点与不足,本发明首要目的是提供一种具有高含量天然植物油且乳化稳定性和氧化稳定性高的乳霜沐浴露。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述乳霜沐浴露的制备方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种乳霜沐浴露,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:18-25%植物油、0.1-2%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、18-25%表面活性剂、0.5-3%抗氧化剂、0.5-3%增稠剂、1-2%乳化稳定剂、0.1-1%防腐剂、0.1-1%香精、pH调节剂适量、余量为水。
优选的,所述乳霜沐浴露,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:20-22%植物油、0.5-1%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、20-25%表面活性剂、2-3%抗氧化剂、1-2%增稠剂、1-1.6%乳化稳定剂、0.1-1%防腐剂、0.1-0.5%香精、pH调节剂适量、余量为水。
优选的,所述植物油包括橄榄油、太阳花油、乳木果油、椰子油等中的至少一种。
其中,橄榄油含有丰富的油酸和维生素E,滋养皮肤和促进细胞再生,入皂泡沫细腻,并且持久;乳木果油与人体皮脂分泌油脂的各项指标最为接近,含有的植物固醇和维生素E,具有超强抗氧化效果和极佳的修复抗炎与促皮肤愈合作用;太阳花油是天然的润肤油,能够与阴离子、阳离子及非离子表活相容,并能在中性、弱碱性及酸性系统中保持性质稳定,具有良好的渗透性和快速铺展性、含有极高的维他命和矿物质、加速治疗皮肤损伤和湿疹、赋予产品清爽的滋润作用的特性;椰子油是一种较为清淡的媒介油,不油腻且容易被皮肤吸收,不会堵塞毛孔。
进一步的,为了提高乳霜沐浴露对皮肤的积极作用,所述植物油为橄榄油、太阳花油、乳木果油、椰子油的混合植物油,其中橄榄油、太阳花油、乳木果油、椰子油的质量比为(1~3):(1~3):(1~2):(1~2)。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂的复配表面活性剂。
优选的,所述非离子型表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺MEA等中的至少一种。
优选的,所述两性表面活性剂包括月桂酰两性乙酸钠、椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠等中的至少一种。
优选的,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂、十三烷醇聚醚硫酸钠。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂包括生育酚、茶多酚棕榈酸酯、脂溶性迷迭香提取物等中的至少一种。
更优选的,所述抗氧化剂为生育酚、茶多酚棕榈酸酯、脂溶性迷迭香提取物的复配抗氧化剂。
优选的,所述增稠剂无机盐,包括氯化钠、氯化镁等中的至少一种。无机盐的加入会增大溶液的离子强度,压缩离子型表面活性剂胶束的扩散双电层,降低表面活性剂头基间的排斥作用,有助于离子型表面活性剂形成更大的聚集体,从而提高溶油量。
优选的,所述乳化稳定剂包括瓜儿胶、黄原胶等中的至少一种。
更优选的,所述乳化稳定剂由瓜儿胶和黄原胶组成,其质量比为(1-4): (2-4),最优选为1:1。
优选的,所述防腐剂包括苯甲醇、乙基己基甘油等中的至少一种,更优选为苯甲醇和乙基己基甘油的复配防腐剂。
优选的,所述香精可为天然香料如芳香植物提取物。
优选的,所述芳香植物提取物可为芳香植物精油;所述芳香植物精油包括玫瑰油、茶树油、迷迭香油、薰衣草油、罗勒油、薄荷油等中的至少一种。芳香植物精油的加入不仅能够给人们带来丰富多样的嗅觉感受,同时对植物油中的不饱和脂肪酸具有良好的抗氧化作用。
优选的,所述pH调节剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸等中的至少一种,pH 调节剂的加入量为调节乳霜沐浴露pH至5.5-7。
本发明还提供上述乳霜沐浴露的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、常温下按比例称取各组分;
S2、将植物油加入抗氧化剂搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将表面活性剂加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、乳化稳定剂、增稠剂加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质2-3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节 pH至5.5-7,得到乳霜沐浴露。
优选的,S2步骤中,当植物油为乳木果油、橄榄油、椰子油、太阳花油的混合植物油时,可先将乳木果油于60~70℃融化;然后将橄榄油、椰子油、太阳花油与融化的乳木果油充分混合,同时升温至40~50℃,继续加入抗氧化剂,搅拌均匀,均质2-3min,得到混合液A待用。
优选的,制备得到的乳霜沐浴露在搅拌条件下通入氢气,制备成富氢沐浴乳霜。
优选的,所述通入氢气操作具体为以20-40sccm的气流量通入15-60min;所述搅拌速度为120-200r/min。
相比于现有技术,本发明具有如下优点和技术效果:
(1)在本发明提供的乳霜沐浴露中,其植物油含量最高达25wt%,但由本发明配方中添加了高浓度的瓜尔胶和黄原胶,两者都是天然高分子多糖,高浓度的瓜尔胶与黄原胶能够在乳化体系中形成交叉的凝胶网络,其中植物油乳化体系经过高速均质后植物油在乳化剂的作用下形成大小不一的脂肪颗粒分散在整个体系中,这些脂肪颗粒被固定在黄原胶和瓜尔胶形成的相互交叉凝胶网络中,阻碍了脂肪颗粒之间的聚集,同时瓜尔胶和黄原胶的高添加量,使体系粘度增加,网络结构增强,脂肪颗粒更加不容易破乳发生聚集,从而提高了乳霜沐浴露的稳定性。
(2)本发明提供的乳霜沐浴露采用了二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物,其为双歧杆菌培养灭活及分解得到代谢产物、细胞质片段、细胞壁组分及多糖复合体,具有很强的抗免疫抑制活性并能促进DNA修复,其可以加强角质层的代谢,具有美白、抗衰老的功能,其中富含的营养物质,有滋养皮肤的功能,同时还能捕获自由基,抑制脂质的过氧化,即能抑制乳霜沐浴露中天然植物油的氧化分解。
(3)本发明采用生育酚、茶多酚棕榈酸酯、脂溶性迷迭香提取物作为抗氧化剂,均为天然脂溶性抗氧化剂,安全性高且环保,并无人工合成抗氧化剂如BHA、BHT、TBHQ的安全隐患,对高植物油含量的乳霜沐浴露具有很好的抗氧化效果。
(4)在优选方案中,本发明将乳霜沐浴露制备成富氢乳霜沐浴露,氢气是一种新型的具有抗氧化的气体分子,氢分子微溶于乳霜沐浴露中,其还原性能够清除周围过量的自由基,提高乳霜沐浴露的氧化稳定性。其中,在标准条件下,氢气在纯水中的溶解度为1.83%,氢气在本发明的乳霜沐浴露中的溶解度是小于1.83%,同时乳霜沐浴露的含氧量也是极其微小,且存储温度一般为常温避光保存,这种条件距离氢气与氧气发生反应的条件(氢气是一种极易燃的气体在空气中的体积分数为4%至75%时,在热、日光或火花的刺激下易引爆)相差甚远,因此在乳霜沐浴露中氢气与氧气不发生反应,将氢气应用于乳霜沐浴露中的安全性是得到保障的。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。如无特别说明,本发明中所有原料和试剂均为市购常规的原料、试剂。实施例中各组分的用量以质量体积%计,g、mL。
实施例1
S1、常温下按质量百分数称取各组分;
S2、将4%乳木果油于60℃融化;将8%橄榄油、4%椰子油、4%太阳花油与融化的乳木果油充分混合,同时升温至40℃,继续加入0.5%茶多酚棕榈酸酯,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将6%椰油酰胺MEA、9%鼠李糖脂、3%月桂酰两性乙酸钠加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将0.1%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、1%瓜尔胶、1%黄原胶、3%氯化钠加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质2min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.1%苯甲醇、0.1%芳香植物油,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至7,得到乳霜沐浴露。
实施例2
S1、常温下按质量百分数称取各组分;
S2、将8%乳木果油于60℃融化;将6%橄榄油、5%椰子油、6%太阳花油与融化的乳木果油充分混合,同时升温至50℃,继续加入1%生育酚、1%茶多酚棕榈酸酯、1%脂溶性迷迭香提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将10%烷基糖苷椰油酰、8%两性基二乙酸二钠、7%十三烷醇聚醚硫酸钠加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将1%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、0.7%瓜尔胶、0.3%黄原胶、0.5%氯化镁加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.5%苯甲醇、0.5%乙基己基甘油、1%芳香植物油,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至5.5,得到乳霜沐浴露。
实施例3
S1、常温下按质量百分数称取各组分;
S2、将5%乳木果油于60℃融化;将5%橄榄油、5%椰子油、5%太阳花油与融化的乳木果油充分混合,同时升温至45℃,继续加入0.5%生育酚、1.5%茶多酚棕榈酸酯、0.5%脂溶性迷迭香提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将3%椰油酰胺MEA、6%月桂酰两性乙酸钠、9%十三烷醇聚醚硫酸钠加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将0.5%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、0.8%瓜尔胶、0.8%黄原胶、2.2%氯化钠加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.5%苯甲醇、0.2%乙基己基甘油、0.5%芳香植物油,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至6.5,得到乳霜沐浴露。
实施例4
S1、常温下按质量百分数称取各组分;
S2、将6%乳木果油于70℃融化;将8%橄榄油、4%椰子油、4%太阳花油与融化的乳木果油充分混合,同时升温至50℃,继续加入0.5%茶多酚棕榈酸酯、 1.5%脂溶性迷迭香提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将5%鼠李糖脂、10%椰油酰胺MEA、7%椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将2%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、0.6%瓜尔胶、0.9%黄原胶、1%氯化钠加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.3%苯甲醇、0.2%乙基己基甘油、0.7%芳香植物油,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至6,得到乳霜沐浴露。
实施例5
S1、常温下按质量百分数称取各组分;
S2、将5%乳木果油于60℃融化;将5%橄榄油、5%椰子油、5%太阳花油与融化的乳木果油充分混合,同时升温至45℃,继续加入0.5%生育酚、1.5%茶多酚棕榈酸酯、0.5%脂溶性迷迭香提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将3%椰油酰胺MEA、6%月桂酰两性乙酸钠、9%十三烷醇聚醚硫酸钠加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将0.5%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、0.8%瓜尔胶、0.8%黄原胶、2.2%氯化钠加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.5%苯甲醇、0.2%乙基己基甘油、0.5%芳香植物油,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至6.5,得到乳霜沐浴露。
S6、在真空条件下,将S5步骤得到乳霜沐浴露注入氢气,搅拌均匀后密封灌装。

S3、将1%椰油酰胺MEA、9%月桂酰两性乙酸钠、20%十三烷醇聚醚硫酸钠加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将0.5%瓜尔胶、2%氯化钠加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.5%苯甲醇、0.2%乙基己基甘油,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至6.5,得到乳霜沐浴露。
将实施例1-4以及对比例1的样品在在制备的第二天及45℃的恒温下储存30、 90天后,对乳霜沐浴露的稳定性、外观、进行分析。结果如表1、表2所示。

如表1试验结果可见,在乳霜沐浴露稳定性的加速试验中,不管是实施例还是对比例在30天的测试中均能保持乳霜的稳定性,没有明显区别,但是经过90 天的测试后,对比例1(含油量15%,表面活性剂含量30%、0.5%瓜尔胶)在45℃条件下出现了明显的油相分层,实施例1、3、5为本发明提供的较好实施例,能够持续保持乳霜的稳定性,实施例2(含油量25%)和实施例4(24%)乳霜保持稳定均一,但是乳霜表面出现了油光,可见本发明提供的乳霜沐浴露能够保持长期的稳定性,但当含油量在24%以上时应该避免高温,需在阴凉处保存,可延长乳霜沐浴露的货架期,而对比例1在含油量只有15%,表面活性剂含量30%的比例下依旧显示出了油相分层,可见乳化稳定剂的浓度对乳霜沐浴露的稳定性有显著影响。
称取实施例1-5以及对比例1的样品各100g置于63℃±1℃的培养箱中,分别在第15、30天检测各个样品的过氧化值,具体结果如表2。

由表2数据可看出,与对比例1添加了人工合成抗氧化剂BHT相比,本发明采用的天然抗氧化剂,同样能够保持良好的氧化稳定性,甚至在特定比例的复合天然抗氧化剂的作用下,表现出了比人工合成抗氧化剂BHT更好的抗氧作用,且更安全环保,可降解,显示出优良的特性,同时在乳霜沐浴露充入氢气能够使其氧化稳定性进一步提高,与其他实施例和对比例相比有显著区别。
上述实施例为本发明探索的最优实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于,以质量百分数计,包括以下组分:18-25%植物油、0.1-2%二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、18-25%表面活性剂、0.5-3%抗氧化剂、0.5-3%增稠剂、1-2%乳化稳定剂、0.1-1%防腐剂、0.1-1%香精、pH调节剂适量、余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为非离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂的复配表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述非离子型表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺MEA中的至少一种;所述两性表面活性剂包括月桂酰两性乙酸钠、椰油酰两性基二乙酸二钠中的至少一种;所述的阴离子表面活性剂为鼠李糖脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述乳化稳定剂包括瓜儿胶、黄原胶中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂包括生育酚、茶多酚棕榈酸酯、脂溶性迷迭香提取物中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为无机盐,包括氯化钠、氯化镁中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述pH调节剂包括柠檬酸、乳酸、苹果酸中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述防腐剂包括苯甲醇、乙基己基甘油中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的乳霜沐浴露,其特征在于:所述香精为芳香植物提取物。
10.根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的乳霜沐浴露的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、常温下按比例称取各组分;
S2、将植物油加入抗氧化剂搅拌均匀,得到混合液A待用;
S3、将表面活性剂加入适量的水中,充分搅拌溶解,得到混合液B;
S4、将二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞物、乳化稳定剂、增稠剂加入余下的水中,搅拌分散溶胀得到混合液C;
S5、将混合液A加入混合液B中,搅拌均匀后,均质2-3min,继续加入混合液C,搅拌均匀,然后加入防腐剂、香精,搅拌均匀,然后用pH调节剂调节pH至5.5-7,得到乳霜沐浴露。
