the front adjusting screw rod 36 is connected with a front adjusting shaft 32 through a bevel gear set, and the front adjusting shaft 32 is rotationally connected with the main adjusting plate 3; the rear end of the front adjusting shaft 32 is connected with a front adjusting vertical shaft 33 through a bevel gear set, the front adjusting vertical shaft 33 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the main adjusting plate 3, and the bottom end of the front adjusting vertical shaft 33 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a front adjusting prism 34;
the rear side of the backup plate 2 is rotatably connected with a front adjusting shaft sleeve 35, and the front adjusting prism 34 is connected in the center of the front adjusting shaft sleeve 35 in a sliding manner; the front adjusting shaft sleeve 35 is connected with a control mechanism through a bevel gear set, and the control mechanism is fixedly connected to the front part of the right side of the backup plate 2.

the bottom end of the separation screw 44 is connected with a first gear shaft 48 through a telescopic universal joint 47, the first gear shaft 48 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the backup plate 2, the first gear shaft 48 is connected with a second gear shaft 49 in a meshing manner, the second gear shaft 49 is connected with a separation shaft 50 through a bevel gear set, and the separation shaft 50 and the second gear shaft 49 are both rotatably connected to the rear side of the backup plate 2; the separating shaft 50 is connected with a control mechanism through a bevel gear set, and the control mechanism is fixedly connected to the front part of the right side of the backup plate 2.

As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the control mechanism includes a driving box 16 fixedly connected with the backup plate 2, a driving shaft 15 is rotatably connected to the center of the driving box 16, a reversing shaft 18 is connected to the front side of the driving shaft 15 through a bevel gear set, and the reversing shaft 18 is rotatably connected to the front part of the inner side of the driving box 16; the tail end of the reversing shaft 18 extends out of the driving box 16 and is coaxially and fixedly connected with a driving rotating wheel 17.
The three control mechanisms have the same function and are respectively used for providing power for a shaft connected with the three control mechanisms to rotate, and the three control mechanisms are respectively positioned at the left part and the right part of the front side of the backup plate 2, so that the control of a patient is facilitated, and the ear plate 6 of the device is adjusted to a proper position.
As shown in fig. 9-10, the upper portion of the rear side of the main adjusting plate 3 is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, and the center of the top of the mounting plate is fixedly connected with a massage motor 22; a half gear 23 is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft of the massage motor 22, a front gear shaft 28 and a rear gear shaft 24 are respectively and rotatably connected to the upper parts of the mounting plates on the left side and the right side of the half gear 23, and the rotating shaft of the massage motor 22 rotates to form a structure that the half gear 23 is sequentially meshed with the front gear shaft 28, the rear gear shaft 28 and the vertical gear shaft 24;
the vertical shift gear shaft 24 is connected with a worm 25 through a bevel gear set, the worm 25 is connected with a worm wheel 26 in a meshed mode, and the worm wheel 26 and the worm 25 are both connected to the top of the mounting plate in a rotating mode; the worm wheel 26 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a vertical moving swing disc 27, and the non-circle center position of the end surface of the vertical moving swing disc 27 is rotatably connected with a vertical moving swing rod 40; the tail end of the vertical moving swing rod 40 is hinged with a vertical moving plate 19, the center of the rear side of the main adjusting plate 3 is fixedly connected with two vertical guide shafts 20, and the vertical moving plate 19 is connected with the two vertical guide shafts 20 in a sliding manner;
the rear end of the front gear shaft 28 and the rear gear shaft 28 are connected with a vertical arris shaft 29 through a bevel gear set, the vertical arris shaft 29 is rotatably connected with the mounting plate, and the periphery of the vertical arris shaft 29 is slidably connected with a front swinging plate 30 and a rear swinging plate 30 which can move up and down; the non-circle center position of the bottom end surface of the front and rear swinging disks 30 is rotatably connected with a front and rear swinging rod 31, and the tail end of the front and rear swinging rod 31 is hinged with the massage plate 4; a plurality of front and rear guide plates 21 are fixedly connected to the upper portion of the rear side of the vertical moving plate 19, and the massage plate 4 is slidably connected with the front and rear guide plates 21.
The principle of the alternate up-down and front-back reciprocating motion of the massage plate 4 is as follows:
by operating the massage motor 22, the half gear 23 is sequentially meshed with the front and rear gear shafts 28 and the vertical shift gear shaft 24, when the half gear 23 drives the vertical shift gear shaft 24 to rotate, the vertical shift swinging disk 27 rotates through the transmission of the worm gear pair, the vertical shift swinging disk 27, the vertical shift swinging rod 40 and the vertical shift plate 19 form a crank-slider mechanism, so that the vertical reciprocating motion of the vertical shift plate 19 can be realized, and the vertical reciprocating motion of the massage plate 4 can be realized because the massage plate 4 and the vertical shift plate 19 are kept synchronous in the vertical position (the front and rear guide plates 21 exist).
When the half gear 23 drives the front and rear gear shafts 28 to rotate, the front and rear gear shafts 28 drive the vertical prism shaft 29 to rotate through the bevel gear set, the vertical prism shaft 29 can drive the front and rear swinging plates 30 which are connected with the vertical prism shaft in a sliding way to rotate horizontally (the sliding connection has the function of enabling the vertical movement of the massage plate 4 not to interfere the horizontal rotation of the front and rear swinging plates 30), and the front and rear swinging plates 30, the front and rear swinging rods 31 and the massage plate 4 form a crank sliding mechanism, so that the front and rear reciprocating movement of the massage plate 4 can be realized.

a vibration motor 53 is fixedly connected to the lower part of the front side of the massage plate 4, a rotating shaft of the vibration motor 53 is connected with a small gear 54 through a bevel gear set, the small gear 54 is rotatably connected with the massage plate 4, the small gear 54 is engaged with a large gear 55, and the large gear 55 is rotatably connected to the lower part of the rear side of the massage plate 4; a middle gear 56 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the rear side of the large gear 55, the left side and the right side of the middle gear 56 are respectively connected with a vibration gear 57 in a meshing manner, and the vibration gears 57 are rotatably connected to the rear side of the massage plate 4; the vibration gears 57 are respectively and fixedly connected with partial gears 58 in a coaxial manner; the large gear 55 rotates to form a structure that the left and right partial gears 58 are sequentially meshed with the bidirectional rack 52.
The vibrating plate 42 is connected with the massage plate 4 in a sliding manner, the vibrating plate 42 can drive the U plate 5 and the ear plate 6 thereon to vibrate up and down, the bottom clamping piece 11 is matched to clamp the earlobe of the patient, so that the earlobe of the patient can be kneaded up and down in a reciprocating manner, and the vibrating plate 42 has the vibration principle as follows:
the rotation of the vibration motor 53 drives the pinion 54 to rotate through the bevel gear set, the pitch circle radius of the large gear 55 is larger than that of the pinion 54, so that the middle gear 56 can rotate in a speed reduction manner, the middle gear 56 drives the vibration gears 57 on two sides to rotate in the same direction, so that the two partial gears 58 also rotate in the same direction, and the two partial gears 58 are respectively positioned on two sides of the bidirectional rack 52, so that the two partial gears 58 are alternately meshed with the bidirectional rack 52 to further realize the up-and-down reciprocating movement of the bidirectional rack 52.
It is worth mentioning that the vibrating spring 51 on the upper side and the lower side of the bidirectional rack 52 enables the ear plate 6 on the vibrating plate 42 not to pull the ear lobe of the patient strongly, but to be relatively relaxed, so that the use comfort of the patient is improved, and the massage experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 13-17, an insert ear motor 59 is fixedly connected to the rear center of the vibrating plate 42, a lower bushing 60 is connected to a rotating shaft of the insert ear motor 59 through a bevel gear set, a lower gear 61 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the outer periphery of the lower bushing 60, an upper gear 62 is engaged and connected to the lower gear 61, and an upper bushing 63 is coaxially and fixedly connected to the upper gear 62; the upper shaft sleeve 63 and the lower shaft sleeve 60 are both rotatably connected to the rear side of the vibration plate 42;
the front sides of the U plates 5 on the left side and the right side are respectively and rotatably connected with front shafts 64, and the front shafts 64 are respectively connected with side shafts 65 through bevel gear sets; the side shafts 65 are rotatably connected to the side ends of the U plate 5; the rear end of the left side shaft 65 is connected with a rear shaft 66 through a bevel gear set, the rear shaft 66 is rotatably connected to the rear side of the left U plate 5, the rear shaft 66 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rear prism shaft 67, and the rear prism shaft 67 is in sliding connection with the lower shaft sleeve 60;
the rear end of the right side shaft 65 is connected with a rear second shaft 68 through a bevel gear set, the periphery of the rear second shaft 68 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a third gear 69, the third gear 69 is in meshing connection with a fourth gear 70, the fourth gear 70 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rear third shaft 71, and the rear third shaft 71 and the rear second shaft 68 are both rotatably connected to the rear side of the right U plate 5; the rear triaxial 71 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a prism rod, and the prism rod is in sliding connection with the upper shaft sleeve 63.
The lower shaft sleeve 60 and the upper shaft sleeve 63 can be driven to rotate reversely by the rotation of the lug inserting motor 59, so that the rear prism shaft 67 and the prism rod which are connected in the lower shaft sleeve 60 and the upper shaft sleeve 63 in a sliding way can rotate, and further the rear shaft 66 and the rear triaxial 71 can be driven to rotate respectively, the rear triaxial 71 can drive the rear second shaft 68 to rotate through a gear set, the rear second shaft 68 and the rear shaft 66 can drive the side shafts 65 to rotate respectively through a bevel gear set, and the side shafts 65 drive the front shaft 64 to rotate respectively through the bevel gear set.
As shown in fig. 17 to 18, the front shafts 64 are respectively connected with the trunnion shafts 72 through bevel gear sets, and the trunnion shafts 72 are respectively rotatably connected to the front sides of the corresponding U plates 5; the insert lugs 72 are respectively coaxially and fixedly connected with insert lug swinging discs 73, and the non-circle center positions of the rear end surfaces of the insert lug swinging discs 73 are respectively provided with insert lug guide pillars 77;
the inserting blocks 8 are respectively connected with the corresponding ear plates 6 in a sliding manner, the outer ends of the inserting blocks 8 are respectively fixedly connected with connecting plates 75, the tail ends of the connecting plates 75 are respectively fixedly connected with inserting ear guide discs 74, the rear end surfaces of the inserting ear guide discs 74 are provided with special-shaped grooves 76, and the inserting ear guide pillars 77 are connected in the special-shaped grooves 76 in a sliding manner; the special-shaped groove 76 comprises a vertical side groove, and one side of the side groove close to the ear plate 6 is communicated with an arc-shaped arc groove.
When the front shaft 64 rotates along with the insertion shaft 72 through the bevel gear set, the insertion lug swinging disc 73 rotates circumferentially, and the insertion lug guide post 77 on the insertion lug swinging disc 73 drives the insertion block 8 to reciprocate left and right through the special-shaped groove 76 (deformation of the slider-crank mechanism).
It should be noted that, because of the above-mentioned shape of the special-shaped groove 76, and the radius of gyration of the arc groove is the same as the radius of gyration of the insert ear guide post 77, when the insert ear guide post 77 moves in the special-shaped groove 76, the insert block 8 does not move (keeps the state of being inserted in the ear), when the insert ear guide post 77 moves to the side groove, the insert ear guide post 8 can be reset after moving out (realizes one-time insert ear operation), thus realizing insert ear massage to the patient and promoting blood circulation of the inner ear.
As shown in fig. 18-19, a screw hole is formed at one end of the insertion block 8, which is close to each other, and the hidden blocks 9 are respectively connected in the screw hole by screw threads;
the lower parts of the adjacent sides of the ear plates 6 are respectively provided with a hidden groove, and the bottom clamping piece 11 is positioned in the hidden grooves; the outer end of the bottom clamping piece 11 is fixedly connected with a clamping lug guide rod 78 and a clamping lug screw rod 79, and the clamping lug guide rod 78 and the clamping lug screw rod 79 are both connected with the corresponding ear plates 6 in a sliding manner; the ear clamping guide rod 78 and the ear clamping screw rod 79 penetrate through the ear plate 6 and are sleeved with an ear clamping spring 82, the outer sides of the ear clamping guide rod 78 and the ear clamping screw rod 79 are sleeved with an ear clamping pressing sheet 81, and the tail end of the ear clamping screw rod 79 is in threaded connection with an ear clamping nut 80;
a plurality of arc-shaped bulges 7 made of arc-shaped silica gel are uniformly arranged on the end surface of one side, close to each other, of each ear plate 6 along the circumference; and the edge of the end face of one side, close to each other, of each ear plate 6 is provided with an annular protective ring made of silica gel.
When massage is carried out on the front and back and the upper and lower parts of the auricle, the hidden block 9 is rotated, so that the hidden block 9 and the inserting column 10 arranged on the hidden block are hidden in the inserting block 8, the auricle of a patient is stirred through the arc bulge 7 and the protective ring, the auricle massage is realized, and the auricle massage is comfortable and safe.
