at this time, the second servo motor 241 is started to rotate, the second servo motor 241 drives the driving gear 247 to rotate, the rotating shaft 243 rotates between the two mounting plates 242 through the meshing relationship between the driving gear 247 and the rotating gear 248, so as to drive the swinging rod 244 to swing downwards, further the roller 246 is contacted with the ground, and at this time, the second servo motor 241 is stopped;
the electric hydraulic cylinder 235 is started again to push the sliding sleeve 236 on the connecting plate 237 upwards, the supporting rod 27 is limited by the cylinder sleeve 238, so as to drive the winding disc 22 to rise upwards and not to contact with the ground, then the supporting component 23 is pushed to move the winding device 2 through the roller 246, the control cable is inserted into the fixing hole 28 and is pulled downwards, then the first servo motor 26 is started, the supporting rod 27 is driven to rotate inside the cylinder sleeve 238, so as to drive the winding disc 22 to rotate, and therefore the control cable is wound.

the cable (11) comprises a conductor (111), an inner mica fire-resistant layer (112) is arranged on the outer surface of the conductor (111), an inner flame-retardant belting layer (113) is arranged on the outer surface of the inner mica fire-resistant layer (112), and an insulating layer (114) is arranged on the outer surface of the inner flame-retardant belting layer (113);
the preparation method of the control cable comprises the following steps:

step three: filling a water-blocking filling layer (12) in a stranded cable (11), winding a water-blocking belting layer (13) on the outer surface of the water-blocking filling layer (12), then wrapping a waterproof isolating layer (14) on the outer surface of the water-blocking belting layer (13), then sleeving an outer mica fire-resistant layer (15) on the outer surface of the waterproof isolating layer (14), winding an outer flame-retardant belting layer (16) on the outer surface of the outer mica fire-resistant layer (15), then wrapping an oxygen-isolating layer (17) on the outer surface of the outer flame-retardant belting layer (16), and finally wrapping an outer sheath (18) on the outer surface of the oxygen-isolating layer (17), thereby obtaining the control cable;
step four: and fixing the produced control cable on the winding device (2), and winding the control cable.

The environment-friendly termite/mouse-proof, waterproof, flame-retardant and fire-resistant control cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the winding device (2) comprises two support plates (21) and a winding disc (22), one side of the top of the support plate (21) is provided with a support component (23), and the other side of the top of the support component (23) is provided with a roller component (24);
