With further reference to fig. 5, the present disclosure provides a delivery system, as shown in fig. 5, including a middlebox server and a site terminal device, wherein the middlebox server is configured to perform the delivery method shown above. And the station terminal equipment is used for receiving the to-be-picked goods information selected by the sender and sent by the middle platform server, sending the to-be-picked goods information selected by the sender to the goods inspection device based on a preset goods inspection mode of the station, responding to the received goods inspection result fed back by the goods inspection device, sending the goods inspection result to the middle platform server, and enabling the goods inspection result to be used for representing whether the to-be-picked goods information is inspected or not. The goods inspection device may be various devices for picking up goods and confirmation, such as a receipt printer, a bargun, etc. As an example, the middling station server sends information of goods to be picked up selected by a goods picker to the station terminal equipment, the station terminal equipment sends the information of the goods to be picked up selected by a sender to the receipt printer according to a preset receipt printer goods checking mode of the station, the receipt printer generates a goods information list aiming at the information of the goods to be picked up selected by the sender, a station worker or a station robot picks up and confirms the goods according to the generated goods information list, and after all goods are checked, the checking result is fed back to the middling station server.
In the system, the station terminal equipment is also used for receiving the goods-taking person identity information sent by the middle platform server, matching the goods-taking person identity information, extracting the goods information to be taken corresponding to the goods-taking person identity information and forwarding the goods information to the middle platform server.
In the system, the station terminal equipment is also used for adding the checked information of the goods to be picked to a pre-created queue of the goods to be picked according to the order of picking sequence. The checked information of the goods to be picked is added to the pre-established queue of the goods to be picked according to the order of the goods to be picked, so that the work of the station is more orderly, and compared with the situation that the goods are picked in a queue, the experience of a user is better.
In the system, the station terminal equipment is also used for carrying out connection test of the goods inspection device based on a goods inspection mode preset by the station, responding to the successful connection of the goods inspection device and sending the information of goods to be picked selected by the sender to the goods inspection device. The process that the goods inspection device is connected and the goods to be picked are inspected is confirmed according to the preset goods inspection mode, so that the goods picked by the user are ensured to be accurate.
With further reference to fig. 6, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of a goods picking device, which corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, and which is particularly applicable to various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 6, the pickup device 600 of the present embodiment includes: analysis section 601, transfer section 602, and transmission/reception section 603. The analysis unit 601 is configured to, in response to receiving a pickup request sent by a sender, analyze the pickup request to obtain the identification information of a pickup person indicated by the pickup request and the identification information of a site where the goods to be picked are stored; the forwarding unit 602 is configured to forward the identity information of the carrier to the site, and in response to receiving a selection operation of at least one item information in the to-be-carried item information by the sender, forward the item information indicated by the selection operation to the site; the transceiver 603 is configured to receive the information of the goods to be picked up, which is sent by the station and matches with the information of the identity of the person picking up the goods, and forward the information to the sender of the request for picking up the goods, where the information of the goods to be picked up is used to indicate the information of the goods of at least one goods stored in the station and picked up by the sender to be picked up.
In this embodiment, the transceiver 603 of the goods picking device 600 is further configured to receive and forward to the site the extraction information set by the sender and matching with the goods information indicated by the selecting operation, where the extraction information at least includes the extraction time.
In this embodiment, the parsing unit 601 includes a voice extracting module 611 and a voice parsing module 612, where the voice extracting module 611 is configured to perform content parsing on voice information in response to receiving a pickup request sent by a sender, and extract a keyword of the voice information; the voice parsing module 612 is configured to obtain the identity information of the goods-picking person and the identity information of the site where the goods to be picked are stored, based on the matching relationship between the keyword and the preset goods-picking word set.
Referring now to FIG. 7, a block diagram of an electronic device (e.g., the midrange server of FIG. 1) 700 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a fixed terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The middlebox server shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, electronic device 700 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 701 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)702 or a program loaded from storage 708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 703. In the RAM703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 700 are also stored. The processing device 701, the ROM 702, and the RAM703 are connected to each other by a bus 704. An input/output (I/O) interface 705 is also connected to bus 704.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 705: input devices 706 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; an output device 707 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 708 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 709. The communication means 709 may allow the electronic device 700 to communicate wirelessly or by wire with other devices to exchange data. While fig. 7 illustrates an electronic device 700 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided. Each block shown in fig. 7 may represent one device or may represent multiple devices as desired.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 709, or may be installed from the storage means 708, or may be installed from the ROM 702. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 701, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the disclosure, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In embodiments of the present disclosure, however, a computer readable signal medium may comprise a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (radio frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the electronic device; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the electronic device, cause the electronic device to: in response to receiving a goods picking request sent by a sender, analyzing the goods picking request to obtain the identity information of a goods picker indicated by the goods picking request and the identity information of a site where goods to be picked are stored; forwarding the identity information of the goods-taking person to a station; receiving to-be-picked goods information which is sent by the site and matched with the person identity information of the picking person and forwarding the to-be-picked goods information to a sender of the picking request, wherein the to-be-picked goods information is used for indicating the goods information of at least one goods which is stored in the site and extracted by the to-be-picked sender; and in response to receiving the selection operation of at least one item information in the to-be-picked item information of the sender, forwarding the item information indicated by the selection operation to the site.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a parsing unit, a forwarding unit, and a transceiving unit. The names of these units do not constitute a limitation to the unit itself in some cases, and for example, the resolving unit may also be described as a "unit that, in response to receiving a pickup request sent by a sender, resolves the pickup request to obtain the identification information of the pickup indicated by the pickup request and the identification information of the site where the items to be picked up are stored".
The foregoing description is only exemplary of the preferred embodiments of the disclosure and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the embodiments of the present disclosure is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is made without departing from the inventive concept as defined above. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) technical features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.

Claims (14)

1. A method of picking up goods, comprising:
in response to receiving a goods picking request sent by a sender, analyzing the goods picking request to obtain the identity information of a goods picker indicated by the goods picking request and the identity information of a site where goods to be picked are stored;
forwarding the identity information of the goods deliverer to the site;
receiving to-be-picked goods information which is sent by the site and matched with the part information of the goods picking person and forwarding the to-be-picked goods information to a sender of the goods picking request, wherein the to-be-picked goods information is used for indicating the goods information of at least one goods which is stored in the site and is to be picked by the sender;
and in response to receiving a selection operation of the sender on at least one item information in the to-be-picked item information, forwarding the item information indicated by the selection operation to the site.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the pick request is generated by the sender by:
scanning a two-dimensional code, wherein the two-dimensional code comprises preset address information of an identity information acquisition website;
and responding to the received goods picking person identity information input in the webpage corresponding to the identity information acquisition website and the identity information of the site where the goods to be picked are stored to generate the goods picking request.
3. The method of picking items according to claim 1, the method further comprising:
and receiving extraction information which is set by the sender and matched with the goods information indicated by the selection operation, and forwarding the extraction information to the site, wherein the extraction information at least comprises extraction time.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the delivery request comprises voice information, and the analyzing the delivery request to obtain the identification information of the delivery person indicated by the delivery request and the identification information of the site where the to-be-delivered goods are stored in response to receiving the delivery request sent by the sender comprises:
in response to receiving a goods picking request sent by a sender, analyzing the content of the voice information and extracting keywords of the voice information;
and acquiring the identity information of the goods picking person and the identity information of the site where the goods to be picked are stored based on the matching relation between the keyword and a preset goods picking word set.
5. A pick-up system comprising: the middle server, wherein,
the middlebox server is used for executing the goods picking method according to any one of claims 1-4.
6. The pickup system of claim 5, wherein the pickup system further comprises a site terminal device;
the station terminal equipment is used for receiving the goods information to be picked selected by the sender and sent by the middle platform server, sending the goods information to be picked selected by the sender to a goods checking device based on a goods checking mode preset by the station, responding to receiving a goods checking result fed back by the goods checking device, sending the goods checking result to the middle platform server, and representing whether the goods information to be picked is checked or not.
7. The goods picking system of claim 6, wherein the site terminal device is further configured to receive the person identification information of the goods picker sent by the middling server, match the person identification information of the goods picker, extract the information of the goods to be picked corresponding to the person identification information of the goods picker, and forward the information to the middling server.
8. The pick-up system of claim 6, wherein the site terminal device is further configured to add the verified information of the items to be picked to the pre-created queue of items to be picked in pick-up sequencing.
9. The goods picking system of claim 6, wherein the station terminal device is further configured to perform a connection test of a goods inspection device based on the goods inspection mode preset by the station, and send the information of the goods to be picked selected by the sender to the goods inspection device in response to the successful connection of the goods inspection device.
10. A pick-up device comprising:
the goods picking device comprises an analyzing unit, a sending unit and a receiving unit, wherein the analyzing unit is configured to respond to a goods picking request sent by a sender, and analyze the goods picking request to obtain the identity information of a goods picker indicated by the goods picking request and the identity information of a station where goods to be picked are stored;
the forwarding unit is configured to forward the identity information of the goods deliverer to the site, and in response to receiving a selection operation of the sender on at least one piece of goods information in the goods information to be delivered, forward the goods information indicated by the selection operation to the site;
and the receiving and sending unit is configured to receive the information of the goods to be picked up, which is sent by the station and matched with the identity information of the goods picking up person, and forward the information to the sender of the goods picking up request, wherein the information of the goods to be picked up is used for indicating the information of the goods of at least one goods stored in the station and to be picked up by the sender.
11. The pickup device according to claim 10, wherein the transceiver unit is further configured to receive and forward to the site extracted information set by the sender and matching the item information indicated by the picking operation, wherein the extracted information includes at least an extraction time.
12. The pickup device of claim 10, wherein the parsing unit comprises:
the voice extraction module is configured to respond to the received goods picking request sent by the sender, perform content analysis on the voice information and extract key words of the voice information;
and the voice analysis module is configured to acquire the identity information of the goods picking persons and the identity information of the sites where the goods to be picked are stored based on the matching relation between the keyword and a preset goods picking word set.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-4.
14. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any one of claims 1-4.
