Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a noise reduction control method for a multi-split air conditioner indoor unit according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 1, the noise reduction control method for the multi-split air conditioner indoor unit includes the following steps:
step S101, when the unit runs, determining the starting ratio of the current indoor unit, and acquiring the system high voltage of the current unit;
and S102, controlling the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current high pressure of the unit system.
Specifically, the multi-split air conditioner may be a multi-split air conditioner with one split or multiple split, and when the multi-split air conditioner is operated, not all indoor units may be operated simultaneously, only some indoor units may be operated while other indoor units are in an inoperative state. When the multi-split air conditioning system operates, in order to avoid the accumulation of the refrigerant, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit in the non-operation state is controlled to keep a certain opening degree, so that the refrigerant participates in the circulation of the system. In this case, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit that is not operating may receive the impact of the refrigerant, and noise may be generated by the impact of the refrigerant. Because the indoor set is generally installed in the indoor side, is nearer to the human body, behind the indoor set noise production that does not operate, can bring noise pollution for customer's house life, produce not good influence to user's use experience, probably cause user complaint.
Therefore, according to the scheme, when the operation of the multi-split air conditioner is detected, the current starting ratio of the indoor unit is determined, the current unit system high pressure is obtained, and then the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which does not operate is controlled according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current unit system high pressure, so that the problem that the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which does not operate in the multi-split air conditioner generates noise under the impact of a refrigerant is solved, the noise pollution to the life of a user is avoided, and the use experience of the user is guaranteed.
For the high pressure of the unit system, the high pressure can be obtained by detecting the pressure of the high-temperature refrigerant supplied from the outlet of the compressor.
In an embodiment, for step S101, determining the current indoor unit startup ratio may include:
according to the following formula: and determining the current indoor unit starting ratio, wherein the indoor unit starting ratio is the total indoor unit starting capacity/the total outdoor unit starting capacity.
Specifically, during the operation of the multi-split air conditioner, it is possible to: some indoor units are in operation states, such as heating, refrigerating, dehumidifying, air supplying, standby and the like, and each operating indoor unit can operate in the same state or different states; the rest indoor units are in the non-running state and comprise: shutdown and standby. According to the scheme, the starting ratio of the indoor units is obtained through the total starting capacity of the indoor units and the total starting capacity of the outdoor units, wherein the total starting capacity of the indoor units is the sum of the refrigerating capacity and the heating capacity of each indoor unit in the running state, and the total starting capacity of the outdoor units is the sum of the refrigerating capacity and the heating capacity of each outdoor unit in the running state.
In one embodiment, the determining the current indoor unit startup ratio and acquiring the current unit system high voltage when the unit is running includes:
when the unit operates, the unit operation state is detected, and when the indoor unit operates in heating mode, the current indoor unit starting rate is determined, and the current unit system high voltage is obtained.
Specifically, when the indoor unit of the multi-split air-conditioning system operates in a heating mode, in order to avoid the accumulation of the refrigerant, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit in the non-operating state is controlled to keep a certain opening degree, so that the refrigerant participates in the circulation of the system. Because the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant coming out of the compressor is directly supplied to the indoor unit in heating operation in the heating state, if the indoor unit which is not in operation is closed in the heating state, the indoor unit in the non-operation state is also configured to be directly supplied with the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant coming out of the compressor, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is impacted by the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant, and the noise formed under the impact of the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant is more obvious.
In one embodiment, for step S102, the controlling the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit not in operation according to the current indoor unit startup ratio and the current unit system high pressure includes:
determining a target opening degree to which an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit which is not operated needs to be adjusted according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current high pressure of the unit system;
and adjusting the opening of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated according to the determined target opening.
Specifically, the target opening degree to which the opening degree needs to be adjusted is determined according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current unit system high pressure, and the target opening degree to which the adaptive opening degree needs to be adjusted is correspondingly obtained under the conditions of different current starting ratios of the indoor unit and the current unit system high pressure. After the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated is controlled and adjusted to the target opening degree, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated is impacted by the refrigerant, the generated noise can be effectively reduced, and a user can not feel the noise.
In one embodiment, the adjusting the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit that is not in operation according to the determined target opening degree further includes:
determining the opening adjustment amount of an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit which is not operated within each preset time length according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current high pressure of the unit system;
and according to the determined opening adjustment amount in each preset time, carrying out opening increasing adjustment on the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation.
Specifically, the opening adjustment amount within each preset time is determined according to the current indoor unit starting ratio and the current unit system high pressure by using the current indoor unit starting ratio and the current unit system high pressure, and the adaptive opening adjustment amount within each preset time is correspondingly obtained under the condition of different current indoor unit starting ratios and the current unit system high pressure, so that the fluctuation of the system can be better reduced in the adjustment process, and the unit can be favorably ensured to reach a stable state within the shortest time.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises:
and after the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated is adjusted to the target opening degree to be adjusted, controlling the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated to maintain the opening degree unchanged.
Specifically, after the target opening degree is adjusted, the target opening degree is maintained, so that the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is impacted by the refrigerant, the generated noise can be effectively reduced, and the user can not feel the noise. And determining a new target opening according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current high pressure of the unit system until the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and/or the current high pressure of the unit system are/is greatly changed.
In one embodiment, the determining, according to the current indoor unit startup ratio and the current unit system high pressure, a target opening degree to which an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit that is not in operation needs to be adjusted includes:
determining a target combination condition met by the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the high voltage of the current unit system according to a preset combination condition of the starting ratio of the indoor unit and the high voltage of the unit system under different conditions;
and determining the target opening degree to which the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated needs to be adjusted under the target combination condition according to the corresponding relation between each combination condition and the target opening degree.
Specifically, the preset combination conditions of the starting ratio of the indoor unit and the high voltage of the unit system under different conditions may be as follows: when the starting ratio x of the indoor unit is more than or equal to a set value A and the high pressure y of the unit system is more than or equal to a set value B, the first combination condition is set; when the starting ratio x of the indoor unit is less than the set value A and the high pressure y of the unit system is more than or equal to the set value B, the second combination condition is adopted; and when the starting ratio x of the indoor unit is more than or equal to the set value A and the high pressure y of the unit system is less than the set value B, the third combination condition is adopted. And according to the combination conditions under the three different conditions, determining which combination condition the current starting ratio a of the indoor unit and the current high voltage b of the unit system meet, namely determining a target combination condition.
The correspondence between each of the combination conditions and the target opening degree may be as follows: under the first combination condition, the corresponding target opening degree is C1; the corresponding target opening degree under the second combination condition is C2; in the third combination condition, the corresponding target opening degree is C3. According to the corresponding relation between each combination condition and the target opening degree, which target opening degree corresponds to the target combination condition satisfied by the starting ratio a of the current indoor unit and the high pressure b of the current unit system can be determined, and the target opening degree to which the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation needs to be adjusted is determined under the target combination condition.
Further, the determining an opening adjustment amount of an electronic expansion valve of an indoor unit which is not operated within each preset time period according to the current starting ratio of the indoor unit and the current high pressure of the unit system comprises:
and determining the opening degree adjustment quantity of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated in the target combination condition in each preset time according to the corresponding relation between each combination condition and the opening degree adjustment quantity in each preset time.
Specifically, the correspondence between each of the combination conditions and the opening degree adjustment amount per preset time period may be as follows: under the first combination condition, corresponding to the opening degree adjustment amount Δ c1 within every preset X seconds; the opening degree adjustment amount Δ c2 corresponding to every preset X seconds under the second combination condition; the third combination condition corresponds to the opening degree adjustment amount Δ c2 every preset X seconds.
According to the corresponding relation between each combination condition and the opening degree adjustment amount in each preset time length, which opening degree adjustment amount in each preset time length corresponds to the target combination condition met by the current starting ratio a of the indoor unit and the current high pressure b of the unit system can be determined, and the opening degree adjustment amount in each preset time length of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not operated under the target combination condition is taken as the opening degree adjustment amount in each preset time length.
The related example embodiments described above are further illustrated by specific example embodiments below.
Taking the case that when an indoor unit in a multi-split air-conditioning system runs to heat, the method triggers and executes the scheme of the application, when the multi-split air-conditioning system is normally started, the running state of the unit is detected, whether the unit has the indoor unit running in the heating state is judged, and if the unit has the indoor unit running in the heating state, the following control can be performed when the unit runs to heat:
determining the current starting ratio a of the indoor unit according to the starting operation conditions of the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, and synchronously detecting the high voltage b of the system at the moment:
if the starting ratio a of the current indoor unit is larger than or equal to a set value A, and the high pressure B of the current unit system is larger than or equal to a set value B, the impact of a refrigerant in the system on an electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is considered to be large, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is controlled to increase delta C1 within every preset X seconds until the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is increased to C1, and when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is increased to C1, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation maintains the current opening degree.
If the starting ratio a of the current indoor unit is less than the set value A, and the high pressure B of the current unit system is more than or equal to the set value B, the refrigerant in the system is considered to have large impact on the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is controlled to increase delta C2 within every preset X seconds until the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is increased to C2, and when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is increased to C2, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation maintains the current opening degree.
If the starting ratio a of the current indoor unit is more than or equal to a set value A, and the high pressure B of the current unit system is less than a set value B, the impact of a refrigerant in the system on the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is considered to be small, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is controlled to increase delta C3 within every preset X seconds until the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is increased to C3, and when the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is increased to C3, the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation maintains the current opening degree.
If the starting ratio a of the current indoor unit is less than the set value A and the high pressure B of the current unit system is less than the set value B, the impact of the refrigerant in the system on the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is basically not influenced, the generated noise is very small, the influence on a user is not caused, or the noise is not generated, and the current opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the indoor unit which is not in operation is maintained.
