(1) the noise generator is additionally arranged, so that the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner is increased;
(2) the presence of white noise superimposed with other sources has the risk of increasing the noise of the outdoor unit.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, it is an object of the present invention to provide an operation control method.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an operation control device.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
In order to achieve the above object, according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an operation control method including: the air conditioner enters a sleep mode, and enters a second time period of the sleep mode when an external control signal is not received in a first time period of the sleep mode; in the second time interval, controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the target temperature change trend corresponding to the sleep mode until the air conditioner enters the third time interval of the sleep mode; and in a third time interval, detecting that the running state meets the sleep control condition, and controlling to reduce the rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
In the technical scheme, the air conditioner is started and enters a sleep mode, the sleep mode at least comprises three time periods, the control and the detection are based on different time periods and running states, after the first two time periods pass, in the third time period, if the running state is determined to meet the preset sleep control condition, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is controlled to be reduced, on one hand, the running noise of the outdoor unit is reduced by reducing the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, compared with the related art, the noise generator does not need to be additionally arranged, the noise reduction cost does not need to be increased, on the other hand, the running power consumption of the air conditioner is favorably reduced, and the control effect of the sleep mode is improved.
Among them, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the external control signal includes a control signal transmitted to the air conditioner through a wireless transmission link and/or a wired transmission link, and in particular, may be a control signal transmitted through a remote controller or a remote control terminal.
In the above technical solution, optionally, the method further includes: in the first period, if the external control signal is received, the first period is timed again from the moment of receiving the external control signal until the duration of the first period reaches the first period.
In the technical scheme, the first time period is used for detecting whether the user gradually enters a sleep state, if the air conditioner receives an external control signal, the user is still in a waking state at the moment, the first time period is used for measuring whether the user gradually enters the sleep state, if the air conditioner does not receive the external control signal within the first time period, the user can be considered to enter or be about to enter the sleep state, and at the moment, the air conditioner can be controlled to enter the second time period.
Wherein the first duration may be determined based on a statistical study of the duration of time required for one or more users to go to sleep from turning off lights.
Specifically, the first time length t1 is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to t1 and less than or equal to 120min, preferably 15-30 min.
In any one of the above technical solutions, optionally, the operation state includes a first state, the state parameter of the first state includes a room temperature and/or a room humidity, and the operation control method further includes: and if the duration of the first state is greater than or equal to the second duration, determining that the operation state meets the sleep control condition, wherein in the first state, the temperature difference between the room temperature and the target temperature is less than a temperature difference threshold, and/or the humidity difference between the room humidity and the target humidity is less than a humidity difference threshold.
In this solution, during the third period, the temperature of the room may be controlled based on the relationship between the room temperature and the target temperature, and/or a relationship between room humidity and target humidity, determining whether a sleep control condition is satisfied, to trigger the reduction of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, specifically, if the temperature difference between the room temperature and the target temperature is detected to be less than the temperature difference threshold value, and/or detecting that a humidity difference between the room humidity and the target humidity is less than a humidity difference threshold, and the duration of the above relationship is greater than or equal to the second duration, indicating that the room temperature of the air conditioner is close to the target temperature and the room humidity is close to the target humidity, and the variation range is small, at this moment, the current operation state can be regarded as the state that the current operation state meets the sleep control condition of the air conditioner, therefore, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is controlled to be reduced, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is not influenced while the outdoor noise is reduced.
The temperature difference threshold value indicates that the room temperature of the air conditioner is close to the target temperature, the temperature change amplitude is small, and the humidity difference threshold value indicates that the room humidity of the air conditioner is close to the target humidity, and the humidity change amplitude is small.
Optionally, the temperature difference threshold is less than or equal to 1 ℃, preferably-0.5 ℃, and the humidity threshold is less than or equal to 10%, preferably-5%.
And judging whether the air conditioner stably operates or not by combining the second time length and the temperature and humidity detection.
In any one of the above technical solutions, optionally, the operation state includes a second state, the state parameter of the second state includes an indoor fan rotation speed, and the operation control method further includes: and if the duration of the second state is greater than or equal to a third duration, determining that the running state meets the sleep control condition, wherein the second state is a mute wind state, or in the second state, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is less than or equal to a first rotating speed threshold.
Wherein, the maximum rotating speed of the indoor fan is recorded as R, the first rotating speed threshold value is recorded as rn, and then rn is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 20% R, preferably more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 5% R.
In the technical scheme, the state parameter can be a state parameter of an indoor fan, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is less than or equal to a first rotating speed threshold value, the duration time is greater than or equal to a third time, the current operation state meets the sleep control condition of the air conditioner, and the stable operation of the air conditioner under low power consumption is realized by respectively reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan and the rotating speed of the outdoor fan while reducing outdoor noise.
In addition, whether the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted downwards can be determined by detecting whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner enters a mute air state or not and whether the maintaining time in the state reaches a third time or not, and if the indoor unit enters the mute air state (mode), the rotating speed of the indoor fan is indicated to be low, so that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is triggered to be reduced.
The difference between the mute wind state and the indoor fan rotating speed is that the mute wind state is judged based on whether a mute wind mode operation instruction is obtained, and the indoor fan rotating speed needs to detect a specific rotating speed value.
The first rotating speed threshold value is a threshold value for judging whether the indoor fan runs at a low speed or not, and if the rotating speed of the indoor fan is lower than the threshold value, the indoor fan runs at the low speed.
And the judgment of whether the air conditioner stably operates can be realized by combining the third time with the detection of the operating state of the indoor fan.

Wherein the second time period is t2, t2 is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 60min, and preferably 10-30 min.
In any one of the above technical solutions, optionally, in a third period, if it is detected that the operating state meets the sleep control condition, the control is to reduce the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, and specifically includes: and in a third time interval, the running state meets the sleep control condition, and if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is detected to be reduced to the preset lower limit threshold, the preset lower limit threshold is reconfigured to adopt a second lower limit value to replace the current first lower limit value, wherein the second lower limit value is smaller than the first lower limit value.
In any one of the above technical solutions, optionally, the method further includes: and if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is detected to be reduced to the first lower limit value and the continuous operation time length is greater than or equal to the fourth time length, controlling to further reduce the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, wherein the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan is greater than or equal to the second lower limit value.
In the technical scheme, the lowest rotating speed of the outdoor fan under the normal working condition is limited by adopting a preset lower limit threshold, and under the sleep mode limited by the application, if the outdoor fan speed has dropped below a preset lower threshold (first lower limit), the lower limit of the outdoor fan speed may be reconfigured, with a smaller second lower limit replacing the first lower limit, so that when the outdoor fan needs to be further decelerated, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is further reduced, on one hand, the running requirement of the current limited sleep mode can be met, on the other hand, the running noise and the running power consumption are favorably further reduced, on the other hand, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be controlled and reduced, and simultaneously the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be reduced, on the basis of meeting the air conditioning of a room, the use experience of a user in the sleep mode is improved by reducing the air supply amount.
The lower limit threshold B is configured to have a relationship with a preset lower limit threshold A, wherein B is A B%, B is not less than 0% and not more than 50%, and preferably 15-25%.
Specifically, if it is detected that the outdoor fan operates for a time period greater than or equal to the fourth time period according to the first lower limit value, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan may be further reduced.
The fourth time period may be determined according to a sleep time period of the user, such as 3 h.
In any one of the above technical solutions, optionally, the method further includes: and if the sleep mode exits, adopting the first lower limit value to reconfigure the preset lower limit threshold value.
In the technical scheme, if the air conditioner exits the sleep mode, the first lower limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan prevents the air conditioner from running abnormally due to the fact that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is too low in other running modes, namely, the air conditioner is guaranteed to run normally in other running modes.
By adopting the scheme, the preset lower limit threshold of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is recovered as long as the sleep state is exited, namely the first lower limit value is adopted as the preset lower limit threshold again.
In any of the above technical solutions, optionally, the controlling, in the second period, the air conditioner to operate according to the target temperature variation trend corresponding to the sleep mode until the third period of the sleep mode includes: detecting the variation amplitude of the target temperature in the process of controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the variation trend of the target temperature; and if the detected variation amplitude is larger than or equal to the amplitude threshold value, determining to end the second time interval, and entering a third time interval to detect whether the running state meets the sleep control condition.
In the technical scheme, the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to a target temperature change trend corresponding to a sleep mode, wherein the target temperature change trend can be a fluctuation curve fluctuating along with time, on the fluctuation curve, if the change amplitude of the target temperature is detected to be larger than or equal to an amplitude threshold value, the fluctuation curve of the target temperature change trend is indicated to enter fluctuation tail sound, at the moment, the air conditioner can be controlled to enter a third time period, so that whether the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is controlled to be reduced or not is determined by further detecting the relation between the room temperature and the target temperature and the relation between the room humidity and the target humidity in the third time period, the rotating speed regulation reliability of the outdoor fan is ensured, and the stable operation of the air conditioner is further ensured.

The external control signal includes a control signal transmitted to the air conditioner via a wireless transmission link and/or a wired transmission link, and specifically, the external control signal may be a control signal transmitted via a remote controller or a remote control terminal.
And 204, controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the target temperature change trend corresponding to the sleep mode in the second time interval until the air conditioner enters the sleep mode in the third time interval.
Optionally, the control process of the air conditioner in the second time period is further limited, and step 204 specifically includes: detecting the variation amplitude of the target temperature in the process of controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the variation trend of the target temperature; and if the detected variation amplitude is larger than or equal to the amplitude threshold value, determining to end the second time interval, and entering a third time interval to detect whether the running state meets the sleep control condition.
In the embodiment, whether the third time interval is entered is determined by the variation difference of the target temperature values at different moments, if the variation difference of the target temperature values is detected to be larger than or equal to the amplitude threshold value, the second time interval is indicated to be ended by the operation state of the air conditioner in the sleep state, the third time interval can be entered, and by setting the amplitude threshold value, the duration of the sleep stage is controlled more accurately and the state that the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can operate with low power consumption is met.
Specifically, the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to a target temperature variation trend corresponding to the sleep mode, wherein the target temperature variation trend may be a fluctuation curve fluctuating along with time, and on the fluctuation curve, if the variation amplitude of the target temperature is detected to be greater than or equal to an amplitude threshold value, the fluctuation curve indicating the target temperature variation trend enters a fluctuation tail sound, and at this time, the air conditioner may be controlled to enter a third time period.
And determining whether to control and reduce the rotating speed of the outdoor fan or not by further detecting the relationship between the room temperature and the target temperature and the relationship between the room humidity and the target humidity in the third time period, so that the reliability of the rotating speed regulation of the outdoor fan is ensured, and the stable operation of the air conditioner is further ensured.
Wherein the amplitude threshold value is more than or equal to 0 ℃, preferably more than 0 ℃ and less than or equal to 5 ℃.
And step 206, in a third time interval, detecting that the running state meets the sleep control condition, and controlling to reduce the rotating speed of the outdoor fan.
Optionally, step 206 specifically includes: and in a third time interval, the running state meets the sleep control condition, and if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is detected to be reduced to the preset lower limit threshold, the preset lower limit threshold is reconfigured to adopt a second lower limit value to replace the current first lower limit value, wherein the second lower limit value is smaller than the first lower limit value.
In any of the above embodiments, optionally, further comprising: and if the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is detected to be reduced to the first lower limit value and the continuous operation time length is greater than or equal to the fourth time length, controlling to further reduce the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, wherein the reduced rotating speed of the outdoor fan is greater than or equal to the second lower limit value.
In this embodiment, a preset lower threshold is used to limit the minimum rotation speed of the outdoor fan under normal conditions, and in the sleep mode defined in this application, if the outdoor fan speed has dropped below a preset lower threshold (first lower limit), the lower limit of the outdoor fan speed may be reconfigured, with a smaller second lower limit replacing the first lower limit, so that when the outdoor fan needs to be further decelerated, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is further reduced, on one hand, the running requirement of the current limited sleep mode can be met, on the other hand, the running noise and the running power consumption are favorably further reduced, on the other hand, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan can be controlled and reduced, and simultaneously the rotating speed of the indoor fan can be reduced, on the basis of meeting the air conditioning of a room, the use experience of a user in the sleep mode is improved by reducing the air supply amount.
Optionally, the method further comprises: and if the sleep mode exits, adopting the first lower limit value to reconfigure the preset lower limit threshold value.
In the embodiment, if the air conditioner exits the sleep mode, the first lower limit value of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan prevents the air conditioner from running abnormally due to the fact that the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is too low in other running modes, namely, the air conditioner is ensured to run normally in other running modes.
By adopting the mode, as long as the sleep state is exited, the preset lower limit threshold of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is recovered, namely the first lower limit value is adopted as the preset lower limit threshold again.
In any of the above embodiments, optionally, the controlling, in the second period of time, the air conditioner to operate according to the target temperature variation trend corresponding to the sleep mode until the third period of time when the sleep mode is entered specifically includes: detecting the variation amplitude of the target temperature in the process of controlling the air conditioner to operate according to the variation trend of the target temperature; and if the detected variation amplitude is larger than or equal to the amplitude threshold value, determining to end the second time interval, and entering a third time interval to detect whether the running state meets the sleep control condition.
In this embodiment, the operation of the air conditioner is controlled according to a target temperature variation trend corresponding to the sleep mode, where the target temperature variation trend may be a fluctuation curve that fluctuates with time, and on the fluctuation curve, if it is detected that the variation amplitude of the target temperature is greater than or equal to an amplitude threshold, it indicates that the fluctuation curve of the target temperature variation trend has entered a fluctuation end sound, and at this time, the air conditioner may be controlled to enter a third time period, so as to determine whether to control to reduce the rotation speed of the outdoor fan by further detecting a relationship between the room temperature and the target temperature and a relationship between the room humidity and the target humidity in the third time period, thereby ensuring the reliability of the adjustment of the rotation speed of the outdoor fan, and further ensuring the stable operation of the air conditioner.
The amplitude threshold is greater than or equal to 0 ℃, preferably greater than 0 ℃ and less than or equal to 5 ℃.
In any of the above embodiments, optionally, if it is detected that the operation state satisfies the sleep control condition, the control reduces the operation efficiency of the compressor.
In this embodiment, if it is detected that the sleep control condition is satisfied, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is controlled to be reduced, and the compression frequency is also controlled to be reduced, so that on one hand, the running matching between the running frequency and the rotation speed of the fan is realized, and on the other hand, the running noise of the outdoor unit is further reduced.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner is turned on and enters a sleep mode, in a first period, after an external control signal is not received and the duration time is a first time length t1, the air conditioner enters a second period, in the second period, the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to a target temperature change trend corresponding to the sleep mode until the air conditioner enters a third period of the sleep mode, and then it is detected that the operation state meets a sleep control condition, the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is controlled to be reduced.
Example two
Optionally, the further limiting the detection process of the air conditioner in the first time period specifically includes: in the first period, if the external control signal is received, the first period is timed again from the moment of receiving the external control signal until the duration of the first period reaches the first period.
In this embodiment, the first time period is used to detect whether the user gradually enters the sleep state, if the air conditioner receives an external control signal, it indicates that the user is still in the awake state, and the first time period is used to measure whether the user gradually enters the sleep state, if the air conditioner does not receive the external control signal within the first time period in the first time period, it is considered that the user has entered or is about to enter the sleep state, and at this time, the air conditioner may be controlled to enter the second time period to further continuously detect the operating parameters, such as the operating frequency of the compressor 106, the rotating speed of the indoor fan 104, the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger 102, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan 110, and the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger 112.
The method comprises the steps of identifying whether a user enters or is about to enter a sleep state by detecting whether an external control signal is received or not so as to adjust the control mode of the air conditioner, wherein the first time length t1 is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to t1 and less than or equal to 120min, preferably 15-30 min.
Different embodiments of detecting that the operational state satisfies the sleep control condition are further described below, respectively.
EXAMPLE III
An operation control method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as a way of detecting whether an operation state satisfies a sleep control condition, includes: and if the duration of the first state is greater than or equal to the second duration, determining that the operation state meets the sleep control condition, wherein the operation state comprises a first state, the state parameter of the first state comprises room temperature and/or room humidity, and in the first state, the temperature difference between the room temperature and the target temperature is less than a temperature difference threshold, and/or the humidity difference between the room humidity and the target humidity is less than a humidity difference threshold.
In this embodiment, during the third period of time, the temperature of the room may be adjusted based on the relationship between the room temperature and the target temperature, and/or a relationship between room humidity and target humidity, determining whether a sleep control condition is satisfied, to trigger the reduction of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan, specifically, if the temperature difference between the room temperature and the target temperature is detected to be less than the temperature difference threshold value, and/or detecting that a humidity difference between the room humidity and the target humidity is less than a humidity difference threshold, and the duration of the above relationship is greater than or equal to the second duration, indicating that the room temperature of the air conditioner is close to the target temperature and the room humidity is close to the target humidity, and the variation range is small, at this moment, the current operation state can be regarded as the state that the current operation state meets the sleep control condition of the air conditioner, therefore, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is controlled to be reduced, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is not influenced while the outdoor noise is reduced.
The second time period t2 is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to t2 and less than or equal to 60min, preferably 10-30 min.
Example four
An operation control method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as another way of detecting whether an operation state satisfies a sleep control condition, includes: and if the duration of the second state is greater than or equal to a third duration, determining that the running state meets the sleep control condition, wherein the running state comprises the second state, the state parameter of the second state comprises the rotating speed of the indoor fan, and the second state is a mute wind state, or in the second state, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is less than or equal to a first rotating speed threshold.
In this embodiment, the state parameter may be a state parameter of an indoor fan, the rotation speed of the indoor fan is less than or equal to the first rotation speed threshold, and the duration is greater than or equal to the third duration, then the current operation state meets the sleep control condition of the air conditioner, and when the outdoor noise is reduced, the stable operation of the air conditioner under low power consumption is realized by respectively reducing the rotation speed of the indoor fan and the rotation speed of the outdoor fan.
The second time period and the third time period may be the same or different.
