In the technical scheme, for determined residential rooms, users and behavior habits thereof, particularly sleeping at night, the room structure orientation, people wearing, wind speed, metabolic rate are relatively stable, the room temperature and humidity and radiation temperature can be changed by outdoor environment weather caused by outdoor solar radiation, so that a target correction function can be added to the air conditioner, after the air conditioner enters a target temperature correction stage, a corresponding thermal response evaluation index (PMV) can be determined according to detected room environment parameters and/or outdoor environment parameters, and in the environment, the user in the room can be considered to obtain more comfortable body induction through temperature and humidity control of the air conditioner, so that the determined thermal response evaluation index can be considered to enable the user to obtain a higher comfortable evaluation index.
Further, an outdoor environment adaptation interval, namely an outdoor environment adaptation interval matched with the current working condition parameter, the target temperature and the like, is determined according to the regulating quantity of the current working condition parameter and the target temperature of the air conditioner, so that whether the target temperature is regulated or not is determined by detecting the relation between the outdoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment adaptation interval, wherein if the outdoor environment temperature is not in the outdoor environment adaptation interval, the outdoor environment can obviously influence the body feeling of a user, and at the moment, the target temperature can be regulated according to the regulating quantity, so that the thermal reaction evaluation index has small fluctuation.
In addition, adopt the thermal response evaluation index to represent user's body to feel the temperature, through considering the influence of environmental parameter to thermal response evaluation index, confirm whether adjust the target temperature, on the one hand, can guarantee the body of the user that is in this air conditioner coverage area and feel the travelling comfort, and then promote the effect of the control by temperature change and/or humidity control of air conditioner, on the other hand, need not realize the regulation and control of body to feel the temperature through setting up infrared detection device or image acquisition device, thereby be favorable to controlling the preparation cost of air conditioner.

Specifically, as a PMV calculation model, the following is included:
PMV=(0.303e-0.036M+0.0.28){M-W-3.05×10-3×[5733-6.99(M-W)-Pa]-3.96×10-8fc1[(tc1+273)4-(tr+273)4]-0.42(M-W-58.15)-0.0014M(34-t1)-fc1hc(tc1-t1)-1.7×10-5M(5867-Pa)}
wherein e is a natural constant, M is the energy metabolism rate of the human body, W is the mechanical work done by the unit surface area of the human body, PaIs the partial pressure of water vapour in the ambient air and can be determined on the basis of the room humidity, fc1As a dressing area factor, trIs the mean radiant temperature, t1Is the room temperature, tc1Is the temperature of the outer surface of the garment, hcIs the convective heat transfer coefficient.
