本发明公开了一种便携摄像预警工作灯,包括照明灯和支架,照明灯可拆卸地安装在支架上,照明灯上还安装有红外人体感应头、声光报警器和摄像头。本发明电缆高压试验时人员撤离3米外,此时灯头带有感应报警功能,能有效防止人员靠近,其次摄像功能,能使人员在远距离也能清晰看见现场试验情况。解决检修作业现场作业工作区域预警警示,建立安全、可靠的作来现场。

本发明涉及一种便携摄像预警工作灯,属于工作灯技术领域。
背景技术
在夜间巡视、抢修电力设备时,作业照明不可或缺,原有的应急照明设备只是起到一个简单的照明目的,功能单一,而在结合电网公司发布“云大物移智”技术发展专项规划中的五个中心思想:云计算——以南网云奠定数字南网建设的平台基础。通过融入大数据、人工智能等数字化技术,建设公司统一的业务组件、数据组件和技术组件,打造数字化、智慧化的基础支撑平台,构建全网统一的技术框架,为公司战略决策与业务运营赋能;大数据——将统一数据中心打造为释放大数据价值的新引擎。以“一站式”的解决方案实现全域数据可信汇聚、多元服务按需供给、业务发展全面驱动、数据安全全面保障,在数字经济时代全面释放数据价值;物联网——夯实支撑电网“数字孪生”的全域物联网。构建由感知层、网络层、平台层组成的公司全域物联网架构蓝图,在感知层统一终端标准,提高对电网全景及生产全过程数据的采集范围;在网络层广泛应用各种先进的通信技术,构建大带宽、高可靠、终端接入灵活、具备双向互动体验能力的物联通信网络;在平台层构建全网统一的物联网平台,推进公司物联网全面感知、全域互联、数据共享、全程管控;移动应用——积极构建“互联网+”移动应用生态圈。运用“互联网+”思维构建公司内外部移动应用生态圈,促进移动应用覆盖电网全环节、贯穿业务全过程、辐射能源产业链上下游;人工智能——发挥人工智能技术的“头雁”效应,促进人工智能应用在网省地纵深推进。基于南网云平台,集中全网计算、存储和数据资源,构建统一的大规模分布式异构处理器集群,建设由能力开发层和能力开放层组成的全网统一的人工智能平台的五个思路,结合“大数据、物联网、移动应用”三个思想的思路,结合巡检现场的特殊夜间作业的工作内容,在可视化管理、移动网络应用上对常规的应急照明工器具进行了开发。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种便携摄像预警工作灯,以解决上述现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种便携摄像预警工作灯,包括照明灯和支架,照明灯可拆卸地安装在支架上,照明灯上还安装有红外人体感应头、声光报警器和摄像头。
优选的,上述照明灯包括三面LED灯板和圆盘底板,三面LED灯板周向均匀布置在圆盘底板上端面上且朝外布置,圆盘底板底部可拆卸地连接到支架上端。
优选的,上述红外人体感应头和摄像头均采用三个,交叉间隔周向均匀安装在圆盘底板柱面上。
优选的,上述声光报警器包括语音播放装置和闪烁的LED灯带,语音播放装置布置在照明灯的圆盘底板柱面上,LED灯带围绕照明灯的圆盘底板柱面上沿布置。
优选的,上述照明灯、红外人体感应头、声光报警器和摄像头均连接到控制器,控制器通过无线模块连接到远程监控终端。
优选的,上述控制器连接有蓄电池,蓄电池安装在照明灯的三面LED灯板内的电池盒内,控制器安装在电池盒上,控制器还连接有触控屏,触控屏安装在电池盒上端面。
优选的,上述照明灯下端设置有圆柱,圆柱插入到支架上端孔内,圆柱柱面设置有环形凹槽,支架上端横向插入锁定螺钉到环形凹槽内对圆柱限位和锁紧。
优选的,上述支架包括转接圆盘和伸缩杆,转接圆盘螺旋连接到伸缩杆顶端并采用锁紧螺母锁紧,伸缩杆下端连接有三脚架。
优选的,上述照明灯下端还连接有可拆卸的磁铁块。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明电缆高压试验时人员撤离3米外,此时灯头带有感应报警功能,能有效防止人员靠近,其次摄像功能,能使人员在远距离也能清晰看见现场试验情况。解决检修作业现场作业工作区域预警警示,建立安全、可靠的作来现场。

下面结合附图及具体的实施例对本发明进行进一步介绍。
实施例1:如图1-图3所示,一种便携摄像预警工作灯,包括照明灯1和支架2,照明灯1可拆卸地安装在支架2上,照明灯1上还安装有红外人体感应头3、声光报警器4和摄像头5。电缆高压试验时人员撤离3米外,此时灯头带有感应报警功能,能有效防止人员靠近,其次摄像功能,能使人员在远距离也能清晰看见现场试验情况。
优选的,上述照明灯1包括三面LED灯板6和圆盘底板7,三面LED灯板6周向均匀布置在圆盘底板7上端面上且朝外布置,圆盘底板7底部可拆卸地连接到支架2上端,能够实现多角度的照射覆盖。
优选的,上述红外人体感应头3和摄像头5均采用三个,交叉间隔周向均匀安装在圆盘底板7柱面上,能够实现不同方位的监测和拍摄。
优选的,上述声光报警器4包括语音播放装置9和闪烁的LED灯带10,语音播放装置9采用三个,周向均匀布置在照明灯1的圆盘底板7柱面上,LED灯带10围绕照明灯1的圆盘底板7柱面上沿布置,能够实现声音和灯光报警,警示效果好。
优选的,上述照明灯1、红外人体感应头3、声光报警器4和摄像头5均连接到控制器,控制器通过无线模块连接到远程监控终端,远程监控终端作为现场数据编写存储工具,并内置1300/1600万前后高清摄像头、红外补光实现现场多角度拍摄实时存储现场作业数据;远程监控终端与照明灯1、红外人体感应头3、声光报警器4和摄像头5以及控制器构成的移动预警模块通过蓝牙方式联接,可实时读取移动预警模块视频数据;远程监控终端通过加装4G通讯卡可实现与后台作业系统指挥平台联接,实现与移动预警模块、台作业系统指挥平台之间的交互实时通讯。实现检修作业现场24小时可视化管理,现场作业内容形成数据化(音视频文件)实时存储、实时传输。实现巡检作业时巡检轨迹可实时查询,实现作业前后方实进协调指挥作业。
优选的,上述控制器连接有蓄电池,蓄电池安装在照明灯1的三面LED灯板6内的电池盒内,控制器安装在电池盒上,控制器还连接有触控屏,触控屏安装在电池盒上端面。
优选的,上述照明灯1下端设置有圆柱11,圆柱11插入到支架2上端孔8内,圆柱11柱面设置有环形凹槽12,支架2上端横向插入锁定螺钉13到环形凹槽12内对圆柱11限位和锁紧。使灯杆能前后旋转270度,满足各种工作环境的需求。
优选的,上述支架2包括转接圆盘14和伸缩杆15,转接圆盘14螺旋连接到伸缩杆15顶端并采用锁紧螺母16锁紧,伸缩杆15下端连接有三脚架17,三角架的三根腿端部采用上翘的半圆型钩子,在灯具中起稳固作用,在电缆高压试验中分开贴合A、B、C三根电缆到三根腿上,现有的在电缆高压试验时一般采用在三根电缆底部放置工具来达到分开三根电缆距离的目的,这样存在不稳定性及距离达不到的要求。伸缩式的伸缩杆,在电缆高压试验中配合半圆型钩子使用,达到根据需求拉伸A、B、C三根电缆之间的距离。
优选的,上述照明灯1下端还连接有可拆卸的磁铁块18,增加一个磁铁块18,人员在架空断路器、电流互感器高处作业时,摘下灯头能稳定放置在架空横担上或电流互感器头部便于工作,提高工作效率。

1.一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:包括照明灯(1)和支架(2),照明灯(1)可拆卸地安装在支架(2)上,照明灯(1)上还安装有红外人体感应头(3)、声光报警器(4)和摄像头(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:照明灯(1)包括三面LED灯板(6)和圆盘底板(7),三面LED灯板(6)周向均匀布置在圆盘底板(7)上端面上且朝外布置,圆盘底板(7)底部可拆卸地连接到支架(2)上端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:红外人体感应头(3)和摄像头(5)均采用三个,交叉间隔周向均匀安装在圆盘底板(7)柱面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:声光报警器(4)包括语音播放装置(9)和闪烁的LED灯带(10),语音播放装置(9)布置在照明灯(1)的圆盘底板(7)柱面上,LED灯带(10)围绕照明灯(1)的圆盘底板(7)柱面上沿布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:照明灯(1)、红外人体感应头(3)、声光报警器(4)和摄像头(5)均连接到控制器,控制器通过无线模块连接到远程监控终端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:控制器连接有蓄电池,蓄电池安装在照明灯(1)的三面LED灯板(6)内的电池盒内,控制器安装在电池盒上,控制器还连接有触控屏,触控屏安装在电池盒上端面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:照明灯(1)下端设置有圆柱(11),圆柱(11)插入到支架(2)上端孔(8)内,圆柱(11)柱面设置有环形凹槽(12),支架(2)上端横向插入锁定螺钉(13)到环形凹槽(12)内对圆柱(11)限位和锁紧。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:支架(2)包括转接圆盘(14)和伸缩杆(15),转接圆盘(14)螺旋连接到伸缩杆(15)顶端并采用锁紧螺母(16)锁紧,伸缩杆(15)下端连接有三脚架(17)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携摄像预警工作灯,其特征在于:照明灯(1)下端还连接有可拆卸的磁铁块(18)。
