A lubricating and smearing method of a bolt lubricating and smearing device for a wind generating set comprises the following steps: a. filling a lubricant into the feeding barrel, sliding the rack to enable the lubricant to enter a storage cavity on the automatic smearing head, and enabling the lubricant to flow out of the discharge hole and immerse bristles; b. the sliding seat is slid to adjust the position according to the length of the bolt, so that the distance from the positioning plate to the positioning head is slightly smaller than the length of the bolt; c. selecting a support groove with a proper size to be matched with a bolt, butting the stud end of the bolt to a positioning air bag on a positioning plate, sliding the bolt downwards to enable the bolt to be supported in the support groove on a support seat, loosening the bolt, pushing the bolt to a positioning head by the positioning plate to enable the nut end of the bolt to be assembled in an anti-rotation slot on the positioning head, and accordingly completing the assembling and positioning of the bolt, wherein bristles are attached to the outer wall of the bolt; d. rotating a rotary table by hand to drive a bolt to rotate, enabling outer walls of two ends of the bolt to slide through bristles to smear a lubricant, enabling meshing teeth on the rotary table to be meshed with gears to drive and drive racks to slide, enabling a piston to move in a feeding cylinder to extrude the lubricant onto the bristles, enabling a guide bar on a limiting cover to slide through the end part of an abutting rod to enable a positioning head to move towards a positioning plate, and driving the bolt to axially reciprocate; e. and after the bolt rotates for a plurality of circles to finish lubricating and smearing, the bolt is taken down from the supporting seat. When the bolt is taken down, the bolt is moved for a certain distance towards the direction of the positioning plate, so that the end part of the bolt is separated from the positioning head, then the bolt is slid upwards for a certain distance, so that the bolt is separated from the supporting seat, and finally the bolt is moved towards the direction of the positioning head and taken down.
Example 5: a bolt lubricating and smearing device for a wind generating set (see attached figure 7) is similar to that of embodiment 3 in structure, and mainly has the difference that a support is arranged on a base corresponding to a rotating shaft in the embodiment, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the support, the rotating shaft is connected with a rotating disc, the edge of the rotating disc is provided with a section of arc-shaped meshing teeth, a gear, a rack and a feeding cylinder are arranged on the support, the meshing teeth are in meshing transmission with the gear, the rack is in meshing transmission with the gear, one end of the rack is connected with a piston, the piston is adaptively arranged in the feeding cylinder, and a discharge hole is formed in the feeding cylinder; automatic smearing heads are arranged at the positions, close to the positioning heads, on the support and the positions, close to the positioning plates, on the sliding seat; the automatic smearing head is provided with a storage cavity, bristles used for smearing the surface of a bolt are installed on the lower surface of the automatic smearing head, a plurality of discharge holes are formed in the lower surface of the automatic smearing head, and the storage cavity in the automatic smearing head is communicated with a discharge hole in a feeding barrel through a feeding pipe.
The positioning head is provided with an anti-rotation slot matched with the nut end of the bolt, the positioning head is provided with an anti-rotation hole, the end part of the rotating shaft is provided with a connecting column, the end part of the connecting column is provided with an anti-rotation column, the anti-rotation column is inserted into the anti-rotation hole in a matched manner and can move axially, the end part of the positioning head is connected with a limiting cover, and a positioning spring is arranged between the anti-rotation column and the limiting cover; spacing equipartition is covered and is equipped with a plurality of curved gibs, and the gib block sets up along the circumferencial direction slope, is connected with the butt pole on the base, and the gib block slides butt pole tip and makes the location head move to the locating plate direction. The limiting cover comprises two semicircular cover bodies.
A rotary seat is rotatably arranged on the positioning plate, and a positioning air bag used for positioning the end part of the bolt is arranged on the rotary seat. The other structure is the same as embodiment 3.
A lubricating and smearing method of a bolt lubricating and smearing device for a wind generating set comprises the following steps: a. filling a lubricant into the feeding barrel, sliding the rack to enable the lubricant to enter a storage cavity on the automatic smearing head, and enabling the lubricant to flow out of the discharge hole and immerse bristles; b. the sliding seat and the sliding plate are adjusted according to the length of the bolt, so that the distance from the positioning plate to the positioning head is slightly smaller than the length of the bolt, and the sliding plate moves to a position close to the sliding seat; c. selecting a support groove and an auxiliary support groove with proper sizes to be matched with a bolt, abutting the stud end of the bolt on a positioning air bag on a positioning plate, sliding the bolt downwards to enable the bolt to be supported in the support groove on the support seat and the auxiliary support groove on the auxiliary support plate, then loosening the bolt, pushing the bolt to a positioning head by the positioning plate to enable the nut end of the bolt to be assembled in an anti-rotation slot on the positioning head, and accordingly completing the assembling and positioning of the bolt, and the bristles are attached to the outer wall of the bolt; d. rotating a rotary table by hand to drive a bolt to rotate, enabling outer walls of two ends of the bolt to slide through bristles to smear a lubricant, enabling meshing teeth on the rotary table to be meshed with gears to drive and drive racks to slide, enabling a piston to move in a feeding cylinder to extrude the lubricant onto the bristles, enabling a guide bar on a limiting cover to slide through the end part of an abutting rod to enable a positioning head to move towards a positioning plate, and driving the bolt to axially reciprocate; e. and after the bolt rotates for a plurality of circles to finish lubricating and smearing, the bolt is taken down from the supporting seat. When the bolt is taken down, the bolt is moved for a certain distance towards the direction of the positioning plate, so that the end part of the bolt is separated from the positioning head, then the bolt is slid upwards for a certain distance, so that the bolt is separated from the supporting seat, and finally the bolt is moved towards the direction of the positioning head and taken down.

1. A bolt lubricating and smearing device for a wind generating set is characterized by comprising a base, a rotating assembly and a positioning assembly, wherein the rotating assembly and the positioning assembly are installed on the base, the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft, a positioning head used for assembling the end portion of a bolt is connected to the rotating shaft, the positioning assembly comprises a sliding seat, a buffering member and a positioning plate, the buffering member is connected between the sliding seat and the positioning plate, the positioning plate is slidably installed on the sliding seat, the positioning plate is arranged towards the positioning head, the sliding seat is slidably installed on the base, the sliding seat slidably adjusts the distance between the positioning plate and the positioning head on the base, and a supporting seat used for supporting the bolt is installed between the rotating assembly and the positioning assembly on the base; a support is arranged on the base and corresponds to the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the support, the rotating shaft is connected with a turntable, a section of arc-shaped meshing tooth is arranged at the edge of the turntable, a gear, a rack and a feeding cylinder are arranged on the support, the meshing tooth is in meshing transmission with the gear, the rack is in meshing transmission with the gear, one end of the rack is connected with a piston, the piston is fittingly arranged in the feeding cylinder, and a discharge hole is formed in the feeding cylinder; automatic smearing heads are arranged at the positions, close to the positioning heads, on the support and the positions, close to the positioning plates, on the sliding seat; the automatic smearing head is provided with a storage cavity, bristles for smearing the surface of a bolt are mounted on the lower surface of the automatic smearing head, a plurality of discharge holes are formed in the lower surface of the automatic smearing head, and the storage cavity in the automatic smearing head is communicated with a discharge hole in the feeding barrel through a feeding pipe; the positioning head is provided with an anti-rotation slot matched with the nut end of the bolt, the positioning head is provided with an anti-rotation hole, the end part of the rotating shaft is provided with a connecting column, the end part of the connecting column is provided with an anti-rotation column, the anti-rotation column is inserted into the anti-rotation hole in a matched manner and can move axially, the end part of the positioning head is connected with a limiting cover, and a positioning spring is arranged between the anti-rotation column and the limiting cover; a plurality of arc-shaped guide strips are uniformly distributed on the limiting cover, the guide strips are obliquely arranged along the circumferential direction, the base is connected with a butting rod, and the guide strips slide over the end part of the butting rod to enable the positioning head to move towards the positioning plate; a rotary seat is rotatably arranged on the positioning plate, and a positioning air bag used for positioning the end part of the bolt is arranged on the rotary seat.

The bolt lubrication smearing device for the wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein a sliding plate is installed between the supporting seat and the positioning component on the base, the sliding plate is slidably installed on the base, an auxiliary supporting disk is rotatably installed on the sliding plate, a plurality of auxiliary supporting grooves with different sizes are formed in the edge of the auxiliary supporting disk, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the auxiliary supporting disk and the auxiliary supporting grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and connecting rods are detachably connected between the connecting holes and the sliding plate.
5. The bolt lubrication smearing device for the wind generating set according to claim 1, wherein the base is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding seat is provided with a connecting pin, and the connecting pin is slidably arranged in the sliding groove and locked by a nut.
