Abstract
The invention discloses a lock core structure and a key thereof, wherein the lock core structure comprises a lock core outer sleeve, a lock core body and a safety component; the lock core outer sleeve is provided with an outer sleeve wall and a front end part, and the front end part is provided with an insertion hole; the lock core body is provided with a lock core inner sleeve and a core body, the lock core inner sleeve is positioned in the outer sleeve wall, and the core body corresponds to the jack and maintains a rotatable state with the lock core inner sleeve; the safety component comprises a torsion piece which is arranged in the lock core outer sleeve and is positioned between the front end part and the core body and a clamping piece which is radially and elastically abutted between the front end part and the torsion piece, the torsion piece is provided with a confirmation hole which is communicated with the jack and the core body, and the clamping piece elastically pushes a touch piece into the confirmation hole. Therefore, the lock core structure and the key thereof can effectively avoid the situation that the key or the lock core is carelessly damaged due to the mistaken identification of a user.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a lockset, in particular to a lock core structure and a key thereof.
Background
The lock core structure is widely applied to a lock core structure such as a door handle, and the interior of the lock core structure is mainly formed by stacking a plurality of lock sheets with different lock holes, so that a corresponding key can be inserted and then the key is twisted to unlock.
However, because the lock core and the key are matched to unlock the lock, the toothed rod-shaped part of the key is mainly inserted into each lock piece, and the rod-shaped part of the key must have a certain length, so that the general user cannot or cannot predict the inserted length of the key in unlocking, and the user mistakenly recognizes and turns the key to try to unlock the lock because the lock core can be turned; however, in this case, the lock cannot be unlocked naturally because not all the lock plates (especially the lock plate located at the rear end or the innermost side of the lock cylinder) can be pushed to the correct unlocking position by the corresponding key. Therefore, if the user applies too much force to twist or forcibly twists the key, the key is likely to be twisted or broken due to the blade shape, and the key cylinder is likely to be damaged or broken at the same time, which results in a loss of use.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a method for improving and solving the above-mentioned deficiencies, and aims to provide a method for improving and solving the above-mentioned deficiencies.
Disclosure of Invention
The main object of the present invention is to provide a lock core structure and a key thereof, wherein the lock core structure is additionally provided with a safety component, and when the corresponding key is not completely inserted into the lock core, the lock core can not be twisted completely; the corresponding key must be fully inserted into the cylinder to allow twisting. Therefore, the key or the lock cylinder can be prevented from being carelessly damaged due to misunderstanding.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a lock cylinder structure, which includes a lock cylinder housing, a lock cylinder body and a safety member; the lock core outer sleeve is provided with an outer sleeve wall and a front end part formed at the front end of the outer sleeve wall, the front end part is provided with a jack and communicated with the outer sleeve wall, the lock core body is provided with a lock core inner sleeve and a core body arranged in the lock core inner sleeve, the lock core inner sleeve is arranged in the outer sleeve wall by being placed in from the rear end of the outer sleeve wall, the core body corresponds to the jack on the front end part and maintains a rotatable state with the lock core inner sleeve, the safety component comprises a torsion piece arranged in the lock core outer sleeve and positioned between the front end part and the core body and a clamping piece which is elastically abutted in the radial direction between the front end part and the torsion piece, the torsion piece is provided with a confirmation hole communicated with the jack and the core body, and the clamping piece elastically pushes a.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a key for the lock cylinder structure, including a shank and a first rod extending from the shank; wherein, a second rod part is formed between the handle part and the first rod part, and a guide edge is formed between the second rod part and the first rod part for corresponding and pushing against the clamping part.
Therefore, the lock core structure and the key thereof can effectively avoid the situation that the key or the lock core is carelessly damaged due to the mistaken identification of a user.

Detailed Description
For a better understanding of the nature and technical aspects of the present invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description of the invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which are provided for purposes of illustration and description, and are not intended to limit the invention.
Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are a schematic exploded perspective view and a sectional view of the lock core structure of the present invention. The invention provides a lock core structure and a key thereof, wherein the lock core structure comprises a lock core outer sleeve 1, a lock core body 2 and a safety component 3; wherein: the lock cylinder jacket 1 has a jacket wall 10 and a front end portion 11 formed at the front end of the jacket wall 10, the jacket wall 10 is hollow for accommodating the lock cylinder body 2 therein, and the front end portion 11 of the lock cylinder jacket 1 has a plug hole 110, the plug hole 110 is communicated with the inside of the jacket wall 10, so that the corresponding key 4 can be inserted into the lock cylinder body 2 through the plug hole 110, thereby facilitating unlocking or unlocking.
The lock cylinder body 2 has a lock cylinder inner sleeve 20 and a core body 21 disposed in the lock cylinder inner sleeve 20, the lock cylinder inner sleeve 20 is used to put the core body 21 together from the rear end of the outer sleeve wall 10 of the lock cylinder outer sleeve 1, so that the core body 21 is located inside the outer sleeve wall 10, and the core body 21 is assembled inside the outer sleeve wall 10, i.e. corresponding to the insertion hole 110 on the front end portion 11 of the lock cylinder outer sleeve 1, and maintains a rotatable state with the lock cylinder inner sleeve 20. In the embodiment of the present invention, the lock cylinder inner sleeve 20 has an overlapping space 200, and the core body 21 is formed by alternately stacking a plurality of locking pieces 210 and a plurality of spacers 211, and is limited to be accommodated in the overlapping space 200; each lock piece 210 is provided with a lock hole 210a matched with the corresponding key 4, so that the purpose of unlocking or unlocking can be achieved when the key 4 is inserted.
Referring to fig. 3, the safety member 3 includes a torsion member 30 and a latch member 31. The torsion member 30 is disposed in the lock core housing 1 of the lock core body 2, and the latch member 31 is elastically abutted in a radial direction and disposed between the front end portion 11 of the lock core housing 1 and the torsion member 30, so that the front end portion 11 can be elastically pushed to the torsion member 30 in the radial direction to latch on the front end portion 11 and the torsion member 30 or reversely elastically push the latch member 31 to disengage from the torsion member 30. The torsion member 30 is provided with a confirmation hole 300, the confirmation hole 300 is communicated between the insertion hole 110 of the front end portion 11 and the core body 21, and the latch member 31 is further abutted by an elastic member 310 to elastically push a contact member 311 into the confirmation hole 300.
In addition, in order to facilitate the assembly of the safety component 3, the present invention may further include an assembly hole 111 disposed at the radial direction of the front end portion 11 of the lock cylinder housing 1, and a through hole 301 disposed at the radial direction of the torsion member 30, the elastic member 310 and the locking member 31 may be assembled in the assembly hole 111 from the inside of the front end portion 11 and pressed against each other, and after the contact member 311 is assembled from the outside of the through hole 301, the torsion member 30 is assembled from the rear end of the housing wall 10 and aligned to the locking member 31 by torsion, so that the lock cylinder body 2 is assembled.
Therefore, by means of the structural composition, the lock core structure and the key thereof can be obtained.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 4, the key 4 corresponding to the lock cylinder structure of the present invention has a handle portion 40 and a first rod portion 41 extending from the handle portion 40, and the first rod portion 41 may have a tooth-shaped structure, a groove structure, a flange structure, etc. that is, the tooth-shaped structure, the groove structure, the flange structure, etc. are arranged to correspond to the lock holes 210a of the lock plates 210, so as to achieve the unlocking or unlocking effect. However, since the first rod portion 41 is not yet fully inserted into the lock hole 210a of each locking plate 210, as shown in fig. 3, the locking member 31 of the safety member 3 is located between the front end portion 11 and the twisting member 30 for locking, so that the core body 21 cannot be rotated.
As shown in fig. 5, when the first rod portion 41 of the key 4 is fully inserted into the lock hole 210a of each lock plate 210, a second rod portion 42 is formed between the shank portion 40 and the first rod portion 41 of the key 4 according to the present invention, and the second rod portion 42 has a width greater than that of the first rod portion 41, so as to be structurally reinforced. More importantly, since the width of the second rod portion 42 is greater than the width of the first rod portion 41, a guiding edge 420 can be formed between the second rod portion 42 and the first rod portion 41, and the guiding edge 420 can be a slope or a step shape that is tapered from the second rod portion 42 toward the first rod portion 41; thus, when the first rod portion 41 of the key 4 is fully inserted into the lock hole 210a of each lock plate 210, the second rod portion 42 of the key 4 can just extend into the confirmation hole 300 to confirm whether the key 4 is fully inserted, so that the guide edge 420 can push the touching member 311 of the safety member 3 inward and disengage the catch member 31 from the torsion member 30, as shown in fig. 6. At this time, the user can twist the core body 21 by the key 4 to achieve the purpose of unlocking or unlocking, as shown in fig. 7.

Claims (10)
1. A lock cylinder structure characterized by comprising:
a lock core outer sleeve which is provided with an outer sleeve wall and a front end part formed at the front end of the outer sleeve wall, wherein the front end part is provided with a jack and communicated with the inner part of the outer sleeve wall;
a lock core body, which is provided with a lock core inner sleeve and a core body arranged in the lock core inner sleeve, wherein the lock core inner sleeve is arranged in the outer sleeve wall from the rear end of the outer sleeve wall, and the core body corresponds to the jack on the front end part and maintains a rotatable state with the lock core inner sleeve; and
and the safety component comprises a torsion piece which is arranged in the lock cylinder jacket and is positioned between the front end part and the core body and a clamping piece which elastically supports against the radial direction between the front end part and the torsion piece, wherein the torsion piece is provided with a confirmation hole which is communicated with the jack and the core body, and the clamping piece elastically pushes a touch piece into the confirmation hole.
2. The lock core structure of claim 1, wherein the lock core inner sleeve has an overlapping space for the core to be disposed in.
3. The lock core structure of claim 1, wherein the core is formed by a plurality of locking tabs and a plurality of spacers in an alternating stacked arrangement.
4. The lock cylinder structure according to claim 3, wherein each of the lock plates has a lock hole.
5. The lock core structure of claim 1, wherein the latch member is supported by an elastic member to elastically push the contacting member toward the confirmation hole.
6. The lock core structure of claim 5, wherein the front end portion is provided with an assembling hole in a radial direction, and the elastic component and the latch member are assembled in the assembling hole from the front end portion.
7. The lock core structure of claim 6, wherein the torsion member has a through hole formed in a radial direction thereof, and the triggering member is fitted into the through hole from outside the through hole.
8. A key for use in the lock cylinder structure according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized by comprising:
a handle portion; and
a first rod part extending from the handle part;
wherein, a second rod part is formed between the handle part and the first rod part, and a guide edge is formed between the second rod part and the first rod part for corresponding and pushing against the clamping part.
9. The key of claim 8, wherein said guide edge is a ramp or step that tapers from said second shank portion toward said first shank portion.
10. The key of claim 9, wherein the second shank portion has a width that is wider than a width of the first shank portion.
