In a preferred embodiment, the waterproof cap 6 includes a sealing sleeve 61 fitted over the boom 2 and a water blocking portion 62 extending from the sealing sleeve 61 to the outer periphery, and a surface of the water blocking portion 62 opposite to the upper bracket 11 is a water guiding surface inclined from the center to the outer periphery. The sealing sleeve 61 prevents water from entering the upper bracket assembly along the hanger rod 2, and the water blocking part 62 prevents water from entering the upper bracket assembly from the periphery of the upper bracket assembly. In a preferred embodiment, the sealing sleeve 61 and the water blocking part 62 are matched to form an umbrella-shaped structure; in another preferred embodiment, the sealing sleeve 61 and the water blocking portion 62 cooperate to form an umbrella structure with the sealing sleeve disposed outside the water blocking portion.

In this embodiment, disclose a washing machine, including box, outer bucket and vibration damper, vibration damper includes jib 2, pop-up subassembly 1, damping spring 4 and base 3, jib 2 one end is passed and is pop-up subassembly 1 and damping spring 4 is connected with base 3, pop-up subassembly 1 is connected with the outer bucket of washing machine, the jib 2 other end is connected with the washing machine box, and damping spring 4 compresses or stretches to realize the damping in washing machine washing or dehydration process.
The upper bracket assembly 1 comprises a supporting seat 12, an upper bracket 11 and a damping structure 13, wherein the damping structure 13 is arranged between the supporting seat 12 and the upper bracket 11, and the damping force generated by the upper bracket 11 and the supporting seat 12 on the boom 2 is changed under the extrusion of the upper bracket 11 and the supporting seat 12. The upper bracket assembly 1 further comprises a buffer structure 14 for buffering the compression of the damping structure 13; preferably, the buffer structure 14 is abutted between the upper bracket 11 and the supporting seat 12. The upper support 11 comprises a matching part 112 which is mutually abutted against the supporting seat 12, one end of the matching part 112 is provided with a protruding part 111 which stretches into a concave cavity of the supporting seat 12, the other end of the matching part is provided with a protruding connecting part 113 which is connected with the outer barrel, the connecting part 113 is of a frustum-shaped structure with a through hole for the hanging rod 2 to pass through, the connection with the outer barrel is facilitated, and lubricating grease is smeared between the upper support 11 and the hanging rod 2. A vibration damping pad 5 is also arranged between the upper support 11 and the outer barrel, so that vibration damping between the upper support 11 and the outer barrel is realized, and noise and abnormal sound generated by mutual movement between the upper support 11 and the outer barrel are avoided.
The base 3 comprises a convex column which is arranged against the bottom plate of the damping spring 4 and the convex bottom plate, the damping spring 4 is sleeved outside the convex column, the periphery of the convex column is provided with a reinforcing rib 31 for reinforcing the strength of the convex column, the reinforcing rib 31 is arranged on the periphery of the convex column along the axial protrusion of the convex column at uniform intervals, and the damping spring 4 is sleeved outside the convex column and has a guiding function. The base 3 is internally provided with a through hole for the suspender 2 to pass through, and the end part of the suspender 2 is provided with a disc for preventing the suspender 2 from being separated from the base 3.
The vibration damper further comprises a boom seat 7, and the boom 2 is connected with the box body of the washing machine through the boom seat 7.

1. The damping device of the washing machine is characterized by comprising a hanging rod and an upper support assembly sleeved outside the hanging rod, wherein the upper support assembly comprises a supporting seat, an upper support, a damping structure and a buffering structure, the damping structure is arranged between the upper support and the supporting seat and is used for converting extrusion force of the upper support and the supporting seat into variable damping force for the hanging rod at least partially, and the buffering structure is supported between the upper support and the supporting seat and is used for buffering extrusion force born by the damping structure;
the end, opposite to the upper support, of the supporting seat comprises a concave cavity with an opening facing the upper support, the upper support is at least partially movably arranged in the concave cavity, the damping structure is arranged between the concave cavity and the upper support, and the buffering structure is supported between the upper support and the concave cavity;
the inner side wall of the concave cavity is provided with a first platform protruding inwards, and the annular partition plate extends from the periphery of the first platform to the upper supporting direction along the axial direction of the supporting seat;
the damping structure is embedded into the inner peripheral side wall of the annular partition plate and is positioned in the first cavity; the buffer structure is sleeved on the peripheral side wall of the annular partition plate and is positioned in the second cavity;
the upper support is provided with a protruding part extending into the concave cavity, one end of the buffer structure in the axial direction is sleeved outside the protruding part, and the other end of the buffer structure is sleeved on the peripheral side wall of the annular partition plate; the inner ring of the end face of the protruding part extending into the concave cavity is abutted against the damping structure, and the outer ring of the end face is abutted against the annular partition plate after the upper support presses the supporting seat.

The vibration damper of a washing machine according to claim 1, wherein a limiting portion is further provided in the first chamber, one end of the damping structure in the axial direction abuts against the limiting portion, and the other end protrudes from the partition portion to abut against the upper bracket.
3. A vibration damper of a washing machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the damping structure comprises a damping ring in interference fit with the boom, and the damping structure comprises a damping spring sleeved outside the damping ring.

the outer side wall of the protruding part is provided with a guide rib for guiding the buffer spring.

A vibration damper of a washing machine according to claim 3, wherein the top end of the supporting base includes a fixing portion, the upper bracket is provided with a fitting portion abutting against the fixing portion, and a gasket is provided between the fixing portion and the fitting portion.
6. The vibration damper of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the fixing portion is protruded from an outer circumference of the supporting base, and the fitting portion is protruded from an outer circumference of the upper bracket.

The vibration damper of a washing machine as claimed in claim 5, further comprising a vibration damper spring and a base, wherein one end of the hanger rod is connected to the base through the upper bracket assembly and the vibration damper spring, and the vibration damper spring is abutted between the base and the upper bracket assembly.
8. The vibration damper of a washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein the vibration damper spring is abutted between the fixing portion and the base.
9. The vibration damper of a washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein the outer edge of the fixing portion is provided with a stopper portion for preventing the vibration damper spring from being separated.
10. The vibration damper of a washing machine according to claim 1, further comprising a waterproof cap sleeved outside the hanger rod, wherein the upper bracket is disposed between the waterproof cap and the support base.
11. The vibration damper of a washing machine as claimed in claim 10, wherein the waterproof cap includes a sealing sleeve fitted over the hanger rod and a water blocking portion extending from the sealing sleeve to the outer circumference, and a surface of the water blocking portion opposite to the upper bracket is a water guiding surface inclined from the center to the outer circumference.
12. A washing machine comprising a vibration damping device of a washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1-11.
