Description

Washing machine and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a washing machine and a control method thereof.
Background
At present, the washing machines on the market do not set corresponding dehydration programs for the components of the clothes, and the dehydration effect of the clothes is not good after the washing machines operate the dehydration programs, for example, the clothes are still not dry and are in a wet state. And some clothes are easy to be dehydrated, when the clothes are dehydrated for a certain time, the dehydration time is increased after the clothes reach a certain moisture content, the dehydration effect cannot be improved, or the dehydration effect is not obviously improved, so that the time and the electric energy can be wasted.
When the laundry is a single component, it is easier to match the dehydration process for the laundry.
For example, the invention patent with application number CN201510354445.4 discloses a dewatering control method for a washing machine, which comprises measuring the weight of clothes put into the washing machine before the washing is started, setting the dewatering time of the clothes according to the weight of the clothes, judging the water absorption of the clothes after the washing water is filled, and reducing the dewatering time if the clothes are weak water absorption components. The patent controls to execute corresponding dehydration time by detecting the water absorption performance of the clothes, but in fact, the water absorption and the dehydration performance of the clothes are not linear relations, such as chemical fibers are not easy to absorb water but are easy to dehydrate, cotton/hemp components are easy to absorb water and are also easy to dehydrate, and wool is easy to absorb water but is not easy to dehydrate. Therefore, the dewatering process is controlled only according to the water absorption performance, and the aim of accurate control cannot be achieved.
Furthermore, there are patents which mention that the dehydration parameters of the dehydration process can be adjusted according to the composition of the laundry, but only for the case that the composition of the laundry is single, and for the case that the laundry has multiple compositions, or the laundry with different compositions needs to be washed simultaneously, the prior art fails to provide a reasonable dehydration control method.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Specifically, the washing machine multiplies the proportion of each component of the clothes in the washing tub by the dehydration duration parameter corresponding to the component to obtain a plurality of intermediate values, and adds the intermediate values to obtain the dehydration duration parameter of the dehydration program. In the scheme, the dehydration time length parameter which is most suitable for the clothes in the washing barrel is obtained by comprehensively considering the proportion of each component of the clothes and the corresponding dehydration time length parameter, so that the dehydration effect of the clothes in the washing barrel is ensured.
The dehydration rotating speed parameter is obtained by the following scheme:
the washing machine respectively obtains dehydration rotation speed parameters corresponding to all components of clothes in the washing barrel, and selects the dehydration rotation speed parameter with the lowest rotation speed value as the dehydration rotation speed parameter of the dehydration program from all the dehydration rotation speed parameters. The clothes composition information is preferably factory set by a clothes manufacturer, the clothes composition category and the composition ratio can be obtained by directly identifying the clothes composition information by the washing machine, and the clothes composition information obtained by the scheme is most accurate.
The washing machine is provided with an RFID reader, the clothes are provided with RFID electronic tags, and the RFID electronic tags store clothes information and specifically comprise information such as clothes component categories, component proportion, clothes weight, clothes types and the like.
EXAMPLE five
In the fifth embodiment, a scheme improvement is performed on the basis of the above embodiments.
Specifically, the washing machine stores the corresponding relationship between the clothes composition information, the clothes type information and the dehydration parameters, acquires the composition information and the type information of the clothes in the washing tub, and synthesizes the corresponding relationship to obtain the dehydration parameters of the dehydration program. The input end of the corresponding relation is the combination information of different clothes component information and clothes type information, and the output end is the dehydration parameter.
Types of laundry are as follows: the upper outer garment, trousers, underwear, jacket, adult clothes, child clothes, etc. are adapted to different dehydration parameters, so that the washing machine determines a dehydration process according to the type information and composition information of the laundry in the washing tub, thereby performing more effective dehydration process on the laundry.
For example, in the actual control process, the RFID reader on the washing machine identifies the RFID tag on the clothes, the type information and the ingredient information of the clothes are stored in the RFID tag on the clothes, and the washing machine obtains the two items of information and then synthesizes the corresponding relation to obtain the dehydration parameters of the dehydration program.
When the clothes in the washing tub have various components, the above embodiments can be referred to for the scheme of comprehensively obtaining the dehydration parameters of the dehydration procedure by the washing machine, and the details are not repeated herein.
EXAMPLE six
In the sixth embodiment, after the washing machine obtains the dehydration program according to the composition information of the laundry, the dehydration process is performed, and in the dehydration process of the washing machine, the moisture content of the laundry is obtained, and the dehydration process is controlled according to the moisture content of the laundry. The washing machine of this embodiment detects the dehydration effect at the dehydration in-process, then in time adjusts the dehydration parameter according to the dehydration effect that detects, ensures that the final dehydration effect of washing machine reaches clothing dehydration requirement, has still reached save time simultaneously, the effect of saving the electric energy.
In this embodiment, the washing machine executes the washing process after receiving the washing instruction, and in the dehydration stage, preferably when the washing machine performs the last dehydration, the washing machine obtains the moisture content of the laundry in the dehydration process, and controls the dehydration process according to the moisture content of the laundry.
The washing machine divides a dehydration program determined according to the clothes component information into a first dehydration process and a second dehydration process according to the total dehydration time, operates the first dehydration process and the second dehydration process according to a set dehydration curve, detects the water content X of the clothes after the first dehydration process is finished, and controls the execution of the second dehydration process according to the water content X of the clothes. In the scheme, after the washing machine finishes the first dehydration process, the process of detecting the dehydration effect is executed once, then the second dehydration process is adjusted in time according to the dehydration effect, and the final dehydration effect of the washing machine is ensured to meet the dehydration requirement.
Specifically, after the first dehydration process of the washing machine is finished, when the moisture content of the clothes is judged to be in a set moisture content interval { A, B }, the washing machine is controlled to operate a second dehydration process according to a set dehydration curve, otherwise, the washing machine controls and adjusts dehydration parameters of the second dehydration process;
preferably, the dehydration parameters comprise a dehydration duration parameter and a dehydration rotation speed parameter.
The set water content interval { A, B } is a qualified interval, the water content detected by the washing machine is in the set water content interval { A, B }, the final dehydration effect can be ensured by directly operating the second dehydration process according to the set dehydration curve without adjusting the dehydration parameters, otherwise, the final dehydration effect can be ensured by adjusting the dehydration parameters of the second dehydration process by the washing machine.
Wherein, the A accounts for 65 percent to 75 percent, and the B accounts for 75 percent to 85 percent; the value ranges of A and B are technical parameters summarized in a large number of experiments by the inventor, and the final dehydration effect can be ensured when the dehydration process is carried out according to the standards.
And if the washing machine judges that the water content of the clothes is lower than the set water content interval { A, B }, controlling to reduce the dehydration duration parameter and/or the dehydration rotating speed parameter of the second dehydration process, and if the washing machine judges that the water content of the clothes is higher than the set water content interval { A, B }, controlling to increase the dehydration duration parameter and/or the dehydration rotating speed parameter of the second dehydration process.
When the water content X is lower than the set water content interval { A, B }, the dehydration effect is better, the dehydration duration parameter of the second dehydration process can be properly reduced and/or the dehydration rotating speed parameter is reduced, and when the water content X is higher than the set water content interval { A, B }, the dehydration effect is lower than expected, the dehydration duration parameter of the second dehydration process needs to be controlled to be increased and/or the dehydration rotating speed parameter needs to be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a control method preferred in the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s101, the washing machine operates a first dehydration process according to a set dehydration curve;
s102, after the first dehydration process is finished, detecting the moisture content X of the clothes by the washing machine;
s103, judging whether the water content X is in a set water content interval { A, B } or not by the washing machine, if so, entering a step S107, and otherwise, entering a step S104;
s104, judging whether the moisture content X of the clothes is lower than the set moisture content interval { A, B } by the washing machine, if so, entering a step S105, otherwise, entering a step S106;
s105, the washing machine controls to reduce the dehydration duration parameter and/or the dehydration rotating speed parameter of the second dehydration process, and the step S108 is entered;
s106, the washing machine controls to increase a dehydration duration parameter and/or a dehydration speed increasing parameter of a second dehydration process, and the step S108 is entered;
s107, the washing machine operates a second dehydration process according to the set dehydration curve, and the step S109 is entered;
s108, the washing machine executes a second dehydration process according to the adjusted dehydration parameters;
and S109, finishing the dehydration of the washing machine.
EXAMPLE seven
In the embodiment, the washing machine is set with the first water content C, C is less than A, when the water content X of the clothes is less than C, the washing machine stops executing the second dehydration process, the dehydration is completed, and when C is less than or equal to X, the washing machine reduces the dehydration duration parameter and/or reduces the dehydration rotating speed parameter of the second dehydration process.
The first water content C is a water content of the clothes which are dehydrated and reach the standard, and the first water content C can be a factory set value of the washing machine or a user set value.
Preferably, the washing machine divides the interval between the first water content C and the interval A into a plurality of intervals, each interval corresponds to a dehydration duration adjusting parameter lambda 1 and/or a dehydration rotation speed adjusting parameter mu 1, and both lambda 1 and mu 1 are smaller than 1, the washing machine determines a corresponding dehydration duration adjusting parameter lambda 1 and/or a corresponding dehydration rotation speed adjusting parameter mu 1 according to the interval where the clothes water content X is located, and correspondingly adjusts the dehydration parameters of the second dehydration process.
And correspondingly adjusting the dehydration parameters of the second dehydration process, namely multiplying the initial dehydration parameters of the second dehydration process by the corresponding adjustment parameters to obtain the dehydration parameters of the final dehydration program.
And dividing the space between the first water content C and the first water content A into a plurality of intervals, namely a plurality of grades, wherein the grades of different intervals correspond to corresponding dehydration duration adjusting parameters lambda 1 and/or dehydration rotating speed adjusting parameters mu 1. Therefore, different programs are adjusted for the dehydration parameters in different intervals, so that the regulation and control are more accurate, and the time and the electric energy are saved.
The smaller the water content is, the smaller the value of the corresponding adjusting parameter is, so that the parameters of the second dehydration process can be adjusted in a targeted manner for the clothes with different water contents, and the final dehydration effect is ensured.
The washing machine is set with a second water content D, the second water content D is larger than B, when the water content of the clothes is larger than B and smaller than X and smaller than D, the washing machine increases a dehydration duration parameter and/or a dehydration speed increasing parameter of a second dehydration process, and when D is smaller than or equal to X, the washing machine judges that the washing machine is in failure and generates alarm information.
The second moisture content D is a moisture content corresponding to the dehydration abnormality of the laundry, and the second moisture content D may be a factory set value of the washing machine, or a user set value, and preferably, a detection value of the washing machine.
The washing machine divides the interval from the step B to the step D into a plurality of intervals, each interval corresponds to a dehydration duration adjusting parameter lambda 2 and/or a dehydration rotating speed adjusting parameter mu 2, both lambda 2 and mu 2 are larger than 1, the washing machine determines the corresponding dehydration duration adjusting parameter lambda 2 and/or the corresponding dehydration rotating speed adjusting parameter mu 2 according to the interval where the clothes moisture content X is located, and correspondingly adjusts the dehydration parameters in the second dehydration process.
Wherein, the interval that moisture content is bigger, the corresponding regulating parameter is also bigger, just so can carry out the parameter of the second dehydration process of pertinence regulation to the clothing of different moisture contents, ensure ultimate dehydration effect.
Example eight
The present embodiment describes the washing machine in detail to obtain the moisture content of the laundry.
The washing machine acquires the dry weight of the laundry before water is supplied, acquires the moisture content of the laundry before a dehydration process is performed after water is drained, and the second water content ratio D is obtained by the following formula:
d ═ 100% by weight (W2-W1)/W1, W2 is the wet weight of the laundry, and W1 is the dry weight of the laundry.
The washing machine can acquire the dry weight of the clothes by identifying the electronic tag on the clothes to acquire the information of the clothes, and can also acquire the dry weight by directly controlling the motor to weigh. The manner in which the washing machine obtains the dry weight of the laundry includes, but is not limited to, weighing by a motor.
The washing machine comprises a motor, the motor is used for driving a washing barrel to rotate, and the washing machine determines the dry weight and the wet weight of clothes by weighing the load of the washing barrel. The washing machine can obtain the load weight of the washing barrel through the following three schemes:
the first scheme is that after the washing machine receives the first dewatering course, the washing machine stops rotating, then the motor is controlled to drive the washing tub from static to moving, the current required by the motor from static to rotating is detected, the larger the load weight is, the larger the driving current is, and the load weight can be obtained according to the detected driving current.
The second scheme is that at the end of the first dewatering course, the washing machine control motor stops suddenly from rotating, and the current or electromotive force generated by the inertia to continuously rotate and cut the magnetic induction lines is larger, so that the larger the load weight is, the larger the counter-driving potential is.
The third scheme is that at the end of the first dewatering course, the washing machine controls the motor to stop suddenly by rotation, records the time required for the motor to stop rotating, the larger the load weight is, the larger the inertia is, the longer the stop time is, therefore, the washing tub load weight can be determined according to the stop time.
In another solution, the washing machine comprises a weighing device that directly weighs the load of the washing tub. If a weighing device is arranged on a hanger rod of the washing machine, the weight of the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing machine is known, so that the weight of clothes can be obtained.
Example nine
And after the second dewatering process is finished, the washing machine detects the moisture content of the clothes again, judges whether the moisture content of the clothes is lower than a set value or not, if the judgment result is yes, the dewatering is finished, and if the judgment result is not, prompt information is sent.
Specifically, after the second dehydration process is finished, the washing machine detects the moisture content of the clothes again, judges whether the moisture content of the clothes is lower than a set value, if so, the washing machine controls the dehydration to be finished, otherwise, the washing machine executes a prompt process for prompting a user that the moisture content of the clothes does not reach the set value.
After the second dehydration process is finished, if the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be higher than the set value, the washing machine does not execute shutdown, but executes a prompt process, so that the unqualified clothes which are not dehydrated are provided with a chance for remedying.
In the prompting process, the washing machine receives a dehydration canceling instruction or detects that the cover body is opened, the control of the washing machine is finished, otherwise, the washing machine executes the dehydration process again after the prompting process is finished.
When the second dehydration process is finished and the moisture content of the clothes is detected to be higher than the set value, the washing machine defaults to the fact that the dehydration process needs to be executed once again, therefore, a waiting process is executed first, if the user selects to cancel the dehydration, or the user directly opens the cover body, the user gives up executing the dehydration process once again, at the moment, the control of the washing machine is finished, otherwise, the washing machine automatically executes the dehydration process after the prompt process is finished.
In the prompting process, the washing machine generates prompting information to prompt a user, the prompting mode can be voice prompting, or the prompting mode can be that an indicator lamp flickers, and a display screen displays prompting. When the user is remotely controlled through the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal can shake or prompt the user through voice.
Preferably, in the prompting process, the washing machine controls the display screen to display the current moisture content of the clothes, detects the trigger signal of the start key in real time, and controls the dewatering process to be executed when the trigger signal of the start key is detected.
In the scheme, the washing machine displays the moisture content in the prompting process, so that a user can conveniently judge whether to accept the moisture content, the user selects to accept the moisture content, an instruction for canceling the execution of the dehydration process is generated, and the user can directly trigger the starting key of the washing machine again, so that the washing machine executes the dehydration process once again, and the washing machine does not need to wait for the completion of the washing as early as possible after the prompting process is finished.
The washing machine comprises a plurality of dewatering keys/a plurality of dewatering icons displayed on the washing machine, each dewatering key/dewatering icon corresponds to a dewatering program, and when the washing machine senses that a certain dewatering key/dewatering icon is triggered, a corresponding dewatering process is executed in a dewatering stage. And each dehydration key or each dehydration icon represents a target water content, namely a corresponding set value after dehydration is finished, and whether a prompting process is executed or not is determined according to the relation between the actual water content and the set value.
Example ten
An embodiment ten provides a different solution from the ninth embodiment, in the tenth embodiment, after the dehydration stage of the washing machine is finished, the washing machine detects the moisture content of the clothes again, determines whether the deviation rate of the moisture content of the clothes from the set value is lower than the set deviation rate, if so, the control of the washing machine is finished, otherwise, the washing machine executes a prompt process for prompting a user that the moisture content of the clothes does not reach the standard.
In the embodiment, when the moisture content of the clothes is close to the set value, the clothes are considered to be qualified in dehydration, so that the probability of performing the dehydration process for the second time by the washing machine can be reduced, and the time and the energy are saved.
Further, the washing machine executes a prompt process with set duration, in the prompt process, the washing machine receives a dehydration instruction and executes the dehydration process, and in the prompt process, the washing machine does not receive the dehydration instruction or the washing machine detects that the cover body is opened, and the washing machine control is finished. And in the prompting process, the washing machine control display screen displays the current water content of the clothes and detects whether the start key is triggered or not, if so, the washing machine controls to execute the dehydration process, and if the start key is not triggered/the cover body is opened, the washing machine controls to finish.
The scheme of this embodiment is different from the ninth embodiment and is an alternative scheme.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
